I made a purchase on 11/25/2018. Was guaranteed would be here by Christmas. I have yet to receive my order. They have stopped answering my emails.
I made a (2) separate purchases on 11/24/2018 and 11/25/2018 as a Christmas gifts for my family. The guarantee was orders placed on or before Dec 5 would be in time for Christmas. As Christmas drew near they sent a video out on Facebook advising they had equipment failure and they were doing their best to get orders out and suggested to buy back up gifts for our loved ones. I knew I was not going to receive my order. So Christmas past and a week went by. I emailed to see if they had a status on my orders. Did not get a response. Emailed again a week later. They responded they were working hard to get the orders fulfilled. Another week went by I emailed again. An automated email advised they would respond in 5 to 7 business days due to lack of employees. I waited the 5 to 7 business days and received no response. I emailed again. This time a *** emailed me back advising another 2 to 6 weeks for orders to be fulfilled. I finally received one of my 2 orders. So I emailed again to see the status on my second order and they have not advised as to when or if I am going to receive my order. They changed their name to Redline Decor and I can no longer get into my account to check the status of my order. I do have all the emails I sent to them and the few they returned to me. I have asked for a refund and no one has gotten back to me. They do not provide a phone number to call for customer service. So this is where I am today. It has been almost 3 months since I made my purchase and I am still waiting to see if I am going receive it or not.

Desired Outcome

I just want either my order shipped with a confirmation that I am getting it or a total refund.

Orders from November should have priority status. It is already the second week of March and all I get is that a tracking number will be sent. It's one item, it should not take 4 months to fabricate. This is very unsatisfactory and very bad business.

Due to the amount of orders we are working through, we are unfortunately unable to offer a more specific estimated date for delivery at this point in time. We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process.

This was a housewarming gift that the family never received!First couple of times I contacted the company, they got back to me via email. They even offered a $50 certificate for future orders. However since February they have not responded to any emails and phone number listed says it is not in service! Made a purchase from this company on November 16, 2018 for a Christmas gift, however still have not received the product as of Feb. 2019.
Purchased two items: Fancy Address Monogram and a Fancy Monogram Letter with last name for $122.36 with a credit card

Desired Outcome

It would be nice to receive the product but waiting over 3 months for a Christmas gift is definitely unnecessary. A refund would be expected.

We paid over 100.00 in Products Dec, 9 2018 and have not received out purchase items and keep getting different dates to delivery. Misleading.
We ordered our items Dec 8,2018 with the impression per there advertising we would receive our order by Christmas. The order confirmation I received afterwards indicated 4 to 6 weeks delivery. I sent an email confirming this to be true and 12/10/18 CEO & Founder Colin Wayne responded that I missed the deadline and it would be 4-6 weeks. (There was no mention of a deadline on the advertisement)12/13 I asked again if we may get possibly by Christmas (even though I took this as a lesson and still wanted the items we purchased) Dec 18, I was told upward to 6 weeks by Jei Customer Service Support. I emailed again, Emailed again, advised that it don't typically takes upwards 8-10 weeks from the custom order was still unfulfilled and now it will be 6-8 weeks. Emailed again indicating that I want our items or refund that it had been 8 weeks. The response I got was from Margaret Customer Support indicating the 8th weeks starts Feb 3rd. There was No response to my refund request. and I was surprised by the response. Yes, I was mistaken for the 8th week. Sent another email Februa email as time went on and no response. I even mentioned in the email 02/12 I want our order within week or refund that I was dissatisfied and would report them. We paid over 100.00 in Products Dec, 9 2018 and have not received our purchase items and kept getting different dates to delivery. Feel Ripped off! We want our items or money back! Pretty Simple.

I placed an order XXXXXX on 11/22/18 in the amount of $135. After generic communication I finally received my order on 26/19. The box was open and one feather of the rwb eagle was outside the box bent and minus paint. The welcome sign had broken paint bubbles as did the 2 chrome eagles. The eagles also had numerous cracks in the coating. The only item that survived was the black eagle. After waiting 3 months to receive this poorly packed merchandise is ridiculous. I even attached pictures and still no response. I would like my order reshipped in good condition. Also 3 days later I placed another order XXXXXX on 11/24/18 and still have no order or responses. American vets treating honest supporters like the enemy. I am ashamed. I would like these problems fixed.

With the replacenent order I accept as long as it is placed as a priority and I dont have to wait another 3 months. Also what am I supposed to do with the unusable defective items?. I was extremely pleased with the resolution and management. I WILL continue to order from Redlune Steel. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance. There was a lack of communication but now the business is on track again. CONGRATS Redline for overcoming the hardship. You've got a fantastic manager.

I placed an order with Redline Steel in the beginning of December and have yet to receive my order. Customer Service has not responded to my emails.
On December 11, 2018, I ordered several items from Redline Steel totaling $253.56. The stated lead time was 4-6 weeks for production. I am now at 10 1/2 weeks post order and have yet to receive my order. I emailed the company on 2/8/19, as their phone line is practically useless, and their automatic response system replied stating they would get back to me within 5-7 business days. It even states not to email them again or it will throw your email to the end of the queue and you will wait even longer for a response (I do not even want to know how long that would take). Needless to say, the 5-7 day window has passed and Redline Steel has again failed to meet another deadline. I do not believe Redline Steel cares much for its customer base. Delayed production and shipping "due to equipment issues" is one thing, but to fail to reply to so many customers (I am aware I am not the only one experiencing this poor customer service) and explain the situation to them/us or make the situation right is just a complete slap to the face. Redline Steel did not hesitate to quickly charge my credit card the day after my order. I guess they have their priorities, and its not the customer. I will never recommend this company to anybody I know, and if I hear it mentioned I will quickly make my experience known. There are plenty of other fabrication companies who offer much better customer service and value. I will be requesting a refund. I do not want store credit or expedited shipping. At this point, I will be taking my business to a company that deserves it.

