I placed my order on 12/9 and still have not received it yet. I want my product or a refund.
I placed my order on 12/9, order #XXXXXX, and it still has not been received. I've not heard from anyone at the company, and every time I reach out, I get an email back saying stop reaching out an that I'm pushing myself farther and farther down on the list of people to help.
I want my money back. These items were intended to be Christmas presents. The time for gift giving has come and gone.

Order placed, credit card account charged, but never received my order. Placed my order on Dec. 14, 2018. I have sent emails asking for the status of my order and the response to my first email was that my order was "unfulfilled and awaiting shipment". There is NO customer service to speak of and email responses are lagging and automated.
At this time, after many attempts at communicating with the company and no resolution, I would like a full refund ($84.15).

I have been communicating with them since early January and their rather automated responses have been the same each time, never able to give a definitive date and never being able to resolve their issues. Several other consumers who have purchased have experienced the same issues and those issues were not resolved either. I have no faith at this point that my item will be manufactured or shipped to me and, at this point, a "reasonable time" has already passed being that it is now going on three months. I'm no longer willing to wait for something that I honestly do not believe I will receive. I would appreciate a full refund. Thank you.

On 12/1/18 I placed an online order for a "God is Good" stock piece, and a special order "fancy Monogram". THEN they said it would be 6 weeks for delivery-no mention of this before I placed order. After 5 weeks (too late for Christmas) I got a shipping tracking number, the package arrived, but with no "Fancy Monogram"- the centerpiece of my wife's Christmas present. There was also no packing or shipping list. Efforts to call the company resulted in "We cannot accept phone calls" or a number that appears to have been disconnected. Efforts to reach the online customer service "chat" feature ALWAYS says no one is in the office, and the emails kick back a generic template.
Eventually Shannon from customer service responded to my email. Gave me an explanation about 1,000 emails a day, 10,000 emails behind, busy Christmas, working 7 days a week, 4 people in customer service. She appeared to want to help. That was a month ago. No recent contact, no retuning of emails, still no phone that works at their place.
I placed my order #XXXXXX on Saturday, December 1, 2018. My credit card was charged $87.85 for a $13 stock piece that took 5 weeks to get here after Christmas. After what I had hoped was a sincere effort to resolve this, I am out of patience with this company and want my money back. I am not confident at all they can deliver the piece I ordered. I think it is fair that I keep the piece they shipped already, but if they want it back, I will send it as quickly as they work, and they can pay the shipping.
That sums it up, but since I have over 2000 characters left, let me rant a minute...I love to help small, American and/or Veteran owned companies out. But this company gives a bad name to anything that claims to be "Veteran Owned" or "American Made". I understand they may be small, getting started and working the kinks out, but this is one more reason I hate ordering online. Nameless, faceless pirates that steal from you and there is no way to get ahold of them. They take your money and run, yet WE are unpatriotic if we complain about an American company owned by a veteran. If this company cannot perform it's job, it's mission, then it should close it's doors. But since they don't appear to have any integrity, then I hope somebody closes their doors for them.
I was excited about what the "Fancy Monogram" would look like, but I don't even want it anymore. I would be ashamed to hang anything from this company up because if their craftsmanship is twice as good as their customer service, it will still be worse than anything made in China or North Korea. As an American and veteran myself, this company saddens me.
I just want my money back. I would prefer a check, or cash, becasue I doubt they can even accomplish refunding my credit card properly. The easiest solution would be for them to fulfill their order, then shake hands, and walk away. But I highly doubt they are even capable of completing the order #XXXXXX, and even if they did, since it has been such a hassle and I have waited for so long, the original $87.85 they stole from me is not the original deal we agreed upon. I feel this company owes me all of my money back. And their empty attempts to give me some online credit just for ordering the first time is not only hollow, it's insulting, and a waste of data electrons becasue I don't think this company is capable of keeping the promises they make.

I would accept the offer of a $25 discount on my order. However, I would request that the two items that are not monogrammed be shipped immediately if possible.

