This is the worst company out there. Ordered on Nov 13 2018 with a six week delivery. It's February 4 2019 and still have not received what was ordered. Was told the latest shipping date would be the 4th. Don't order from them. They also have changed the company name to Redline Decor. If they are x military they are a disgrace.
I understand you are frustrated, and I apologize for the delay. Our name change has been planned and in the works for over a year.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a large order November 30 and December 20. Its February 4 and no order. They took my money immediately. I tried emailing them text etc no response. I finally went to their Facebook page insisting on some kind of response all I got was *** promising me he'd call. When we couldn't connect I suggested he message me. He thought that was a great idea then stopped contact. I have it in writing he would have my order out Monday or Tuesday of last week. Nothing has shown up. I screen shot all conversations as this company has a habit of deleting any conversation that doesn't show them in a good light. They are offering customers gift certificates to come on the Revdex.com website and leave a good review. Buyer beware look for a reputable company this is not one.

Unfortunately same story here. My order was placed 12/14/2018. After I ordered was informed of the 4-6 week delay. My payment didn't have a delay though, it was processed quickly. I am beyond frustrated as this was supposed to be a gift. I have been patient... waiting the 4-6 weeks. After that time I have sent 2 emails with only an automated response for each. I also think I have been scammed!! Will I ever receive this? Please advise ASAP!!! Order # 579152

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to pay for goods that you will never receive, order from Redline. I placed an order on November 28 2018 and as of February 2 2019, I'm still waiting. Yesterday, they sent a marketing email asking me to order more. They have no phone number, so you can't speak to a real person. In response to an email equity I sent, they responded that my email slowed them down even more. Frankly, I think this company is a total scam. Don't waste your time or hard earned money.

I ordered a product in November. It was guaranteed to be here by Christmas, then the end of January, still not shipped. Horrible Customer Service.
I order this product in November of 2018. It was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Due to "machines breaking, lack of labor, ect", my order was not shipped and I received a "25$" gift card and was told to buy a back up gift.. that in its self is ridiculous. After many calls and emails to them, I was promised I would have a shipping email by the end of January.. It is February now. I have tried to call many times and I get an automated message telling me that "they are experiencing high call volume and to email them". I have also emailed them many times and now am just receiving automatic emails telling that that they will get back to me in 5-7 business days and to not email them again. It have been over 7 days since I emailed them the last time. Today, February 1st I asked them for a full refund.. this is so ridiculous and I am done dealing with this horrible company. They also changed the name of their company.. I am really hoping that this is not a scam, but unfortunately it is really looking like one.
I would like either a shipment email TODAY... or to be compensated for my money and time wasted with this company.

Order placed on December 4, 2018. Nothing bur promises and excuses since then and never delivered the ordered items. Claim machinery broke, etc.
I ordered 3 items from their online catalog and paid by credit card. They were originally promised for Christmas delivery. Email from company gave lots of excuses - machinery broke down and manufacturer didn't meet deadline for replacement. Claimed working round the clock and delivery would be made by end of January. I have NOT received the items, nor have I heard from the company with update of delivery status in almost a month - end of January has come and gone and still no delivery.
Either deliver the ordered items or refund the purchase price within 10 days.

Order for product was placed in good faith that it would arrive by Christmas. It did not. Refund request was submitted. No money or product received.
I placed an order #XXXXXX for $112.95 in good faith for product on 11-17-19. By 12-22-18 and numerous emails I knew these items ordered for Christmas would not arrive. I respectfully requested a refund on 12-22-18. I had no response or reply until 1-9-19 after I filed a complaint with Paypal for a refund due to no merchandise being received. Redline Steel then offered me a $50 refund in addition to receiving the original order. I replied that I would consider that if it was received prior to Paypal's deadline. I did not have faith that this was a legitimate refund offer, and may be done to delay me beyond the Paypal limitations where I would not be able to continue my claim. On 1-10-19 I received an email back stating my refund request was submitted to her supervisor and would be processed within 48 hours from approval. I again sent an email on 1-21-19 stating I had not received any refund, nor the merchandise. They again did not respond. I have now continued my claim with Paypal which had to be confirmed by 1-29-19. This company may still attempt to mail old orders for Christmas Presents that were never received, so I had to spend MORE money to get other gifts for Christmas. They do not respond, but are very active STILL in advertising to get other peoples money. I finally looked online and found a huge number of customers citing the same complaint. This company appears to be fraudulent. At the very least, they are a very poorly run business with absolutely no customer service, no standards, and no ethics. I would strongly recommend a thorough investigation into their activities, and the many complaints online citing the same issues.
I have all correspondence saved if you should desire these timed/dated emails that tell the entire story.
They should be ashamed for taking money and not honoring their orders timely, and then attempting to bait their unsatisfied customers with refund offers that never materialize.
I requested a full refund in writing on 12-22-18, and would still expect the same.

