Ordered a Fire Fighter distressed flag that was to be engraved "Chief - Cornish FD" total price with "free" fabricated eagle gift - total price $148. The company refuses to acknowledge contact of any kind. Sends e-mail claiming I have sent multiple e-mails and that this will cause them not to answer my e-mail in a timely manner: Hello ***,

Every email sent in after the first one pushes you and your concerns back further in the queue. All this is, is another way to blow off customers and avoid answering complaints. I want what I paid for. I was immediately charged for my order they could have at least answered my inquiries.
I want what I paid for - They acknowledged my order immediately after it was placed. They should be made to produce it. They should also be restricted from any other sales or restructuring of product line before they have fulfilled ALL outstanding orders

I get more frustrated by the day! I placed my order on 12/9 and still have not received it. We are going on 12 weeks. When I email them I get an email back (sometimes) stating it'll be however much longer. I wait for that time to be up and send another email and get the same BS response again. This was a Christmas gift and we're going into March. The business sure didn't have a problem pulling the money out of my bank account. This is terrible business practice! If you try to call the phone number, it is a non-working number. I will NEVER order from this company again, which is a shame because judging by the good reviews, they apparently do great work...hopefully I will get my (already paid for) product and be able to see for myself. I may just have to report this fraud order to my bank if I don't get a product and since there are so many other companies that produce these products, maybe one of them will actually care about their customers.

Purchased a metal cross. Shipping time was acceptable but packaging had to be bent to be put in the mailbox.
I purchased a metal cross. Delivery was in an acceptable amount of time but when the USPS delivered they had to bend package to get it into the mailbox. By doing so it bent the product and the paint flaked off. There wasn't a "Do Not Bend" warning on the packaging. I tried to call the company but their phone system sucks. Can't get through to any one. I also tried to email but all I get is a return email saying that they are "busy" and "swamped" with a lot of emails and it'll take 5-7 days for them to respond. Customer service is a big part of my job and I wouldn't be employed if I didn't respond in a reasonable amount of time. I have worked in various fields and dealt with various types of situations. The customer service is horrible. I am also a Veteran and I try to support Veteran owned business and businesses that support veterans. The way this company conducts business is embarrassing to Veterans because we are trained to give our best and all.
I would like to have a replacement of my cross. BUT ONLY IF IT IS SHIPPED IN A PACKAGE THAT SAY DO NOT BEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my order, am happy with the quality and the way it looks. With that said the customer service was still terrible. Not answering phone calls and or emails is not a way to get repeat customers.
I placed an order in mid-December and still have nothing, and my account was charged. Emails are not returned and you can't reach anyone at the co.

I've emailed and I get an auto response saying they are receiving lots of emails and they'll be in touch later. Has never happened after multiple emails. Received one email that basically said not to send another email until I hear back, which of course I never did. I saw several other complaints on here for the same issue/same company. I wish I would have read them BEFORE I placed my order.

I will accept because I did finally receive the product, but I wish they would have communicated better to know that it would be March till I received what I ordered. I had to go out and buy another present to replace what I thought I wasn't getting. But I received what I paid for, so I will accept the response.

I placed an order on December 5th for my boss's Christmas gift.on December 7th, the cost of the item $57.17 was charged to me. I have made numerous inquiries ad to when I can expect my item. Their last correspondence to me was on january 18th saying my item was still in production. I have made 3 inquires since then with no response. I either want the item I ordered or I want to be refunded.

Love these - just the right size to compliment my photograph wall. I had a quality 'issue' with my first order but once brought to their attention, Redline immediately rectified the situation. They quickly replaced the damaged item and also sent a gift card which I promptly used to make an additional purchase.
Redline Steel in Tanner, AL is a total scam. They took our money and we never received the product.
On 12/11/18, I ordered a steel door ornament as a Christmas present. No where on the website did it say that it would not be received in time for Christmas. A week before Christmas I sent an email to check on my gift. At that time I was told that it takes 4-8 weeks for production, and that I should purchase a back up gift for my friends. I sent additional emails on 1/2/19, 1/10/19 and 1/17/19. On 1/10, I received an email stating that due to a high volume of emails I will not get a response for at least 7 business days. They said not to send any further emails, that I would here from them when my order ships. On 1/17 I got a response from 'Jessica G' stating my product is still unfulfilled, but It usually takes up to 8 weeks if not sooner. On 2/24/19, I sent another email demanding my money back and letting them know that I thought they were a scam and that I was going to blast them all over Facebook. I have not received a response from them. There is no way to contact a live person. I found a phone number, but it is a disconnected number. I want a total refund at this point, I won't accept any other resolution. My order number is XXXXXX. Thanks in advance for your help.

