I placed an order on Nov. 27, 2018 and as of today, February 25, 2019 have not received my products although I was charged immediately for them.

I made email contact with an employee named *** in January who offered a $50 refund or $50 gift card to keep the order open. I chose to keep the order open and they issued a credit.

Now they are no longer responding to emails, or phone calls. I would still like to have my order and would rather not receive a full refund, but feel like the company is about to file bankruptcy. The following are the details of my order.

ordered 2 products and they gave me a free 3rd piece. it took over 10 weeks to deliver and the website says 4 to 6 weeks and 1 piece was not received
I ordered 2 steel wall hangings on nov 25 2018 order number XXXXXX which came with a 3rd piece for free. it took over 10 weeks to receive the product and on the website it says 4 to 6 weeks and I am missing the 3rd free piece. the order was paid with debit card. they do not have a phone number and take over a week to respond via email.

Desired Outcome

i would like the 3rd piece that was on the order even if it is free it should be delivered. i will contact my bank to discuss further action

I placed an order on 11/30 and paid for it. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 2/5/19 I was told it was shipping in 10 days. Didn't happen.
Order placed on 11/30, # XXXXXX. Was told it would be shipped by Christmas. Didn't happen. Many calls and e-mails back and forth, I was told the items were shipping 2/5 & I would get them in 5-10 business days.Didn't get them, today is 2/25. I ordered on line. I ordered 2 custom signs and was supposed to get a free sign with my order. Order was pain by credit card.

Obviously they can't supply the items so I would like a refund.

My refund should be $89.00, which is what I paid. I should not have to incur a $25.00 payflow charge (what ever that is) because Redline did not fulfill their obligation.

I have email the Redline steel many times before the ship date to cancel this order because it was taking way to long then what was on their website but you can not get through to redline steel here are the Dates,2/6/2019,2/12/2019 2/25/2019 asking to cancel my order because the order was ordered on 12/X XXXX with it allow 4 weeks to be made.Every time I emailed them to cancel and refund got the same email with no reply back like it said in there email that they would reply back in 5-7 days.It took me to file a case with Revdex.com to get them to do anything and they did not do what I asked in the case was to refund me the $61.22. So I want my money back.I have all the emails with the reply back here is the responds I got when I emailed them.

Have not received product. Can not get in touch with company.
Purchased a product from this company mid December 2018 it is now end of February 2019 and the product is still not received. Have tried to email the company and only get a response back saying they have a high volume and you'll get a response back in seven days it's been three weeks. If you call once again they're having high call volume's and you can't reach them or you go straight to voicemail. So, not only have I not received my product it is impossible to even get through to the company to find out the status. I would like my product or an immediate refund.

Desired Outcome

My resolution would be that the company actually finish what I have ordered and get it sent to me in a reasonable time. Considering it's already been since December I would say the reasonable time would be another 7 to 14 business days. If they cannot get it to me in that amount of time I would like an immediate refund.

Unfortunately we experienced some equipment failures which caused our lasers to be down longer than we anticipated and the delay of our powder-coat vendor . Our entire team from our guys in the shop to our customer service are working non-stop, 7 days a week to fill ,ship all orders and answer emails as quickly as possible. Due to the amount of orders we are working through, we are unfortunately unable to offer a more specific estimated date for delivery at this point in time. We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process.

False advertising, insufficient notification, no product received, no response to requests for an update, 3 months without the items that I paid for!
I ordered several items as Christmas gifts for my family, thinking that I was supporting small business and USA owned and operated companies along with supporting vets. I placed my order at the end of November 2018 and to date I have not received my products. I have emailed and not received response. When I sent additional emails, I was told that this only delays where I fall in line of receiving a response. I have not heard anything back and paid in full for items that have still not been received. I attempted to write a review on their website and can see that the reason they have such a great customer rating is because they do not allow the negative ones to get posted. I am appalled that there is a company claiming all of these things to entice Americans to support their business to be treated this way.

Desired Outcome

I told them in emails that I wanted my products or a refund. It is now 2 months after Christmas and I would like to provide my family with a gift.

Right after the order was placed, I received an email that it would take 4-6 weeks for the order to be filled. Nothing on their webpage indicated how long it was taking to fill orders or I would never have ordered to begin with. Waited 6 weeks and emailed on 1/21/19 for a status update. Received response saying it would be an additional 3 weeks for the order to be filled. Item still not received, so emailed again on 2/9/19 and haven't heard back since. Placed an order 12/21/2018, was immediately charged for product and have not received product or any communication or response regarding status.
I placed order #XXXXXX online on 12/21/18. I received automatic email order confirmation on 12/21 and indication that order would be processed and manufactured in 4-6 weeks. I have not gotten any further order updates, no explanations regarding delay. Order status online continues to say In Production and that current manufacturing lead times are 4-6 weeks. It's been almost 10 weeks since they charged me for my order. They have no phone number or customer service number to call. When I emailed on 2/14 requesting an order status update I get an auto-response saying it will take 5-7 days to reply to email. That was 12 days ago, still nothing. I messaged "***" Redline Steel on Facebook today 2/26 and received an auto-response as well, directing me to their website's FAQs and indicating I should email them with any questions. Prior to me actually placing my order, when I was just browsing their site online, I would get multiple emails daily with "deals" and offering assistance or help with ordering. They initiated a Facebook message to me offering a discount and asking if I needed help completing my order. Now that they have my money and I placed my order.....nothing. This was ordered as a gift for my parents and obviously wasn't received when expected and I am beginning to think this is a scam and it never will be delivered.

