I ordered two metal signs on Nov 14th. It is now January 23rd and I have received nothing but a couple of lame, excuse-filled boilerplate emails designed to placate me so I don't contact my credit card company to reverse charges and launch a fraud investigation. Honestly, this company seems like little more than a scam operation. I would suggest that others intitiate contact with their credit card company sooner rather than later. With any luck, the company will no longer be able to accept credit cards and that will be the end of them. Veterans, true veterans, would never behave in this way. Not accepting phone calls from their customers? Continuing to send several emails in late November, early December, urging customers to place MORE orders? Google pop-up ads touting their merchandise? When out of the other side of their mouths they plead with those of us whose credit cards have already been charged that they have horrible production problems, broken equipment, terrible issues that prevent them from delivering our orders? Then WHY don't they take their advertising down, and stop the orders? It's just not fitting together, people. It's too late for me, but you can still save yourselves. RUN!

Products have been received.
Placed order and bank drafted on 12/11/18. Emailed three times about order since 1/2/19 and no one responds or answers phone. No way to get $ back.
My father is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran with Agent Orange. I know how much his military service means to him. I found this company, Redline Steel, who is supposed to be veteran-based and veteran-focused. I found the item I liked the most and placed my order for my Dad's Christmas present, which was $154.00. By 12/18/18, I had not heard anything from the company about when my order was going to ship. With Christmas fast approaching I sent an email to the company inquiring about my order status. The company replied rather quickly with what appeared to be a standard reply to all requests. My order # is XXXXXX. They stated my order was still unfulfilled and and was currently 'awaiting shipment.' The email also stated the Christmas deadline was 12/5/18, and even those orders were not meeting the Christmas deadline. Once my order was fulfilled I would receive a shipment confirmation email. To date I have not received such an email. I emailed the company again on 1/2/19, 1/4/19, and 1/13/19. I have had no response in any manner from the company. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank on Monday as it appears this company has no intention of fulfilling my order or calling me back about my order.
I simply want my money back at this point. I told my Dad what my surprise was at this point and he told me to take these steps. We agree this company is taking advantage of Veterans and their families, which is deplorable.

Ordered 7 items, paid $200.37 via PayPal, on 11.26.18 with promise of 4-6 wk delivery. Checked order status online often, always in-production. Rec'd email 12.21.18 stating I would not receive order before Christmas so I should consider a backup gift. Status still states my order is "in production, not shipped" and all attempts to contact company have had zero response. December email provided information to request and receive $50 gift certificate. I completed the form and have yet to receive anything regarding the certificate.

I understand your predicament. What I don't understand is the absolute lack of communication. I tried to contact your company multiple times via the chat on your website and phone. Both seem to be on lockdown. The one thing worse than bad customer service is NO customer service. I already submitted the form sent to me previously accepting the offered $50 gift certificate and received no response confirming receipt of form. This matter will not be resolved (with Revdex.com) until I have received my order and the $50 discount. Since you have already received payment in full from me, I will accept the $50 discount on my current order as a $50 refund/payment to my PayPal account within 10 business days or send a check to the following address to be received within 15 business days.

I received my ordered products but did not receive the Fleur de Lis Welcome they had originally offered me as a gift because of the size of my order. They did refund my PayPal $50. Although I would have liked them to keep the promise of my free gift, I will consider this matter closed. I will NOT be doing business with this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Any opportunity I have, people will hear of these are horrible customer service experience I had with this company.

I get auto response when I try to reach out and do more receive an actual response. If there is production issues, paying customers should be notified of any delayed. On Jan 20th & again on Jan 23rd, I requested my order be cancelled & my money refunded in full, as that was one of the options they offered. Today, Jan.26th, I received an email stating that my order - which was "in production" on Jan.23rd,- has now "been shipped". Their email on 1/23 stated that since my order was "in production", that they could not give me an estimated delivery other that "3 weeks or less"- now, 3 days later its "been shipped"?!!! Again, as I was given the option, I want this order CANCELLED & FULLY REFUNDED. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a company.

This was a Christmas order, and since I had not received it and it was getting close to Christmas, I tried calling if their phone numbers, they were not excepting any calls . They said that we had to contact via email on their support website. I sent several emails before I got any kind of response. I still promised these gifts, I just told my family that their Christmas present would be late. I have been trying ever since to see the status of my order, and still I'm not getting any response. I was e-mailed an online form to fill out claiming to get a $50.00 gift card from them for not being able to comply with the on-time delivery date.

Unable to get update on order placed & paid for 6 weeks ago
I placed an order with Red line steel;order# XXXXXX on 12/7/18, I am trying to get an update on the status of my order. The payment for the product $70.97 was processed using my bank debit card, the funds were removed from my bank account on 12/7/18. It has now been 6 weeks since my order was placed and paid for and I would like to know when I am actually getting my product. From what I have now read online there is a significant issue with this company fulfilling orders. If they aren't able to get me my order I at least want my money back. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update and haven't received any email back, when I try to call their company it states they are too overwhelmed with calls and they won't be answering the phone. I do understand I ordered technically after their Christmas cut off of 12/5/18 however it doesn't sound like they have fulfilled all those back orders.
I would like a refund of my money as it doesn't appear my order will be fulfilled anytime soon.

With that being said, to locate your specific order with 1000's of orders that are currently in production as well is nearly impossible.

Sounds like as consumers we don't have any options with this company. You could certainly give me some estimate on shipping, like where is your company at with fulfilling your Christmas order deadlines? Have those customers orders been fulfilled? What happens once you've missed the updated delivery schedule you posted which for my order is 2/14/19, at that point will I get a refund? And yes this is more than frustrating as you have my money and I'm left to wait and wonder. Certainly doesn't give me faith when you have also under gone a change in website, your redlinesteel site is no longer reachable.

Placed order on 11/15. Received confirmation. Sent follow-up email 12/13. Received generic auto reply with the orders place before December 5th will be shipped by Christmas. 12/22 sent another email. 12/24 filed complain with Revdex.com - no response. 12/30 sent another email. Today is 1/21, 9 weeks later and NOTHING. To add insult to injury, my mom ordered from them over the summer and gave me a present from them. I just want my order. Help, anyone?

Very pleased with the prompt delivery (received a little over 1 week after placing order); very good quality product also - they were beautiful and the recipients of the gifts loved them. note: very surprised at seeing comments about not receiving items or receiving what they considered low quality. Today I received the product that I had ordered and it is even nicer than I expected. I am very pleased. They kept me informed about my order and why it's delivery was delayed. I understand that most new companies have hiccups along the way and I would hope that others would have the same understanding. This company makes an excellent product and when the occasion arises, I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I wanted to say Thank You! I got my order yesterday that was placed on November 25th. All 3 pieces are gorgeous. I wanted to state that I also got no replies to some emails and until I did a google search of the company was when I started to see all that was unfolding about customer complaints. I never thought to look at a Facebook site. I saw the video on Facebook you have been replying to customer posts which was the first response in a while I had gotten. You may want to consider updating your website to show the video and all that is going on. I can only imagine the overwhelming emails you are receiving. I would be up front with everyone on your website, not just Facebook as a lot of people are either not on there or like me, never thought to look. Hopefully this will make you all stronger.
