Order placed Nov 29th with 4-6 week delivery date. Its almost 11 weeks with no product in sight. Multiple attempts at contacting co. have failed
2 items purchased through Redline Steel on November 29, 2018. 4-6 week delivery. I received an email Dec 21, 2018 that stated they were backed up and the order will take longer than expected. I was told I would receive a $25 gift certificate for my troubles. I never receive said certificate. I followed up with 3 emails to try and contact the company to see where my order was with no reply. I have tried multiple times to get through via the telephone with no luck, only received a recording stating there is no one to take calls at this time. My order has already been paid for and I actually still want the product.

Desired Outcome

I want the product and the $25 gift certificate I was expecting. These were gifts for Christmas to send to family.

This company is a Hoax. Takes your money and runs. No way to get in touch with them. They need to be stopped.. ripping people off.

As I said above I made the order for 108.80 on November 8th 2018 I have been given all sorts of excuses as to why I HAVE YET TO SEE THIS ORDER all I am wanting now is my money back which I have requested and have received no response. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company and especially one that claims to be military related I think they are a scam.

First I ordered this in November 2018 they have given me the run around ever since I ordered it and now that they are under the eye of the Revdex.com they can get my order out right away? Why couldn't they have just done this to begin with? Don't get me wrong I'm grateful to be getting it at all I just hope it actually does come today February XX XXXX over three months later

Although they were over three months in getting my product to me They were also kind enough to return my money which was I believe the right thing to do

I placed an order on November 23rd. Promised delivery in 4-6 weeks Have not received it.
When I placed my order on Black Friday Nov 23rd, 2018 it was promised by Christmas. Then they sent an email stating it would take 4-6 weeks. I have not received it and it is Feb. 8th, that is almost 11 weeks! I have tried to email them and live chat with them multiple times.I can't even set up an account to find the status of my order. What I want is answers. not a standard reply as I see from other complaints that they are backed up working 24/7 etc. I want to know when I will get my order?
communication with a business is vital, I would not put in a complaint if someone there would just talk to me!

I accept the response because I finally got my order after I filed the complaint. I am pleased with the work but I will not order from again.

Ordered products in November that I still have not received and there is no way to contact anyone at the company to find out when I will get them.
On November 27th, 2018 I ordered two products, a 24" Black Fancy Monogram letter "W" customized with the name *** and a 24" Distressed Fire Flag also customized. I paid a total of $219.30 with my credit card. I was given order #XXXXXX per an email received immediately after the order was placed. On 12/21/18 they sent an email apologizing that production was behind and that I would not receive the products in time for Christmas. Then, on 01/02/19 I received another email that said "I have been promised by our production head that all pre-December 5th orders will be finished and shipped by the end of January. You should receive a shipping confirmation email within the next 30 days!". Today is 2/8/2019 and I have not received any shipping confirmation and cannot reach anyone within the company. I have emailed them and left voicemails with no response. I am concerned that I have been scammed and that they have no intention of fulfilling my order at this point and am inclined to file a claim with my credit card to reimburse my payment.

Desired Outcome

At the very least, I would like someone from Redline Steel to contact me regarding my order. If they will not be shipped, they need to issue a full refund immediately. If they intend to ship my order and can give me a shipping date & confirmation, I would be willing to wait for the products, rather than requesting a refund or cancelling the payment through my credit card services.

