Placed an order Nov. 17, 2018 for $226.95. The company complains of problems and continues to promise shipment. There is no phone number at this time
I placed my order November 17, 2018, with Redline Steel on November 17th and was promised delivery for Christmas. It seems the company was experiencing some mechanical difficulties and stated that all orders placed by December 5, 2018, would continue to receive their order in time for Christmas. My order did not arrive and when I inquired about it I was promised that my order would arrive in January along with the choice of a $50 credit and/or 20% discount for my next order. This morning I tried to contact Redline Steel by email and received an automated response:

Redline Steel Customer Support Team apologizes for the inconvenience, but we are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of emails at this time. Due to this fact, our response to you may be delayed up to 5-7 business days from your most recent email.

Additionally, we would ask that you wait until you hear back from us before sending another email. We answer emails in the order that we receive them and every email sent in after the first one pushes you, and your concerns, to the back of the queue.

We would also like to clarify that we do not offer phone service at this time, as the amount of orders that we receive is way too much for 4 agents to handle via phone. However, we are looking to add phone services this year, including customer service and ordering processes that can be done via phone calls and we will put that number up on our website when it goes live.

If you have not included this in your previous email, please respond with your six-digit order number so that we may more quickly locate your specific order and address your concerns.

Placed an order on 12/18/2018. Received 2 of the items, but not the 3rd! Charged $57.00 but no product! I want the product or a full refund!
I purchased 3 items from Redline Steel on 12/18/2018. I received 2 of the items but not the 3rd, but was charged for all 3! The company shut down their telephone customer service line and says that the wait time for a response is 5-7 business days. This is totally unacceptable!!

Desired Outcome

I want the 3rd product I ordered--a wall hanging called 'By The Grace Of God' or a full refund if this item cannot be sent to me!

Purchased (2) Fancy Monogram items in Nov, credit card charge, have not received my order
Ordered (2) Fancy monogram items in November, they already charged my credit card $64 the day after. I have not received my order as of today, Jan 29. I tried calling, and the message says they are not receiving any phones calls due to high volume. States to go to their website to check the status, but it doesn't work. I sent emails and have not had any responses at all. I thought that because this company was run by veteran's that it was a great way to support our veterans but now I wonder if they are even legit!! Looks like they have all their customers money, but we don't have our purchases.

I would like my order and if not a complete refund of my purchase price.

To locate your specific order with 1000's of orders that are currently in production as well is nearly impossible. Your order will be shipped by February 8, or sooner. I assure you , our guys are working around the clock to get all orders fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible.

I am accepting their response at this time. I am giving them a second chance to fulfill my order in the time stated in their response to me.

This is the first time I have purchased from them and I am very disappointed but everyone deserves a second chance. I am taking them at their word regarding their explanation in which orders were delayed due to the unexpected equipment failure.

I will see if they stand by their statement that I will receive my order in a couple of weeks.

One thing that they should do is have Customer Service available to answer the phones, and make sure that their website is working properly so customers can correspond by emailing them directly.

Then make sure that they respond in a timely matter. This is a very big problem which created unhappy customers and could have been avoided.

12/21/18 - received automated response about growing pains, equipment failures etc

01/22/19 - Hello, I have not received our order yet. I am not worried about the gift card, but would like to just make sure it has or has not shipped yet. If not, what is the expected ship date? If you will be unable to complete the orders, when will there be a refund?

01/12/19 - Wow, you have a very lot of unhappy customers. I am very disappointed. I purchased from you solely because you are a veteran owned business and provide work to veterans. I feel that I have been very patient without any progress.

First, As a reputable business you should never have processed my credit card until you shipped my products.

Second, you should have communicated with me about the delays in processing and shipping long before I asked.

Third, you should have offered me a refund, not a $50 Gift Card.

Fourth, you have yet to reply to my last inquiry sent over 1 week ago. I still do not have my products.

I feel that I have been very patient, especially now that I have looked on FB and see that you have many unhappy customers who you have essentially stolen money from. It seems that some have actually received their refund.

