I placed two orders on Nov. 25 and Nov 26, 2018 and have not received the merchandise.
On Nov 25 I placed order #XXXXXX for an American Eagle Flag and included in the order was a small eagle and Fleur de Lis Welcome sign. I payed via Paypal using my Southwest Visa Card. The amount of $87.10 was charged to my Visa Card the same day. On Nov 26 I placed order #XXXXXX for the same merchandise, Eagle flag, eagle and Fleur de Lis Welcome sign. The amount of $100.17 was charged via Paypal to my Southwest Visa Card. I received prompt thank yous and acknowledgments of my orders and understood that it would take 6-8 weeks to fulfill these order. After numerous inquiries about my orders I received a $50 gift card on Dec. 29. After a few more inquiries I received an email on January 30 saying we miss you and here is 20% off your next order. They are now called Redline Decor. I get two responses to my emails that basically tell me my orders are in the last stages of production (Dec and Jan emails) and not to contact them anymore unless I receive a response of shipping information. I've noticed on this site that several people who ordered in Dec and Jan are receiving their orders. Mine have been since November and I feel that I should receive some sort of tracking information. Please contact this company on my behalf and inquire about my two orders. I've been waiting patiently but can't wait much longer.
I am requesting the business to ship the items I ordered in November 2018. If they don't intend to deliver then I would like a refund of $187.27 to my Southwest Visa Card.

As of now I accept the company's response in their emails to me. I have accepted a $50 discount on the one order and a $25.00 discount on the other order. They indicated to me that shipping information will be disclosed to me in 8-10 days. I am holding them to that. If not I will reinitiate my complaint.

it is going on 10 weeks since I ordered from this company
on Dec 6th.2018 I ordered 2 medal eagles in steel color and a red,white and blue totaling $159.00 which was charged to may account on the same date.
I have emailed the company 1/14/19 informing them I had lost my order number and they replied , I would hear from them in early February 2019. the company no longer has a active phone number. last email I received was 2/09/19 telling me they missed me shopping at their site
The buisness advertises to be Veteran owned. I truley believe in supporting our Veterans and would like this company to fufill my order

I was finally given my order # that was lost.
Although the business was apologetic for the delay, all they said was my order was in production. I'm afraid to close this complaint when my order is not even complete.

Stock order placed Nov 24, 2018. Email from customer service dated Jan 14 stated order would be shipped in 3wks and offered a gift card.
Stock order placed Nov 24, 2018 with a 4-6 wk delivery date. Dec 24, the company had changed that date via their website to 8-10 wks. I contacted them via email on Jan 7. I received a response from customer service dated Jan 14 stating my order would be shipped in 3wks and $50 gift card would be emailed within 48hrs. I contacted them again by email dated Feb 9th, by email Feb 11 and by phone Feb 13 with no response. After viewing multiple complaints via social media, I'm aware that many customers stock orders placed AFTER Nov 24 have received their shipments and gift cards. Had your company fulfilled any of its communicated commitments, I would not have filed this complaint. Order #XXXXXX

Never received order. Continue to receive run around on production with expiring deadlines.
I placed an order with the company online on Cyber Monday (11/26/18). I was told to expect the order in 4-6 weeks. On week 7 (1/13/19), I sent an email to the company requesting a status update since they had already taken my money. I waited until 1/21/19 to receive a response in which I was told the order would be fulfilled within 3 weeks (but probably sooner). As of 2/19/19, I have sent them multiple emails stating we are past the second production deadline with zero response.
In addition I am constantly bombarded with advertising emails trying to get me to buy more products which shows the company can't fulfill their current orders yet they are pushing for more business.
I want my order fulfilled and sent to me so I can move on from this company without filing a lawsuit or report of fraud with their local police department.
I have emailed customer with options of how he would like to proceed with his order.
Order is in production at this time, however I understand that your order is delayed and would like to make this right however you wish to proceed.

I responded with a possible resolution in response to their "offers" which I included allowing them to extend their expected delivery time to March 31st. Which is approximately 4 months passed their expected delivery date. I have received zero response. I believe they are selling a quantity of products they are are unable to produce, and continue to do so knowing they are behind on fulfilling orders which is fraud.
I apologize for the miscommunication. Credit will be applied. Please allow 5-10 business days to process.

