I ordered a product on November 24,2018. I ordered during a time that was promised for Christmas. They immediately charged my credit card. As Christmas approached I emailed twice and they still promised delivery. Two days before I emailed again and they said they were too busy and could not produce and sent a photo to show as gift and promised delivery right after Christmas. Again this time came and passed. I emailed again and they promised early January again time came and passed with out my product. Last they promised end of January at that time I informed them that if it was not here by then I'd like a full refund and got a reply saying they'd give a full refund if for some reason it didn't ship and get to me by end of January. I emailed at the end of January and got a reply saying they are getting an abundance of emails and will not be able to reply for 5-7 days. I replied and requested a full refund again and informed them I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I placed my order #546432 on 11/26/18. I was understanding at first about the delay. Now it's February 6, 2019, I still have not received my order and I can not get anyone at Redline to answer the phone. My family is still waiting on their 2018 Christmas gifts. I also understand that $81.00 may not be a lot to some people but to me it is. I can't afford to go out and get them a replacement gift. I'm very disappointed in Redline Steel.

THEY GET NO STARS!!!!!
They use a veteran as the owner which pulls at all our heart strings!!!! They take payment and never follow through with your order. Advertised on Facebook so you think it is Legit buyer beware DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.

I also placed my order in Nov 2018, Thought I got scammed as I don't order online. Then was notified on the delay on my order and understood the problems they were having as a business. I understand that things happen and get backed up, especially at Christmas. For some reason I trusted want they said. They gave me a ETA and it came on the day they said. My order looked better than I thought it would. They gave me a little something extra which I liked also. I am going to order more things from them.
I wish this company all the best of luck going forward.
Things happen in life that can't be helped you just have to make the best of it and go forward.

I ordered two monogrammed gifts on December 3rd that were promised by Christmas. Then received email that due to equipment issues they were behind but I would receive order two weeks after Christmas and it's now been 2 months and I have left numerous emails and they will not respond. Redline steel charged my cc acct as soon as I placed the order.
I feel they have my money so they don't care about me, the customer.
I would like my items shipped ASAP or at least give me a time line, other wise I want my refund put back on my CC.

I am within the terms and conditions. At time order was placed, terms and conditions were 6-8 weeks for delivery. Terms now read 8-10 weeks. I have attached their response to me which is not requesting more information, as they indicated to their response to you, the Revdex.com. I respectfully request my product be delivered as their current terms read, by week 10 or FULL REFUND WITH NO PENALTY!

Sent email inquiring on status of product on January 24, 2019 and received automatic reply stating, "we are experiencing an unusually high volume of emails...our response to you may be delayed up to 5-7 business days...we would also like to clarify we do not offer phone service at this time..." Website is also inoperable. Website originally claimed to expect 4-6 week turn around.

Order placed online 11/25/18. Paid in full for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Have not received.
Company has responded that they have received more orders than they could handle and shipments would be delayed. They have requested purchasers to be patient and they do not respond to email or phone inquiries. In the mean time I have received sales promotions by email to purchase a new product line. I don't understand how they can promote new orders when they have yet to fulfill my personalized order of over 2 months ago.

I ordered 2 products from this company that never came. They were ordered in November 2018 in plenty of time for Christmas, NEVER CAME!
Mh complaint is similar to another business I just let you know about! These business' must prey on people around Christmas! I ordered my gifts from Redline in plenty of time for Christmas. Well there was some sort of lame video saying how something broke, and they were working hard to get the orders out before Christmas blah, blah, blah, and then when I contacted the company, guess what?? THEY WERE OFF FOR CHRISTMAS! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? LEFT ALL THESE CUSTOMERS HIGH AND DRY FOR THEIR CHRISTMAS BUT THEIR OFFICES WERE CLOSED SO THEY COULD GO AND HAVE A HOLIDAY AFTER THEY RUINED OURS! I have tried repeatedly to get them to give me an update on when my order will ship, b/c I want these gifts for my kids!!! No answer! I am P/O'd! They offered a $%0 gift certificate, and I ordered and received that, but STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER FROM NOVEMBER AND THEY HAVE STOPPED CONVERSING W/THEIR CLIENTS! SHODDY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They have stated that it has not been 10 weeks yet. I am skeptical to close this as it seems from social media that this company does not fill its orders on time. They have stated to contact them through their support email which I had done in the past and was gone unanswered. Is it possible to leave this open for 3 weeks to see if the product is delivered?

Refund rec'd on credit card

I bought 2 items from Redline Steel 12/1/18 paid on the same date but I have not gotten the items.
12/1/18 I bought 2 items order #XXXXXX from Redline Steel totaling $69.95 that was promised to be delivered before Christmas. The items were never shipped and I was never contacted, I found out buy a post on Facebook that was put up by Redline Steel saying they were overwhelmed with orders and that they would not be making the Christmas deadline. I sent many emails but all I got was the same robo response.
I have also called all the phone numbers they have listed but all you get is a recording that says due to the high call volume we are not taking calls at this time and I have been trying to call for weeks and I'm still getting the same recording. You can't get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on, if they have your order, if your going to get your stuff or even offer a refund. I have never talked to a person and it's going on 3 months.

I want my order and I want them to credit 25% back to my credit card I DO NOT want a gift card because I will never buy from them again!