When may I expect a refund? Thank you, ***

01/29/19 - I replied that I would give to the end of the month. Since you have failed once again to communicate and provide any additional information on the status of my order, I would appreciate a full refund. As I stated before, I do not want your gift card, that is an empty gesture.

I am very frustrated with the amount of time to receive my order, my credit card was charged immediately, I have emailed twice now about the status of my order and have only received an automatic reply and there is no phone number to actually speak to a live person.

At this point I would like to cancel my order #XXXXXX and have my credit card refunded.

I understand from reading other reviews I am not alone and while they may be swamped with orders that does not help me. These were to be gifts and now I no longer need them.

My order was placed in late November for Christmas presents. I was told there would be a $50 credit because they were running behind & wouldn't be delivered for Christmas... I've tried calling...no one answers the phones; have sent multiple emails & haven't received any responses. I FINALLY received a partial order on Saturday 1/26/2019 and quality is sub-standard & unacceptable and there was no invoice & no credit.

The order has already been paid in full... VERY disappointed & frustrated in the lack of customer service & inability to fulfill an order. I would advise anyone to avoid using this company.

This company is a scam. I have made over 1000 online orders with charges to my credit card only happening upon shipment of product. This companies shipment policies are not clearly stated unless you actively research their website. I was charged immediately upon checking out (an order of over $200). After waiting for a Christmas delivery, which was apparent it was not going to happen, I found their 4-6 week shipment policy. After 6 weeks of their website stating my order was still "in-production", I contacted them. Their phones are not manned and voicemails are not accepted. The only way to contact them is via their customer support email. I received an email back stating they have "suffered through mechanical and equipment issues, delayed vendor shipments and delays while moving to their new facility during the extremely busy holiday season" ????? What the heck! Why make a move during your busiest season. Anyway, a request to cancel my order was made over 2-weeks ago and still no refund. I am ready to make a complaint to the Attorney Generals office of Alabama. It has been 8 weeks with no production of order and no hope of a refund. Stay clear of this business unless you have the patience of Job and are in for a fight for your product. I can't imagine their product is worth the wait. I should have done my due diligence in this company first. Shame on me

I received an email that a credit was placed back to my card, along with a tracking number for shipment of said product. Upon checking the Redline website, order is still "in-production". The email also stated I should be receiving another email confirming that refund....3 days later and still no email.. A dispute has been made to both PayPal and my credit card company regarding order #555176. 8 weeks since ordered and no product equals a bad name.

Ordered product on 11/26/18 as a Christmas present. Company guaranteed product by Christmas. It's 1/23/19 and still no product despite being charged
I ordered Christmas presents from Redline on 11/26/18 with guarantee from *** that it would be delivered by Christmas. (Order #XXXXXX). This order included 3 signs - 2 we initially wanted and 1 the company gave for free. I emailed them on 12/14/18 because I had not received my ordered or any communication on my order. The response I received was an automatic and generic response saying my order was still in production. In this email it's states cutoff for Christmas deliver was 12/05/18 (9 days after I placed my order). Because it was an automated response, my fiancé called a number provided on the companies social media to inquire about our order on 12/19/18. The call resulted in an automated voice message stating call volume was too high and they were not taking any calls. It also states to email the same address I emailed on the 18th. The message stated to include the order number and to be sent from the ordering email. Because it was not sent from the ordering email, a response was never received. On 12/21/18 I received a generic email from the owner, Colin Wayne, via the company's email stating products would not be fulfilled by Christmas and no timeline on when we will receive our order. I emailed again on 1/21/18 to inquire about my order again to which I received another automatic and generic response I received. It is currently 1/23/19 and we have yet to receive further communications or our product despite paying Colin $100.17 which has been deducted from our accounts on 12/27/18

*** is a thief! He states he's military but abuses military folks who support his business. He ruined 2 Christmas presents! We want the product we paid for and were promised including the free sign!

