I ordered two "God is Good" wall art pieces. The items came as promised and I was very pleased with them. One of them is a birthday gift for a priest from my parish. I will be giving it to him this Friday. I hope he likes it as much as I do. Thanks for your good service and products!

t because it's now March 3rd and no light at the end of the tunnel of ever receiving the order. I will be contacting my bank to file a complaint as well.
I placed my order on 12/21/18 in the amount of $151.50 for 3 custom products. As of January 13th I had not yet received my product or a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service with a delayed reply until January 22nd which explained to me that they were still behind and they were working 24/7 to meet the orders. As of today, March 3rd, I have yet to receive my order or shipping confirmation. I emailed again and tried to call the phone number listed in Revdex.com. Which to no surprise is disconnected.
They were so quick to charge my account but yet over 10 weeks later I am still waiting for my order, or even an email reply or notification. This is absurd to charge a customer and then never ship their product. I can see from the other complaints that this is an ongoing occurrence with them. If they can't meet their fabrication times then they need to refund the customer. My order was to be a Christmas gift and yes, I did order it late. But, I told my two bosses that they had a gift coming from me around the end of January 2019. Now I look like a total i

I placed order with company on December 11th, 2018 for the amount of $100.30. As of 03-03-2019, I have not received order.
I placed online order, #XXXXXX, on 12-11-2018 for the amount of $100.30, which was immediately deducted from my bank account. On 02-04-2019, I sent the company an email asking for update on order status. I received an auto reply stating that the orders were backed up and not to call the company due to "only 4 people working". It also stated not to send another email asking for update because it would be sent to the "bottom of the que." It said that I would be contacted in 5 to 7 days. I still have not received the product or any other communication from company. I have read many complaints about this company.
I want to be reimbursed the $100.30 immediately to my account.

I ordered their product on 12/7/18, order # XXXXXX and paid for it immediately, $94.97 with my credit card. I still have not received this item. Contacting them by phone-only gets a message. I e-mailed them and received a "canned reply". my order status says in production. I am very concerned that I have been ripped off.

The associate mentioned that the manufacture (Redline) chose to place all store orders behind website orders? Why would you do that? Was my order just as important as one placed on your website? We are 13 days away from being 120 days from the date of order.

The office manager contacted me. Located my package and created a remake on our order.
I firmly believe redline is caught in a spiral from a tipping point in several items gone bad.
We received our order today. The product is a great product
The office manager made sure we were satisfied. The only suggestions I can make to the organization is for them to work on customer service, order tracking and maybe some internal training for their customer service reps.
Ordered product in November 2019, was told would receive before Christmas 2018. It's now March 1st 2019 and have never received product ordered.
Ordered items in November 2018 with the guaranteed delivery promise by the company of before Christmas 2018. Nothing received before Christmas. Sent numerous e-mails, finally received an e-mail in January 2019 and I was told my order would ship by end of January 2019. Still received nothing - Emailed again February 18, 2019, received another standard response of "they receive over 10,000 emails a day, blah blah blah" still no product - e-mailed again February 24th 2019 stating I wanted an answer by end of February or I would file with Revdex.com. It's now March 1st 2019 and still no e-mail or product received.

I have emailed several times with no response, and after commenting on Facebook someone deleted my comment. They charged my credit card when the order was placed.

They sent me the product once I had filed a complaint, which I'm happy about, however it would've been nice if they had sent me an email explaining everything.
December 9th 2018 I ordered one item and still have not received it as of March 3, 2019.
I placed an order back on December 9th 2018 and it is March 3rd, 2019 and I still have not received my order. I knew I was not going to receive it by Christmas but My son really wanted it here for his dads birthday on January 24th. I did email 3 times and continue to get generic computer generated emails back. This product should not have taken this long. I was told 4-6 weeks and obviously that did not happen. I never received the entire order I placed, even though the paperwork says it was shipped complete. It was not.
I placed an order for 2 items (Order #XXXXXX) with Redline Steel on November 9, 2018. I FINALLY received a PARTIAL order on February 16th. The paperwork stated that both items were in the package, however, clearly there was only the one item. I did NOT received the Infinity Sign (which is not a special order monogrammed item). I have called them, emailed them, and have received NO response. Both items were paid for in full when the order was placed. I would like the courtesy and respect of a response. I stuck with this company because they are Veteran owned. I guess that was my mistake. I just want the Infinity Sign I ordered shipped and I would like to know WHEN that will happen.