I ordered a custom design on December 7, 2018. Received an email from Colin Wayne (probably an auto email) stating it would take up to 6 weeks to produce my order. So I was banking on this to be a week late Christmas gift. Well, it is now February 15, 2019 and still no indication that my order is even out of production. This was to be a Christmas gift, NOT Valentine's Day gift, and if they are not careful my husband MIGHT get lucky and get it for a Birthday gift in early March. I can NOT reach anyone via phone, and well, the person that I was emailing ***, Customer Services Representative has stopped responding to to emails. I am a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. My husband wants to me get a refund. How do I even begin to do that, as when I call, NO One is ever available to speak to, it always goes to voice mail. I am not dissatisfied, but not satisfied either. They responded to me by email on 2/18/2019, but still didn't say when I would receive my product, only that in was one of thousands, so they couldn't actually tell where it was in production. They offered $50 off, but since I don't have the product or the deduction in hand yet, I don't know if I am satisfied or not. I responded to them the same day accepting the $50 off and asking if they could at least tell me if the orders were being completed somewhat in the order they were received, as well as if they could give me a worst case scenario of when I would receive my order. I have received no response as of yet. If they follow through with quality work in the near future and the discount, I will be satisfied. Thanks.

wonderful products, too long of a timeline
I ordered about 10 Holiday steel decor on Dec. 4, 2018 and as of Feb. 13, 2019, I have yet to receive any.

Company is a hoax. They don't answer the phone. It has been three months since I placed my order and I still have not received a tracking number. They sometimes answer by email, with a standard letter always with an excuse and a phony final shipping date. The did, however, take my money the day after I ordered. I'm not sure why or how they are still in business. Veteran owned? I doubt it! If so you should be ashamed!!ð??¡
I ordered on 12/13 and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. It is now 2/13 and when I emailed the Customer Service I received an auto email stating that
they are experiencing high volume of emails and a response can take up to 5 to 7 days.

It's actually quite sad that I'm not the only one with concerns about this company. I'm ashamed of myself for not first reading the hundreds of complaints against Redline Steel BEFORE placing an order with them. My order was placed Dec 9, 2018 and I'm out $60 (as compared to many whose reviews I've read - waiting since early November and being out of pocket hundreds of dollars). I just have to question the legitimacy of this company, as well as if I will ever see my order.

My order #XXXXXX placed 11/18/18 has not been received. I cannot contact the company for resolution.
I ordered a custom sign (order #XXXXXX) on 11/18/18. The company website said all orders received prior to 12/5/18 would be delivered before Christmas. On 12/22/18, I was notified I would not receive the item by Christmas. It became increasingly difficult to communicate with Redline Steel since they did not answer phone calls or answer emails. On 1/8/19, I received an email from *** apologizing and offering a $50 gift certificate toward future purchases as a compensation. She also said my order would be shipped by the end of January. I never got it. I would like my item a refund. I do not want the gift card as I will never do business with Reline again.
I want the item I ordered. If they cannot provide my order #XXXXXX. I have a record of all the emails I sent and received. I recently read Redline's status with Revdex.com was improving. I believe there are a great many people who have-not received their orders whose issues are not being addressed

No just excuses about how backlogged they are and how far behind in emails but they've been but the Revdex.com email but they answered that one immediately but have ignored my email for two weeks. Item ordered online was PAID IN FULL and hasn't been delivered after 8 weeks.
Item ( # XXXXXX) was initially purchased online from Redline Steel on Dec, 9th 2018.Total amount of purchase was $77.17. Using payment method " AFTER PAY" . 4 payments of $19.29 have been automatically deducted from my checking account.This is now PAID IN FULL. I have sent 3-4 e-mails to this company with an automated general response returned on 2 e-mails. Was initially told production could possibly take 6-8 weeks, AFTER I made my first contact. This was NOT disclosed on their online website. There is no telephone number listed for contact. It is now over 8 weeks and there was no response from my last e-mail to the company a week ago.
I would like either a personalized e-mail to me GUARANTEEING delivery within one week or if that is not possible, I would like a timely refund of the $77.17 I have paid in full.