I received a partial refund and after 3.5 months of waiting, my order arrived. I am very pleased with the product that was delivered, and wish we had a better experience because I would have been a repeat customer many times over. I plan was to incorporate these products into woodworking designs, but I can't put my projects on hold. This complaint has been resolved.
My order placed 11/16/18 and I have yet to receive my items. No response to emails.
My order, XXXXXX, was placed on 11/16/2018 and my Visa charged $67.35 on the same date. I have emailed ***@redlinesteel.com several times which gave me generic "your order is in process" answers. I went onto their Facebook page and saw an email for ***@redlinesteel.com under their many complaint comments. *** answered on 1/30/2019 that my order would be shipped no later than 2/8/2019 and I would receive the tracking information. I emailed him again on 2/8 and 2/14 because I had not received any tracking email information, with no response. My order still says "In Production" as the status. I have filed a payment dispute with my bank and hope to receive a refund.
I want a full refund. These 2 custom signs were supposed to be Christmas presents. Redline Steel advertised non-stop over the holidays to place orders in time for Christmas, which I did. And here we are, 2 months later, without the items and no response to inquires.

Placed an order on December 7th and have not received it and they will not respond to my email.
I placed an order on December 7th and was charged right away and have not received my order. I emailed them on February 6, 2919 to find out the status of order #XXXXXX and got an automated email stating due to high volume of emails it would be 5-7 business days before I got a response. It has been 9 business days and I still have no response from them.
I would like my product that I ordered and paid for.

This was not the reply I received from them. Their response to me was a lot of excuses followed by them saying it is impossible to determine when my order will be shipped. That is not acceptable to me. I have requested a full refund through paypal.

When there was no delivery or notification at week 6, I sent off email to Redline (no phone service at the company??). Was sent a response after 7 days stating now 6-8 weeks for delivery. Waited 2 more weeks, still nothing, sent another email. Was told 8-10 weeks. Now week 10 and still nothing, not even responding to email requests. I want this item shipped ASAP.

That has been the same excuse they've been using for weeks. I was told 4-6 weeks, then 6-8 weeks, we are now over 10 weeks and per the company, they can't even tell me where in the process my order is. I want specifics and I want a ship date. I don't feel it's too much to ask for, after more than 2.5 months.

Problems With Product/Service
On December 16,2018 I placed an order with Redline Steel and was expecting a 6-8 week wait for the order. As of today February 19,2019 I have not received my order. My order number is #XXXXXX in the amount of $81.62 and was made on my credit card.
I have tried to contact them through phone calls multiple times, the latest today and each time either no one answers or I get recording of "Due to the high call volume we are not accepting calls", I also emailed and get no response.
At this point if my order is in the process of being completed I want the job finished and ship my order. If they have not even started it I want a full refund. I understand that the orders are behind however I feel I have been patient especially when getting no response from Redline and it's time to resolve this. It is so frustrating to not be able to reach anyone to discuss the situation with and in my opinion is a horrible example of customer service (as there isn't any).
If my order is in process I want it completed and shipped, if it's not even in the process I want a complete refund.

This is a blanket statement that from other complaints I Have seen are told the same thing. They give no time frame of when order may be completed, they don't even bother to let a person know if the order has been started.
At this point I would just like my money back and forget that I ever heard of Redline Steel.

Order from Redline Steel Dec 12th, order #579471. I have reached out by email and phone to company every week after the 6-8 week deadline. No response I even left a message asking if they were a scam? No response. It gives somewhat a relief I am not the only one who got suckered to buy from company that does not give you the product. Still no response to date on if I still even have a order. I also emailed them that I was going to get with my credit card company to pursue a scam report still nothing. It is a shame they can't fix this with the amount of orders and now money they should hire people or they won't have a business to run much longer. I too should of read this first before purchasing I would have never done it.
I placed 2 orders on 11/28/18 and have only received 1 of the orders. The one I received was a non-personalized. The order 551512 was personalized and got an email on 12/20/18 stating that I would not receive the order but it is still being worked on. Here it is 12 weeks later and still "in production". I emailed and and got an auto response from them stating that it would be 5-7 business days before they can response to my email. They have no phone number listed on their site. I had to google a phone a number. After waiting on hold for more that 10 minutes before I finally got to leave a message. After looking into this more I see that this is a common situation. I am only leaving this because it seems to be the only way to get a proper response.
This company is horrible. I ordered some gifts on Black Friday and then got an email that they took 4-6 weeks so I asked and was assured that I would receive my order by Christmas. I was spending it at family's house so when I got there the Friday before Christmas I noticed it was the ONLY gifts of many that did not arrive. I called that company only to be told they were off for the holidays. No way to follow up on my order of gifts so I could enjoy my holiday with my family because they were off enjoying their holiday with their family. No word from them and no one would answer until mid January when I received an email finally apologizing but fell short when it was filled with excused as though I was to have empathy for going weeks with feeling like I was being ripped of
! They said I could cancel the order and would get a refund. You guessed it NOPE...more deception!!!! NO REFUND but rather they sent the order to a location I am not at anymore! This business has absolutely NO ETHICS!!!!
I ordered in December and have not received it yet. I let them know that where my Christmas gift was moving out of the country the end of February and it needed to be there. I gave them their address so they could get it and they stated it would be there. Now the truck is being loaded and still nothing. I would love to call them but no phones. email and messaging don't work. I hope to get my money back now because they will be in Canada. Its too far past Christmas for the gift now. Made me feel like the butt with no gift and promises.
I ordered November 8, 2018 an item from them in the amount of $126.65, which I wanted for Christmas.