Still Waiting For Order!
My Order (Order# XXXXXX) Was Placed On December 5th 2018 And I'm Still Waiting For The Products Ordered. I Read Via Revdex.com Reviews That Redline Steel Reached Out To Its Customers With Overdue Orders Informing Them That There Were Mechanical Issues And That All Orders Will Be Late, I Wasn't Informed Of This Until I Reached Via Several Several Emails. I Guess I Live Under A Rock Cause After Viewing The Owners Video I Was Totally Taken Back Of The Company's Ongoing Problems. After Reading Several Other Complaints I Quickly Came To The Conclusion That This Company Really Doesn't Know What To Say To The Consumer Which Is Really Sad For Everyone Involved. I've Also Read That A Gift Certificates Has Been Given Out To Consumers That Haven't Received Their Orders, To Which I Haven't Had Any Communication About This. In Ending This Company Didn't Have A Problem Taking My Money At The Time Of The Order Was Ordered So Why Shouldn't I Want My Order In The Time Frame That I Was Promised.

Still waiting for the products ordered on Dec 5th. I emailed Redline Steel on Feb 6th and they said another 2-4 weeks because of their issues which are now my issues. Looks like to me they copy and paste the same answers to everyone reaching out inquiring about their order. I also said I would agree to this 2-4 weeks with 2 stipulations, 1 being that 4 weeks form Feb 6th is it along with a $50 credit to my credit card as a good will kind of thing as they are doing for others who are waiting for their products. I want this case to stay open I've been more than patient but that line is coming close to an end. Redline Steel I hope to receive my products and that they are of great quality not just thrown together and shipped out!

I placed my order #510147 on November 9, 2018, never received it, emailed and got a general email back, after Christmas and several unanswered emails I finally got an email assuring me that my order would be completed and shipped by the end of January 2019. On February 1, I emailed customer support because I still had not received my order, It is the 5th and I have heard nothing! I am thoroughly disappointed.. At this point I just want my money back - I feel like they have had my money since November 9, if I would have put that money in my savings account I would have at least earned a little interest and would have something to show instead of just plain old frustration!

I received and email from Redline the evening of the 5th, I responded on the morning of the 6th. The gist of their email was they were sorry, they didn't know where in production my order was so they could not give me a shipping date, they gave me 3 options, wait for the order and get a $50 credit on my next purchase, get $50.00 refund and still receive my order or cancel the order and get a full refund. Since they can't figure out where my order is (how do you run a business that way) I requested a full refund, which they said would process in 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 96+ hours and I have not received a response let alone a refund. So very very disappointed in this company and there service. I expected much better.

I finally received my refund, 3 months after I initially placed my order. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. I feel bad about that because I really like to support our veterans, but this company does not deserve a recommendation.

I placed my order for a Monogram sign on November 2, 2018 (order # 508419) which was to be a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law. Today, February 5, 2019, I still have not received my product. I have e-mailed them several times and have been told they are working around the clock to fill orders.
As I read some of these reviews, I see that I am not the only one having a problem. Well, my next step is going to be contacting the Attorney General's office in Alabama to see if anyone else has filed a complaint against the company.
When I chose this company, I did so because it is Veteran owned and operated. In my opinion, this is a black eye for Veterans.
I would like to hear from you as soon as possible as to when I can expect my product to be delivered. I think I have been more than patient. Again, my order number is #508419

The business explained that the delay in the order was customary and described on their website. This is untrue, and the email receipt I received with my order stated 6 weeks would be the maximum for production times. I am still waiting for the product, and it has now been 8 weeks. There has been no change in status, and I have still not received the product.

Did not receive product but the payment was taken from me.
I ordered a large plaque that said *** which is the person's last name. It was black with floral decor around it. My guess is it was about 18-inches long. I ordered the plaque on December 14 2018. The price with tax was $60.36. Payment method was taken from my checking account in 5 payments of $15.09. I have called at least 4 times and haven't gotten a response. I sent them a letter on about January 9 2019. I have not gotten anything from them.

The product was not delivered on time nor delivered at all. The emails sent to the company regarding this issue was never addressed.
I ordered an American flag 36" from Redline steel on November 25th 2018. Order #XXXXXX. The company has a disclaimer saying less times are 4-6. I waited until 1/23/2019 and still had not received my product. I emailed the company in reference to my order number inquiring about the delay and an automated message reply stated they would answer in 5-7 business days. Yet again I did not receive a response. I sent a second email on 2/2/2019 asking for a reply. Still waiting to see if I get a response which I am very doubtful I will.

11-4-18 we ordered 4 items that they already charged our CC. $240. Told us 4-6 weeks for arrival. We've received nothing and no response to emails.
On XX-X-XX we ordered 4 steel signs that they already charged our CC. $240 and the money was taken out of my bank account the next day. The emailed receipt told us 4-6 weeks for arrival. It's been 13 weeks. We've received nothing. I did receive an email just says before Christmas stating that our items wouldn't be there on time which wasn't fair since they were all gifts! I placed an order on November 7, 2018 for delivery in 4-6 weeks. It still has not arrived and no one will answer my phone calls or email inquiries. The order number is XXXXXX, and I paid for this order using my credit card, which was charged the full billing amount and has been paid. I still have not received this order and I cannot reach the company via phone or email. The total amount of the order was $52.15, and as mentioned, this amount has been paid via credit card to this company. I would either like a full refund or my product to ship promptly. The website said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship, but it has been more than 12 weeks at this point. Please help me resolve this issue.

The terms I received were 4 -6 weeks. Now it's 6-10 weeks. Which is it? Like everyone else who commented on here I feel like this is a scam. If I EVER receive my order I will never order again.