I placed an order on November 9th,2018 for three items and I have still not received them.
I placed an order with this company on 11/9/18, which totaled $147.05 (order#XXXXXX) with the understanding via their online advertising that I would receive before Christmas. It is now three months later and I have still not received my order. They do not offer any customer service over the phone so I have had to attempt to reach them via email. All my responses have been generic responses as I assume they are getting numerous complaints. My first response on 12/17/18 was generic and assured me that I would receive my order before Christmas and also felt the need to reiterate the fact that if my order was placed after 12/5/18 there was no guarantee of delivery by Christmas, again my order was placed on NOVEMBER 9th! I reached out to them again on 12/20/19 asking for a full refund, their response did not come until 12/31 (after Christmas!) that they were sorry and that followed with many more excuses as to why they could not take care of their customers. They did offer at that point the option of a $50 credit, a $50 refund and to keep my order active or a full refund and to cancel my order. At this time I opted for the $50 refund and to keep my order active as I had already told my children about these items that they were supposed to receive as Christmas gifts. I did receive that $50 refund about 1 month ago but still no order or correspondence from the company as to when my order would be sent. I have sent an additional email on 1/28/19 requesting a full refund as at this point I am so disappointed and disgusted in this company I no longer want anything from them. The response they sent was once again generic and stated that due to an unusually high number of emails(shocking) that they need 5-7 business days to respond. Today is day 8 and I am so over this. I work hard for my money and just want it back at this point. Had they not lied in their advertisement of their products they would not be in the position they're in. And they have no one to blame but themselves

Order cancellation - No CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tried to place order and they had web issues. Received email that I left something in cart. When I returned to the site I ordered the item. After ordering I found it was $30 MORE than previously (when site wasn't working).
Tried with repeated emails to contact company to cancel the order and not charge. Only response was email with "we don't have a phone" and "we will read this email in 5 days" (paraphrased).
The next day, the charge for the item was located in my bank account.

Desired Outcome

Immediate credit to my account and if shipped, credit for return shipping.

After 4 days, was finally able to connect with one customer service rep who had to get special permission from the owner for an "exception" for a credit.
Was informed that they had a "no exception" policy for returns or refunds, and if it was accepted as a return, they took a 15% transaction fee. My item had not shipped, and she, Melissa, was able to cancel the order. She was polite through the entire process.
I feel this matter is settled, but buyer beware.

Ordered a product back in December and still have not received the item. No response from customer service.
I purchased a fancy monogram on December 7th, with the understanding the item would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Per the direction of Redline's website, I emailed customer service 1/29/19 requesting information since I still have not received my order. The order number was XXXXXX. Total purchase price with shipping $68.87. I received a response back stating emails could take 5-7 business days for reply and they do not accept phone calls. I emailed them a second time on February 8th and still have not received a response. I am extremely unhappy with this company for poor customer service, lack of responses and NO PRODUCT that I already was charged for. The customers should not be charged until order is shipped. I'm beginning to think they are fraudulent with the all of the other consumers.

This company needs to ship my product or refund me the full amount within 7-10 business days of response from Redline. If they respond at all.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT ON DECEMBER 3, 2018. I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FOR CHRISTMAS. AS OF TODAY, I DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT.
I PLACED AN ORDER WITH REDLINE STEEL ON DECEMBER 3, 2018. I HAD BEGAN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE PRODUCT ON NOVEMBER 21, 2018. MY ORDER NUMBER IS #DXXXXXX FOR A FANCY FAMILY 18" BLACK MONOGRAM SIGN READING "WELCOME." THE ORDER AMOUNT WAS $46.25. IT WAS ORDERED BY ME AND WAS TO BE BILLED AND SHIPPED TO MY HUSBAND, ***, AT THE SAME ADDRESS AS ABOVE. I HAVE RECEIVED NUMBEROUS EMAILS FROM REDLINE STEEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THIS ORDER. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN NUMEROUS EXCUSES FROM THE FACT THAT THEY MOVED THEIR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER LOCATION, A HIGH LEVEL OF ORDERS, MECHANICAL AND EQUIPMENT FAILURES, DELAYED VENDOR SHIPMENTS AND UNDERSTAFFING ISSUES. I still want the Welcome sign, I am just tired of all the excuses and lies. I was told on January 3, 2018 my order would be shipped in 5 weeks or sooner. On February 13, 2018, in an answer to my Revdex.com complaint I received an email stating that my order would ship within the next 2-3 weeks. Can these people count or tell the truth? Please find my order, fill it and ship it immediately.

Thank you I received my item today and am well satisfied with the quality of the product.

