Yes it took longer than expected, but they kelp me informed of the delay with a few e-mails. Waiting until November to order, knowing you are not the only person that has an order, a reasonable person should expect delays. I'm please with the product. I like the workmanship. It might be different, if it was not a quality product.

They made good on my order I made Dec. 1. Received it on Valentine's day, product is of good quality. I too was upset with this company, thinking it was not a legit company and I was being ripped off as well, but they made it good, happy customer.

This is one if the best companies I have dealt with. They have excellent and high quality workmanship in all of the products I have ordered. Redline Steel is a small business and have had some growing pains. They have made good on all of my orders. My last order was short but I'm confident that they will rectify it soon.

I am so pleased with the products I ordered. They were well made and absolutely beautiful. I placed my order the end of November, which was late for a Christmas delivery. Due to an abundance of orders I didn't receive my order until mid February but they were well worth the wait. I will be ordering again in the future.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Just like everyone else on here I placed order 12/6/18 order #XXXXXX. I knew from reading on site that it wouldn't be here by Christmas and I was ok with that. What I have a problem with is the fact that I have received several emails asking me to buy more product but no one can seem to answer the phone or the message thing they have on their site. All I want to know is when will my order ship. Is that something that I can be told? I mean customer service is a very important part of the equations and their customer service is well to say the least lacking. I do not know how to review the product because well I have not seen it. Hopefully when or should I say if I receive what I ordered it will be worth the wait and the money I spent. I understand production has problems but you could do a lot better job of communicating with people.
I ordered a small Tree of Life as a gift for a friend at Christmas. It arrived on the day it was promised, and it was so nice I just ordered another as a birthday gift for my sister! So proud to support this US company that offers a good, well-made product and excellent customer service! Highly recommend their items - they make the perfect gift!
Very pleased with the signs I received - they are beautifully made. There was a delay in receiving my order but Redline kept me informed of the delay, via email, which I appreciated. I definitely would order from them again.

Disappointed that my Christmas present hasn't been delivered two months later. Saddened by the fact that we all feel like we have been scammed. I've been holding out and giving the company the benefit of doubt but I fear that I may have been taken advantage of. Even with all the excuses, the order should have been filled by now. I've ordered many items online and never have been treated like this.

In the email I received from them (which I will include) they told me my order was mixed in with the "1000s of backlogged orders" and would be impossible to find. They said shipping time would be indefinite. I do NOT accept an indefinite shipping time on a product that was supposed to be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks (first estimate) then it changed to 8 to 10 weeks (2nd estimate which I was frustrated with but agreed to) and now they have no idea when I'll get it! Not acceptable to anyone I would think! Custom or not I would have never ordered in the first place if it was CLEARLY STATED AT TIME OF ORDER that shipping time would be unknown!

We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process. Ordered items 11/23/18 and they still haven't been shipped as of today 2/20/19.
My order (#XXXXXX) was placed 11/23 in time, per Redline, for Christmas. I was charged and to this date 2/20/19 I have no idea where my items are or when I'll receive them. I was told via email on 1/17 that my order would ship on or before the end of January. This time frame has clearly come and gone and no one has reached out to inform me of any updates. I completely understand they had mechanical issues they've been vocal about their challenges...but very quiet on resolutions. They've said they're working on the backlog in the order in which they were received. This is fair...and if true, they should easily be able to tell me if in the on or about where they are in their recovery. Have they reached orders that were made in the mid/end of November yet? They've also said they're working around the clock 7 days a week. Again, if so they should be able to give us/me a better, more definitive time frame.
I have been extremely patient, but going this long with little to no information and info I have received has been wrong is unacceptable. This was a feel good purchase for me. Vet owned...American made couldn't have a better story. Now, I couldn't ever order or recommend anyone else to ever order from them. Not simply for the product being so late...but the apparent disregard for their customers to not even keep them updated on the status of their orders. I still want the items I ordered and paid for...and then I just want to move on and forget I ever heard of Redline.

This is the same response I've been getting since December. What does "in production to be fulfilled and shipped" mean? Isn't that the status for every order as soon as it's made? We are now in the 4th month from my order date. I find it incomprehensible that a timeframe cannot be provided. I understand that was a backlog...you should be able to tell me without hesitation how far into the backlog you are currently. Please stop telling me what I already know...and what you've been telling me for months. 1) you're sorry...I got it. 2) there's a backlog...understood. 3) I'll get an email when my order ships...yup. I would like a call or an email that's not the same canned response...from someone in a management role with new information and explain to me why a timeline cannot be provided. This has literally been the worst purchase experience i've ever had in my life.

order place Nov 30 (#XXXXXX) w/in their deadlines for 9 items($~150) email on Dec 23 that not be here for Christmas, items were for X-mas and birthdays email with giftcard # on Dec 30 for not delivering and with their excuses as why several attempts to contact thru e-mail stating order not complete (Jan 17,18,20 Feb 13) only received 2-3 generic response from them "stating due to high call volume" received partial order on Jan 17 sent email with pictures of what was delivered, asking that they finished filling the order only real response, from a person who may represent some form of customer service, was on Jan 30 @14:04 from a Melissa stating a problem with the 'fulfillment team' when she stated she would file for a remake did a follow-up email on Feb 13 asking about delivery/tracking information as of today, no response from them and still no completion of the order items missing are a dragonfly(HXXX-XX-XX), black-1 , faith fish(RXXX-XX), black -2 of those Welcome sign, 1 in one email on Friday Jan 18, I stated that they seem to have no way to ID where the breakdown is, or a way to ID possible solutions no one signed off on the packing ship to ensure that all items where included in the package their customer service doesn't exist from a customer position they continue to advertise on social media sites knowing that they cannot meet their orders and have even sent me an email asking that I come back and visit their Web site please convey to them to put in place a 'check and balance' system so that no other customer has to experience what I have with this company have copies of e-mails if needed