I received my item one week after placing my complaint with the Revdex.com. I will accept the resolution only because I received the item. I will never recommend this company because I believe if I didn't place a complaint, I would not have received my item.

While I understand that the company experienced a break down of their equipment, it would have been more acceptable if they had at least answered my email and phone calls. My Redline Steel saga started on 12/2/18 when I ordered two pieces from their website. The website said I'd have my order in 4-6 weeks. Well, 9 weeks later I reached out to Redline via their customer service support email (there is no customer service phone number on their website). I received an automatic response that said "it will take 5-7 days to respond to your email", but never an actual response from Redline. I looked them up on Facebook and discovered that there are thousands of folks out there who have not received their order and are not getting a response from Redline. The company posted a "feel sorry for us, we're having manufacturing issues" video promising that in 2019 things will be different and every customer's issues will be addressed. I left a comment on the post explaining my situation and expressing my frustration. I then sent Redline a Private Message through Facebook. I actually, finally received an answer, but it basically just directed me back to the video for answers to my questions. I explained that I had watched the video but still couldn't get an answer about my specific order. From what I gathered on FB, no one's orders were being fulfilled and there was no communication from Redline outside of their video. Redline finally told me to reach out to *** at Redline and provided his email address. I eamiled Andy and after a couple days he actually responded. He gave me the option of cancelling my order or getting a $25 refund and keep the order, which he said should ship in a little over a week. I kept the order and said I wanted to $25 refund. I finally received my order, 11 weeks after placing the order, however one of the two pieces has defects. There is a silver line along the edge and you can see groove or grinder marks on the front. So I reached out to ***. I have now emailed him 4 times over the last couple weeks and has not answered one email. I also have not received my $25 credit. I have also no emailed the Redline customer service email twice and have received an answer to these emails either. Today I received an email that wanted me to leave a review of my order on their website. Clearly this is a standard email that is sent out to all who order, as I can't imagine they would really want me to put this story on their website. But, of course, I did. I also emailed them back to let them know that I left a scathing review and you guessed it, have had no response. I'm all about supporting veterans, which is why I ordered from this company in the first place, but this company is dishonest and not reputable. A couple weeks ago when waiting for my order, I was contacted by the press, asking for my story. I held off because *** was communicating with me, but now that he's stopped and I am left with a defective product, no refund and no resolution, I will most likely reach out to the reporter and tell my story. It's been 13 weeks since I ordered and I can't believe it has not been resolved to my satisfaction.
At this point I want the defective piece to be replaced and I want a refund for this piece. I am not asking for a refund for the other piece I ordered, which is find. I am only asking for a little respect, some good customer service, communication and a refund and replacement of the defective piece. Oh and I don't want to wait 11 weeks to receive the new piece.

I find it unacceptable that they cannot tell me when a remake will ship. I feel that because my original order took over 11 weeks to ship to me, was given incorrect information and lame excuses, received a defective piece and have received little to no customer service from this company, my replacement order should be moved to the front of their production line and be given priority.
I have not received any communication from Redline regarding a refund nor have I received a return label. I am not returning my item until I have more specific details from them as to when I'll receive my replacement piece and when I'll receive my refund. Oh and are they going to ask me which of the two pieces I ordered has the quality issues?
This company just keeps proving over and over that they could care less about their customers and our satisfaction.
So, I'll wait for a more specific, detailed and courteous answer from Redline.

I understand that they got overly busy but this is ridiculous. I have sent emails and have received emails back saying it will be a few more weeks. I am sick of the runaround! They have already charged me for the product and I expect to receive what I paid for. There is not a contact number to be found so I have to deal with these BS emails. I have waited to do this review in hopes that I would receive my product soon but I am very frustrated now.

Order #XXXXXX was placed in November for Christmas gifts. Tried several times to reach them and finally received a message that order would not make it by Christmas. I was offered a $50 gift certificate which I haven't used. After weeks of no contact, I started emailing to no avail. I got in touch with someone named Andy in late January. He offered a 50% discount so I agreed and was told that my order would be sent in 2-3 weeks. I did receive the discount back on my credit card, however it is now the end of February and still no product. The last few emails have not been answered. So overall, it has been three months of waiting and no idea of when my order may arrive.

2 items were ordered on 12/10/2018, I have never received either item. On 12/11/2018 I received an email from the alleged owner Colin Wayne stating I would receive items in 4-6 weeks. On 1/18/2019 I inquired when the items would ship. They stated they did not offer phone customer service and would get back to me. On 1/30/2019 they replied saying now it would be 8-10 weeks from order date due to holiday busy time. On 2/18/19 I wrote email again saying that it had been 10 weeks and still had not heard from them. I have not heard back from them as of this writing.
I would like to have the item however obviously if they can't produce it I would like a refund of my payment of $150.00.