Desired Outcome

We want a personalized, non-generic/automated response on the current status of our order and continual updates on order until the product is received. We also want the product we paid for and were promised which includes 2 signs we initially wanted and one the company offered for free. We require our product be delivered by 02/15/19 which equates to almost 3 months after the product was ordered. If any product arrives below the quality standard we were promised at time or order, we expect the order to be replaced by the end of February at the companies expense.

I was hoping to see some different reviews than the one I was going to leave....but unfortunately mine is also the same complaint. I placed an order in Dec. over 4 weeks ago and haven't received anything regarding that order. I didn't get an order number, expected delivery, confirmation of order. The only reason I know the order went through is because my credit card was charged. I sent an email inquiring into the order and haven't received a response. To be fair I just emailed them a day or so ago...but this is a big concern here! Just to reiterate what *** J said in her review below - production issues are one thing. Most people will understand that, but its not communicating AT ALL that starts to upset customers. What a shame this is because I want to support Self-employed companies and USA made products.

I have even called the sheriffs dept to see if you are a real company or a scam. I am starting to think I have been scammed. Product ordered it took 7 weeks to receive even through I had cancelled 3 times since it was not received in time for Christmas. You cannot talk to a human when trying to contact the company. The shipped a product which was not what was originally ordered. I ordered antlers and they shipped an anchor with a M. A very poor company to try and do business.

Desired Outcome

A refund and to advise Revdex.com so other customers can be aware that this company is horrible, frustrating and beware before they do business with Redline Steel.

It is not. They want picture sent showing the wrong product. I have already sent it. They never seem to understand. I feel like I am talking to a wall not a person. I want a return label and the money refunded to me immediately. This has gone on so long. I told them to cancel this order 3 times and they still shipped it to me (after Christmas-1 month) and the order they shipped is WRONG. I am a senior citizen and do not need their continual stress. Send me a return label and my money. Then leave me alone. This is my response which I have already sent them with a picture.

I placed an order with Redline Steel on 11/26/2018. Order #XXXXXX in the amount of $160.20. They immediately charged my credit card for this order. I ordered 1 Fancy Monogram Steel L and 2 Fancy Monogram Steel M. I have contacted the company by email 3 times as they are not answering their phone. Keep getting same answer that they have suffered through mechanical and equipment failures and are working 7 days a week 24 hours a day to fulfill orders. I am just hoping they aren't taking customers money and not sending out the orders in order to pay for their own expenses.

I placed my order on XX-XX-XX for a monogram made out of steel. I have not received my order as of X-XX-XX and have tried to contact them many times.
This Company by looking at all the Complaints have taken a lot of people's money and never delivered on the product ordered. My order is #XXXXXX and was told at the time of the order (12-17-18), it would be delivered after the first of the year. They also said they would be sending me updates to let me know when. I have never received an update and when you try contacting them by phone you always get a message that they are not taking phone calls today. I can't get them by e-mail. The amount I paid was $60.37. I would like the product or if not, I would like my money back.

I would like to get a refund. By reading all the complaints, getting the item is mute. They have a lot of people like myself that did not receive the product but they took our money.

As of March 1st I still do not have the item I purchased on December 12th 2018. They obviously are not going to send the item as it is shy of 3 months of the order. I would like a refund as they make no attempt to contact me as to when I will receive it. Please let me know!

I received the product and it was very nice. So I would like to keep the product and not receive my money back. I feel their lack of communication is the depth of my Complaint. I hope in the future they will give the customer an avenue to get in touch with them and then I would not had to file this Complaint with Revdex.com.

I never received my $300 order. It's been 3 months and I can't get anyone on the phone, email, or text of any kind. They took my money.
It's been 3 months since I placed my order and last heard from them. I cannot reach anyone to get info on my order. No email, call of any kind. All lines stay busy and no reply at all. They need to refund my money or send product immediately!!!!!

This is a temporary response acceptance. They have reached out to me, only after my formal complaint w/ the Revdex.com, and have assured me my order is coming. Once/if it arrives, I will rescind my complaint if it is in fact my correct order. It's a shame it took this route to get resolution, however, in the end all I want is what I paid for. We will see what happens by end of week. Many thanks to the Revdex.com!