I FINALLY received the 2nd item on my order from Nov. 9, 2018. There was no communication or explanation as to why this item was not included in the original shipment, which the paperwork stated. I reached out to them on 1/21/19 to see about a shipment date, and received a general response from redline steel support team, assuring me I would be reached by someone in 5-7 days. I was not contacted regarding my order so I then reached out again on 1/29/19 with no response at all. I again reaches out on 2/6 and 2/23 before deciding to file a complaint. I have bought several items from redline steel in the past and had zero issues, not sure at which point this outfit went down hill and has the feeling of zero responsibility to respond to the people that keep them in business even after they have taken the money for the product. im very disappointed with the way this purchase has gone.
I want the items that I purchased and would expect after 4mnths they be in good condition.

I placed an order(XXXXXX)on 12/17/18 My visa was charged $65.17 on 12/17/18 It has been 10 weeks, I have contacted them by e-mail, NO RESPONSE!
Even though I was charged for the order on my Visa the day the order was placed, I have contacted them several times to confirm that my order will still be made and mailed (as gift to another state). I have waited 10 weeks for confirmation that my item is even being made??? Why are they so quick to charge your credit card if they know there are problems meeting manufacturing and delivery quotes? I have called at least 10 times and have sent 5 e-mails and have received an email back stating if I keep contacting them, my email will go to the back??? This is how you treat your customers that have already paid for an item?
I have no other choice than to believe that they are not going to fulfill my order since they have not contacted me or emailed me otherwise. I would like a full refund immediately!

I placed 2 orders with the company (for 8 items) on Nov 8 & Nov 22 of 2018. As of March 1, 2019 only 1 item has arrived. No communication since Jan 4.
I placed two orders with this company. The first, #XXXXXX, was placed on November 8, 2018. It was for 5 items totaling $256. None of these items have been received. The second order was placed on November 22, 2018. It was for 3 items and totaled $71.03. One of those items (which cost $30.20) was received. Both payments were made from my Wells Fargo bank credit card, with payment already received by the company. I have received 2 email communications from the company, the second coming on January 4, 2019. In there, they showed me that my items were in production. Additionally, I was promised that the items would be out by the end of the month. It is almost 2 months since that original email. I have tried SEVERAL times to contact them using that same email, but I have not received a response. In addition, I have tried posting on their FB page and FB messaging them, but again, no response. I noticed that their website, which used to be www.redlinesteel.com has now been redirected to www.redlinedecor.com. At this point, I would like a refund for the 7 items that were not received, which would be a total of $296.83.
I paid a total of $327.03 to the company. I received one item that cost $30.20, so I would like to receive a refund of $296.83 from the company.

The first order I placed on November 8, 2018 was completely refunded. This was to my satisfaction. However, my order placed on November 22, 2018 (#XXXXXX) was not refunded to satisfaction. That order total for three items was $71.03. I only received a refund of $30.20, which was the price of one item before the 30% discount. I did not receive TWO of the items for the order. The total refund should have been $49.89 for the two items not received. Redline Steel/Decor still owes me $19.69. I hope to receive a response and refund as quickly as the first time I filed with the Revdex.com.

I received the rest of the refund due to me for the products I did not receive. At this point, nothing is owed to me from Redline Steel/Decor.
I placed an order and have not received my items or gotten an accurate delivery date.
I placed an order on November 24, 2018 on Redline Steel's website. On the website it showed that the items were available. I received an order confirmation for order #XXXXXX. On December 21,2018 I sent them an email asking when my order would ship.I received an email back stating the difficulties they were going through and that my order would not be ready in time for Christmas and a link to receive a $50 gift card.On December 31,2018 I asked if they could give me an estimate of when my order would ship. They again replied back and told me about the difficulties they were going through. They also stated that all pre December 5th orders will be finished and shipped by the end of January and that I should receive a shipping confirmation email within the next 30 days. On February 1,2019 I asked them how much longer for my order. They replied back on February 6,2019 that my order is still in their production queue. They apologized that it was past the previous quoted deadline. They said it should be completed within the next 5-10 business days (if not sooner). They also said the majority of the orders are set to be shipped by February 8th ath the absolute latest. Unless there was an issue then it would take the whole 10 business days. On February 21st I emailed and told them it had been more than the 10 business days and could they tell me when my order was going to ship. They have yet to respond. I tried to call their phone number from my cell phone and it says it can not be completed as dialed. I tried to call it from a land line and it just has a busy signal. I paid for the order through Paypal.
I would still like to receive the items I ordered. If that is not possible I would like a full refund.

When order was placed, I was given a 6-8 week delivery. Now, I can't anyone to return an e-mail and there is not even a phone number to call.