Due to the amount of orders we are currently working thru, it is almost impossible to tell exactly where your specific REMAKE order is. does the choice Y or N make any difference to Redline again a politically correct worded email actions speak louder than words if I say Y, then case closed and still no order fulfillment say N, still no order fulfillment after 3 months when per their deadline, should have received it by Dec. 25 where I am from and how I was raised, a man's WORD' means something - and a company ran by veterans, you would expect far better service and far better customer service you want your company to succeed, maybe in addition to hiring those extra production personnel, you need customer service personnel also its is easier for the customer to deal with missed deadlines when there is unscripted communication from the company other than generic emails sent out to the masses need the personal level of connection Redline has shown that they can respond to emails because of the timeline from the Revdex.com filed on Feb 20, sent to company on Feb 21, had a response on Feb 22 I had the better part of 2 months before I had a response that was from someone pretending to be customer service so does the remake list come before any orders placed after my order date ? when it became apparent that you would be unable to meet your deadline of delivery, temporary closed down the site, stop all advertisement, and give 110 % to fulfilling your current obligation and not continue to take orders and digging your hole deeper and pushing delivery times way outside current acceptable time frames maybe that way, your creditability and reputation would not have taken a big hit I do believe that small businesses are what built this country, but they have to delivery the goods as promised and have to have a 'customer first' attitude (customer service) as stated in an earlier email, think the ideas your company has are good in concept, but that doesn't mean success unless you are able to delivery your product to the customer as promised, in a timely manner in today's business atmosphere this has been a learning experience for me I have come to terms with this experience again, just want what I ordered, and for your company to put in place SOP's, so no other customer has the same experience
I just spoke to our shop manager and had them move your remake up. I will make sure it ships within the next 3-5 business days. I apologize for the delay. Due to the amount of orders we are currently working thru once we place a remake it get's pushed to the newest date submitted. Then once in Production it's almost impossible to tell where each order is. However, I did go ahead and have them up your remake, and made sure that our fulfillment team knew that as soon as it's complete to place it for shipment right away.

so in the big picture, the remainder of the order was delivered today but not by the original time frame and not by todays acceptable time frame so do ya say I'm good because I got my order, maybe not I appreciate your understanding in that I feel that I have to voice my feelings in this whole ordeal CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST you only started to show that, well after the Revdex.com was contacted, and then you were on your toes and gave a response in 3 days when it took more than 3 months for me WHY did it take the Revdex.com getting in contact with you before ya'll responded as a upstanding company should ????????? only ya'll know the answer to that THANK YOU for doing what you were supposed to do, only 2-3 months late and after the holidays and birthdays please learn and grow from this, and all the other complaints from the Revdex.com jro

Ordered Dec 5th, for xmas delivery. Never received. promised for end of January. Never received. Promised to be shipped 8th Feb, or within 5-10 days or sooner. Not received. Asked for a refund several times. No refund given.

You gave me 3 options. $50 gift card, $50 refund and keep the order in production or cancel. You told me that the orders were promised to be shipped by the end of January. I accepted the $50 partial refund on the condition that the order DID INDEED SHIP BY THE END OF JANUARY. An important point that you conveniently OMITTED from your explanation. Take responsibility.

Latest email sent Feb. 12, 2019, no response.... tried posting on reline facebook, would not let me. Posted on new website Redline Decor and my message was removed.
I ordered on Dec. 6th and given a time frame of 4-6 weeks. I understood the issue that happened during the holidays. It is now Feb. 20 and still showing "in production". This is getting to be a ridiculous amount of time. This is a custom order so it seems I am stuck waiting for it. I went with this company due to the fact is was owned by a veteran. I am beyond frustrated and just want to know when my product will ship, if ever..
As veteran owner we need to give this new company a chance. I had two orders for gifts. Yes, they were late. The pieces are gorgeous and were worth waiting for.

I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered an item for Christmas for my brother and sister-in-law on December 3rd, 2018. (That is when the money was debited from my checking account.) I heard from them around December 18th, telling me that the order would not be ready for Christmas. When my family had not received this gift by New Year's, I try to contact them again through emails and phone. It said that the phone was not working and the emails went unanswered. When I wrote a complaint on their Facebook page, I heard from someone within a day by email. I was told to contact Andy with Customer Service. I did. I did hear from him about two days later. He told me that he had no idea when my order would be ready. I told him I really wanted it, so I would wait for two more weeks. That was Feb. 5th. I emailed him and told him to go ahead and cancel the order. He replied that he thought the order would be ready within 5-7 business days. I told him I would wait. I heard nothing again. Now, I have sent several emails to Andy telling him to cancel the order and he has not responded. Today, Feb. 20th, I wrote a complaint on the Facebook page for Redline Steel Rip Off. This is my next step. I feel like they are just putting me off because they do not want to refund my money.
Ordered items from this company on Dec 16, 2018 and still have not received my order.