They advertised their lead time as 4-6 weeks but it's been 11 weeks and they stopped answering emails. Bad business. Time for a full refund.
I was understanding when item didn't come by Christmas. Then it didn't get here by the end of January birthday. Now they are deferring emails to automated response system stating a 5-7 day response window (that window has come and gone). After waiting 11 weeks and the product still showing in production I'm not going to be made happy by anything they could offer.

Desired Outcome

I don't know what they've gotten themselves into there. Maybe they sold beyond their production capability. I just want to move on from a bad business experience.

Unfortunately we experienced some equipment failures which caused our lasers to be down longer than we anticipated and the delay of our powder-coat vendor . Our entire team from our guys in the shop to our customer service are working non-stop, 7 days a week to fill ,ship all orders and answer emails as quickly as possible. Due to the amount of orders we are working through, we are unfortunately unable to offer a more specific estimated date for delivery at this point in time. We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process.

ALL Custom Monogram orders are subject to our terms and conditions posted on our website and lead time from order date. Due to the recent set backs and equipment failures, some orders are delayed and we are currently still working through those to get them out as soon as we can. Absolutely DO NOT accept response from business. The response was impersonal and vague as if an automated response. The response included numerous excuses for non delivery of the purchased item with no solutions. THREE months after the order was placed the business was still unable to provide status of item ordered stating the order was one of thousands.
Demand immediate completion and shipping of item or money back.

Never received order
I placed my order 11/29/18 -order # XXXXXX. Received email with paid receipt staying 4-6 weeks. Payment was taken from my account the same day. I have emailed asking for status.. called and left a message asking for status. No response. It has now been 12 weeks with no answer

Wrong order received. Have tried contacting 3 times to resolve with no resolution.
I placed my order (#XXXXXX) on Dec. 3, 2018 for $94.97 as a gift for a family member. I ordered a "D" Fancy Monogram Ã? 1/Medium - 24" / Black with "DELGADO" inscribed. I received my confirmation and then shortly after their email communication that my shipment would be delayed. I had NO issue with the delay and waited patiently. I was informed on Jan. 22, 2019 that my order (#XXXXXX) was shipped. On Jan. 30, 2019 it was delivered to my family member. Upon opening the order they informed me that they received the letter "P" with "PLYE" inscribed. I looked up Redline Steel support and tried using their "chat" option but got no reply. On Feb. 1, 2019 I sent my first email to ***@redlinesteel.com informing them of the wrong order along with my order number and a picture of the item received. I received an automated response that they would respond within 7 days. Upon no response and again trying to reach them using "chat" I sent my 2 email to ***@redlinesteel.com on Feb. 13, 2019 which had the previous 1st email information along with the picture. It is now Feb. 22, 2019 and I have not received any communication on my issue. Upon reading other's complaints, I am concerned with not getting any response at all and being out over $94 for an item I/family member can not use. Prior to submitting this complaint Revdex.com had posted that on Feb. 20, 2019 Redline Steel had responded to them that they had installed a customer support number and have addressed many concerns. I went to their website once again and the "support" only had the "chat" and "email" options available. The "Chat" feature was still not answered so I felt I had no other choice than to file this complaint. I believe this issue could have been quickly resolved if they had the proper customer support in place to address the issue and drive a resolution in a timely and transparent manner. At this time, I don't trust nor have the time to track (and hope) I get a "replacement". I would like a total refund of $94.97

The company gave me a refund of $89 - even though it's not the full amount (89+taxes) - $5 is not worth any more time or effort on this -I will take it so this can be closed/resolved.

Ordered 3 items on November 14, 2018 and have never received them or a refund. No one returns my inquiries.
On 11/14/2018 I order three items, my order number is XXXXXX. I made a 2nd order a few weeks later which I did receive. After hearing on the news about Redline having shipping issues I made a few email inquires. *** (no last name supplied) responded to my emails and said all orders that were made prior to Dec 5 should be shipped out by January 31, 2019. So I waited. It is now February 22 and I have tried emailing and calling and NO ONE has responded. I paid $118.66 and I either want a refund or my merchandise.

I would like to have the merchandise I purchased since they were suppose to gifts, but I will also take a full refund of $118.66.

Products were amazing, shipping was slower than expected but it was the holiday season & they apparently had some equipment break plus moved to a bigger location. We will order from them again.

Negative 100 stars. My order #XXXXXX was placed Nov, 2018 for 2 items. Numerous emails to them and I am STILL WAITING! I have been very understanding until 2 weeks ago when I realized that the email I received January 15, 2019 assured me that ALL orders placed in November 2018 will be shipped by the end of January. What a HOAX! I have sent 2 more emails waiting for a reply to my question as to where my order is since their generic auto response insists you need to wait 5-7 days for an actual customer service response. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and demanding my money back f I do not hear anything by next week.