Desired Outcome

I would love for them to complete my order and deliver the product in question immediately. If they can't produce and deliver the product within a week I want a full refund.

I think it is very poor business practice to not communicate directly to customers any delays or current status of their orders. Their website still states 4-6 weeks for manufacturing times on all orders and mine was placed over 11 weeks ago. What kind of business can't track the current status of an order? And if they can't locate my specific order to provide a status or have it completed and delivered, how can they possibly be trusted to cancel it and provide a refund. I will continue to wait for this item to be delivered but would prefer that this complaint not be closed until it is actually produced and delivered as I'm not putting much stock in their promise that I WILL receive my order.

The item has been delivered. Thank you so much for the follow up on this issue. It was a gift for my elderly parents and I haven't seen it myself so I can't attest to the quality but my mother said it seemed nice.

I paid for a product that has never been delivered or refunded.
I ordered 2 items from Redline Steel on 12.13.18.
Order #XXXXXX. It said that it would take six weeks to deliver. I started to call Redline on Jan. 24 2019 and could not get in contact with anyone. I called several more times and finally spoke to someone on 2.7.19 I was told that they are very behind but that they were working on my order as we speak and it would be shipped in 2 weeks I called customer on 2.25.19 and 2.26.19 and I get a recording and no one answers. I have waited long enough for this product. I want the product now or a full refund of the $106.95 which they promptly took out of my account. Thank you.

have no received my order after 11 weeks
I purchased a sign from Red Line Steel on Dec 10th 2018. It is now Feb 26th 2019 and I have only received generic emails concerning the timeline which was up several weeks ago. This is the only method of communication that is on the website. I feel they are taking peoples money without providing the products that were ordered. They also claim to be veteran owned and operated. I take offense to that considering my husband is a war veteran himself.

I ordered a product on Dec. 22 and still have not received it nor have I received an update about my order.
I placed an order on Dec. 21 2018 via Redline's website. It stated that it would take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver the product. I still have not received it and I have tried to reach out via email and now on social media and I just receive a generated email response saying it'll take five - seven business days to hear back from them. That was on Feb. 16 2019 and I tried again today. There is no phone number to call and speak with an actual person. I would like a refund and there's nothing I can do to get this resolved. My order number is XXXXXX and I paid $81.62. The product is a customized fancy monogram with the last name Hassett to be displayed outside on the house.

Desired Outcome

I would love to have received the finish product but it does not look like that'll happen so I'd like a refund as soon as possible. This was an anniversary present that is null and void at this point.

It has been very frustrating with the lack of communication from Redline Steel. I cannot get information on the status of my order that was placed on December 13th. Although my account was charged immediately, it has not been close to 11 weeks, and I still have no idea what happened to my order. I sent three emails inquiring into the status, but the only response I received was on February 19th, which basically advised me that my inquiry has been pushed back because I sent more than one email. It stated:

"... we would ask that you wait until you hear back from a customer support agent BEFORE sending multiple emails. We answer emails in the order that they are received. Every email sent in after the first one pushes you and your concerns back further in the queue."

Even though I got this response to my inquiry - they did not give me a status on my order.

12-8-2018 ordered on line a Fancy Monogram, small - 18" / Black with ***.

Paid with VISA $60.37.
Checked numerous times on line and order status never changes, in production.
Emailed customer support on 2-4-2019 and ask for an expected delivery date, no response to date.
Tried to call and the phone number listed does not work XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Emailed 2-24-2019 and requested a credit be issued to my VISA. Received an automated response that it may take up to a week to hear back from them.
Not pleased and want a refund.

I accept the response but until I actually get the credit on my card I do not consider the issue resolved. I too received this response from RedLine but only after rejecting there first response which was a long explanation that their two laser machines were broke and their powder coat supplier was an issue. They further explained that there are too many orders to look threw and determine when I could expect delivery. My response to that offer was "Unacceptable, refund now." A business having issues with equipment repair and materials delivery sounds like a company with financial issues. Additionally if you are a business and can't find an order or tabulate expected delivery date, then you have no procedures or processes in place. I would like this to remain an open complaint for 2 more weeks and I will confirm that I received the monies. Thank you.

Telephone number listed is also not accepting calls at this time

I ordered from this company in late October 2018, I received my order in November and was very pleased with it. I think this company was overwhelmed with all the orders they got and could not keep up. Several complaints were on their FB page. I'm sorry that so many people got their orders late for Christmas. I would order again from this company but would be sure to order in plenty of time if it were a present. It is Veteran Owned.

I have been VERY satisfied with the customer service of this company. My orders have been timely & the product is unsurpassed. I would definitely buy again from this company!!

Over promised and under delivered. Placed an order, expected delivery in 4-6 weeks. Followed up after 8 weeks. No response from business. Email is automated with a response that says it will be 5-7 days before you get a response and a request to not email them again. After another 2 weeks with no response, multiple attempts to call with no answer, and a couple Facebook posts being deleted, I have reached my limit of patience. I still don't have my order, an update, or a refund. It's very bad customer service.

Awesome, quality crafted products. I highly recommend you check out their unique items. I adore my paw love piece.