I feel as though I have received nothing but a runaround. I tried to contact them via phone in December and that was a complete hoax. I would get a recording telling me their office hours and "no one was is in the office at this time. " Yes, it said no one is in the office, please try
back. Guess what, you try back in and hour, two hours, same thing!! No one to ask about order.
Of course, I tried e-mail and I am sending some of the copies and answers. I even went online and posted about my inability get any response or my order! I got a programmed response.
The reason I know this is another person had inquired and she got the very same "personal" response. So I am thinking they are not even looking at my inquiry just responding with prerecorded answer. Oh yes, on some of their web-pages, my negative review was not even
posted, I never said anything that was in poor taste. Just wanted to warn others not to order as they will wait months to get their order.
I could request my money back but now I 'm so annoyed I feel that is what they want me to do. They had my money 3 months and used it for their purposes and not fulfilled their end of the business transaction.
I even reported this to an Alabama tv station but never heard from them. They had a reported this method of business about Redline in December and I found this when I started trying to figure out if this company was legit. But I did discover I am not the only one with this problem.
Anyway, I think your Revdex.com should be aware of Redline business methods. Their CEO says he is a veteran, well so is my husband, in fact, he is a retire police officer on top of being a Marine!! So I do not appreciate him using his veteran standing as a business promotion when he is running a sub-standard business.

I finally received my order, after 3 1/2 months! I got a great many excuses from Redline as to why it was taking so long but their response was always in the form of a mass response letter. Anyway, I do have what a paid for in November! Hopefully that company will improve their mode of doing business.

Placed my order on November 28, 2018. On December 14th requested an update on my order and received a stock email saying I would have by Christmas. Sent a follow up on December 19, 2018 asking again if I would get by Christmas, if not I needed to buy a new gift for my father-in-law. I never heard back from them again until January 2nd, 2019. They told me then that they would have my order out by the end of January and gave me a $50 credit. On February 12th, I sent another email asking about my order - no response at all. Today I have sent another email requesting a full refund. Anybody that orders anything from this company should think twice. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It has taken reaching out to the better business borough for any response regarding this to happen at all. The company did not notify me of any equipment failure or any issues for the entire time I was waiting for the item to be created. Even now I do not have a solid lead time on when the item is expected to be completed. Essentially I am left waiting for an infinite amount of time based on the vague response from the company. Business should never be conducted like this and Redline Steel should be embarrassed with their conduct. I have waited over the 4-6week timeline that was cited on the website. It has now been 11, almost 12 weeks since purchase. That is 3 times the original timeline that they posted that it would take to be ready. This business should no longer be allowed to steal money from people expecting actual service and an item in the end.

I've checked status multiple times and for the last month I get the message "in production". order placed 12/03/18 with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Never received shipping confirmation and emailed company several times without response 12/19/18, 12/20/18. Received a generic email that they had production issues and were working to resolve them 12/21/18. then 12/31/18 received an email guaranteeing delivery by the end of January. Still have not received order and company is not responding to emails. They have taken their phone # off their contact info. Also, today I could not pull up their website.

I would like to just have my money refunded. The lead time was explained to me in the email of 12/10/18 after I ordered of 4-6 weeks. It has now been over 11 weeks and they still can't give me a timeline. They only responded to me once this complaint was filed. Their communication and business practice is horrible. I am attaching a copy of the email received from their CEO stating lead time of 4-6 weeks but they were working to beat that time. Please provide refund.

per the companies website, it takes 4-6 weeks for items to be produced and shipped. I have been checking the order regularly and on 2/4/19 emailed Redline for an update as it had been over 6 weeks and the product had not been shipped. I received an auto-generated response that Redline has received an unusually large volume of emails and would respond in 5-7 days. Along with a request to not email again until a response was received.
The 7 days have passed and no further response has been received from Redline.
Checked the order status again this morning and the product still has not been shipped.
It has been 8 weeks since the order was placed.
I would like Redline to complete the order and ship within 7 days. If they are unable to meet this request then a full refund.

Redline Steel responded and stated that they cannot meet the request of processing my order within 7 days as they have no way of locating where my order is in the production process.
Redline Steel did not address my request for a refund if they were unable to complete the order in 7 days.
In their response Redline Steel stated I would get an email once my items were packaged and ready to ship.
Redline Steel needs to update their website stating that production times are 4 to 6 months, not 4 to 6 weeks.