Still waiting over two months for a product. The company's customer service is disreputable. A facebook post is answered within minutes, but an actual email takes 7 days for a response, with a generic response. There is no transparency in company policy. There was NO notice to expectation of shipping times any where available when the order was placed. Since then, there is a link, but it is not easily accessible. It seems that negative reviews are blocked. In addition, when it became apparent to them that there were problems, they didn't reach out to customers. Instead they put up a "poor me" video on facebook and expected customers to go there and find information. The company has since changed their name to RedLine Decor. However, it is the same. I am still waiting for my order. No one ever answers that phone number.

It has been 8 weeks since I ordered from Redline Steel. All emails and phone calls trying to find out my order are un answered or say "out of the office". I did receive 2 very generic emails simply saying they will be filled in the order in which they arrived. No personal touch to it what so ever so I know they never even checked my order numbers. Trying to track them always says "in production". They had no problem cashing my check 8 weeks ago. Their disrespect for customers is the worst I have ever received from any one, anywhere.

Due to the amount of orders are currently working thru , it is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process. There are many stages that occur from ordering to receiving the shipment.

Company disregarded contact, ignored request for dialogue, refused to cancel order and reimburse payment. Delivery confirmation received 7 weeks late.
Online order placed 10/29/18 w/ delivery guaranteed in 4-6 weeks. Christmas gift. After six weeks with no communication, I contacted them to ask if it would be delivered in time and if my order had even been cut yet. If it had not been cut, I requested to cancel the order. They responded to my email and I was told no one gets rush shipping, which had nothing to do with my inquiry. I responded to clarify my request and was told I would be contacted via email when it shipped. The company refused to discuss the situation with me and did not respond to any inquiries after this point. By Christmas Eve I still had not received the item and had received no communication from the company regarding the status of my order. I once again requested they cancel the order and reimburse my money. No response. Today, 2/7/19, I have received email confirmation that my order shipped. The company refused to communicate with me, refused to address my concerns and inquiries, refused to cancel my order when there was clearly no reason they could not cancel it, and now expects me to accept something that is two months two late to give as a Christmas gift.

Desired Outcome

I don't know what I want from the company, since they have demonstrated they will not reimburse my money. I would like for there to be a BUYER BEWARE warning put on them. They are unprofessional, have horrible customer service, and do not live up to the claims on their website. If they could not deliver on time, they should allow customers who request it to cancel their order.

The reason I opened this complaint was because my contact with the company directly was ignored. Reimbursing my money was not the end goal, but rather to bring to their attention how poor their customer support is. Customers are willing to accept discussion and explanation, but ignoring customer contact will turn away the most loyal person. I did not request to be reimbursed for a product I have now received; what I wanted was for the company to dialogue with me and demonstrate they cared enough about their customers to hear what I was saying. This is what I have tried to communicate to Redline Steel: I was not upset that my order was delayed; I was upset that my attempts to communicate with you were deliberately misunderstood and then ignored. For the future success of your business, please make customer service a priority in the moment so you don't have to apologize after the fact.

Order 7 pieces for Christmas on November 8, 2018 for almost $200 and have not received product.
I placed an order (XXXXXX) in November 8, 2018. I emailed Redline on December 17 to see if this order would be shipped in time for Christmas. I received confirmation on the same day that "All order placed before December 5th are still subject to delivery prior to Christmas". Then there was a Facebook posting by the CEO, Colin Wayne talking about all of the setbacks at the plant and that Christmas deliveries would be missed, but Redline was committed to make this right.
Then on January 8th I emailed *** (Executive Assistant at Redline) who replied back on the 9th that he will "expedite my order and get it out to me early the next week."
On January 18th after not receiving an email that the order was shipped I emailed *** again, and also *** (Customer Service). I heard nothing from *** or *** so I sent another email on January 25. *** replied to me on January 25 that my "order will be fulfilled and placed for shipment by no later than next Friday". The order never shipped.
On February 1, I emailed *** again to get an ETA. Then again on February 5. And once again on February 8, when according to Facebook posts and WHNT report that Redline will have caught up with back orders by February 8.

Desired Outcome

I would actually like what I ordered, but after 13 weeks of waiting and getting multiple promise shipment dates that were consistently missed I am not sure Redline is capable of doing that.