Not resolved as I had asked, but resolved.
I am extremely frustrated. I placed my orders on November 28 after seeing a video on Facebook guaranteeing my delivery by Christmas. After investigating I realized the company stated 4-6 weeks. I contacted customer service and was told the production manager guarantee Christmas delivery cut the customer service rep wasn't sure. I understood. The Friday prior to Christmas I get emails from the "ceo" apologizing that I won't get in time for Christmas and he wanted to ensure I had enough time to get something else. Seriously??? A custom order and 4 days prior to Christmas is enough time. I decided to be patient. I then receive another email from customer service on 1/17 guaranteeing my orders would be shipped by 1/31. Guess what today is 2/1 and my orders are still in production. Today I get an email from them asking for more business... I've tried to call them and for a month and a half their message said they weren't taking calls because of too many calls coming in. It took weeks for them to respond to my emails. It is very sad because I was very excited to place my orders with a small business owned by a veteran. If they had kept up with communication and been more honest I don't think I'd be as frustrated as I am. But clearly they don't care.
I also have the same complaint as others. I placed my order on Dec. 6th 2018 and this is now Feb.1, 2019. I have sent repeated emails and no response. I sent one out today and all I got back was we need your order #. I quickly responded with that info and got the same form letter back as I had received earlier. No information. My order # 569579. It has been 8 weeks. I too an wondering if this is a scam. Not happy at all. This was supposed to be gift for my husband and that day has come and gone. Hoping now maybe it could be a Valentine's Day gift. Not sure on that either. The way things are going maybe it will be an Easter gift. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I can't give this company any stars because they don't deserve any!!!

I have not received any of these. I tried to contact Redline Steel via their"support" email on several occasions , the most recent being on 1/21/2019, but have not been successful any of the times . A message that they"are out of the office " appears in contact box. There is no other way to contact them, no phone # is provided.
These items were paid for in full on my credit card( that bill was already paid) Each item was $64.00, plus $5.97 tax, totaling $69.97 for each monogram, order total was $279.88
I would like to know when, and if, this order will be completed I would like SOME communication with this company re: my orders as indicated above. I would like some resolution with the apparent lack of any customer service. I wanted to support this veteran-owned company with my orders, and I am so disappointed with them. I have been very patient, I've waited 8 weeks for there products.

It may be a better business practice to not collect the funds until you are ready to ship the product!
This is making me very nervous because I cannot get anyone on the phone and have not received any email updates to let me know that I have not been ripped off. This Thursday marks the 8th week since Redline took my money and I have not received any update about my purchase.
I used their email service on 1/21/19 and according to the response I should of had an answer by today but no such luck.
They do not communicate with their customers.
I don't think I will ever order again.
I cannot even cancel my order with them because they have no customer service.
I ordered from them last year and understood that they were a new company with growing pains. I was very understanding about it because it is a Veteran owned company but they have had a year to get their act together.
I want my product ordered or I want someone to call me so I cancel the order.

My order #XXXXXX,TOTAL PRICE $97.71 PD in Full. To this date I have not received my order and only received on email on 21 Decmeber 2018 stating a piece of machine broke and they are trying to catch up and gave me a coupon to order more items that they can't fulfill. I have sent two Emails to only get a computer generated email that says they are sorry and they had a difficult year!!! DON'T make promises you can not keep!!!! They have my money and I have NOTHING not even a delivery date. These items were Christmas gifts, what hold for 2019 just in case they deliver.
I want my product ASAP and if not I want a full refund, with this company to be shut down. Mr. states he is military, well not sure when or what branch he served but you don't conduct business like he is. This business should quit while they are behind. Doesn't surprise me that they are not accredited because they are a scam. I have been waiting on my Christmas order since November...received notification of shipment 1/31/19. There is no "customer service" to speak to. They only contact you via email. They would not cancel nor expedite my order even though it was not yet in production nor did they have any idea when it would be in production. Ridiculous that people like this can be allowed to run a business. Shame on me for not doing more research.

Item ordered, never delivered
Items ordered (XXXXXX) in November for Christmas present and charged immediately to credit card. Received email stating they had equipment problems, too many orders they couldn't handle, not enough employess, no phone service, and no customer service. Emails received from them are the same stating don't email again until previous one is answered. Two months later still no response, no product.
I want the items ordered or a complete refund. They offered me a $25 GIFT CARD to use on my next order, but I will not be ordering from this company again

An order was received at my address on 11-30-18 but it was not my order, I immediately e-mailed Redline and told them the items were not mine. I'm assuming this is why another order was placed by Redline on 12-4 for the order #XXXXXX identical to what I ordered originally which I still have never received. Numerous calls to this business have gone unanswered. The message says they are not taking calls. E-mails have also gone unanswered. Again I would just like to be reimbursed my money of $101.