I placed an order on Nov. 28. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas for all orders placed before Dec. 5th. It is now Feb. 6 and still do not have it.
On. Nov. 28th, I placed an order for $99 (exact) with Redline Steel. My order number is #XXXXXX, charged to my Visa credit card.

When I received my confirmation email that same day, it said delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I replied to the email saying I thought it would be delivered in time for Christmas and, if not, I would need to cancel. They replied back assuring me all orders placed before Dec. 5th were guaranteed delivery by Christmas. About 5 days before Christmas, I still did not have my order, nor a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company again, via email and Facebook messaging since all of their emails said they did not have phone service at this time. I got a response on Facebook saying I would still receive my order by Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I received an email saying they were unable to fulfill orders previously guaranteed by Christmas due to equipment failure and would ship it as soon as possible. They offered a $50 gift card to their company as an apology for this problem, but I had to fill out a form to request it. I did receive the $50 giftcard in January via email but still did not have my order. I sent an email to the company again asking for an update on my order as it was a Christmas gift promised to a family member. I said I was hesitant to use a giftcard to their company when I haven't even received my first order. They replied back saying my order would be shipped by the end of January. They also offered another $50 giftcard at this time, or a partial refund of $50 and promised to still fulfill my order. I took the partial refund of $50 as I believe I will never order from this company again. January 31st has come and gone, and I still have not received my order, nor shipping information of this order. I have tried contacting them via email twice this past week and have not gotten a response. I tried calling the number I found on the internet and one extension leads to a voicemail and the other two extensions take you to a message saying they are not taking calls at this time. I have tried the online chat on their "new" website (they have since changed their company name) and always get a message that they are "away from the office at this time".

I want a full refund and my order cancelled. It is almost 2 months past Christmas, the day I was supposed to give it as a gift.

In the email from 1/11, Redline Steel promised they would have my order shipped by the end of January. This response given to the Revdex.com as of 2/11 indicates that they still have not completed my order and shipped it. I want my order cancelled and would like the rest of my money refunded to my credit card.

I placed an online order the first week or so of October 2018 of the fancy N w the name *** across the front of it for my boss's birthday...here it is 4 months later and I've tried to call and the phone days they have a high call volume and can't answer at this time...I did receive an email from Colin the owner after I placed the order saying the lead time on my order was 6-8 weeks...I replied that I was disappointed of the lead time I also work sheet metal on aircraft and I love the fact they r vet run and owned and being from Alabama roll tide!!! I have emailed 2 times since and no reply at this point if they can't ship my order which cost me apox 90$ I'll take a refund....

Desired Outcome

At this point after 4 months I'll take the refund if they can't ship my order!! Since no one will answer the phone there I'll take the redund...and get my boss something local here in Duluth!!u can also relay that I'll never order or refer anyone there ...have y'all even seen the comments about people not getting their orders and not replying ??? This is not a reputable business!!!

They have promised my shipment of my order altho they can't say when it will ship...just that due to volume of orders it will come...I'm holding them to that...

I have not received my order I placed December 9, 2018. The company has not sent any information regarding when the product will arrive. I have tried calling the company but no one answers.

The excuse and timing are unacceptable. They told me it's impossible to tell me what stage my order is currently being processed. I can submit the email. They sent it separately from the email response above. I requested a refund and no one has responded.

I placed my order on November 27, 2018 - and I didn't even get an order number!!
The website stated that if you placed your order before December 4th you were guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I ordered these items - yes THREE items - intending to have them some time around Christmas as they were presents. After not receiving anything, I emailed the company on January 14th (keep in mind the money had already been withdrawn from my account on Nov 28, 2018) to see if I could get any information on my order. I received an automated email back saying they would respond to me within 5-7 business days...okay.
I eventually got a response back saying that the production head promised that all orders placed before December 5th would be done by the end of January.

Well, it is now 7 days into February and I have yet to receive an order number or the items I purchased. I am all for supporting veteran owned companies but this is getting to be ridiculous. I expect a full refund. Customer service is vital to any business and the customer service here is greatly lacking.
