I ordered two monogram hangings as Christmas gifts on Nov. 22,2018. The websites stated I would receive them by Christmas. My confirmation email was received immediately when payment was deducted from my account yet it stated delivery times were four to six weeks. Since this would be after Christmas, I immediately emailed the company to request a cancellation and refund. They responded saying they had a no cancellation no refund policy and that since my order was placed before Dec. 5 that I would receive it before Christmas. I emailed on Dec. 20 because I had not received my order and to inquire that it would be delivered by Christmas and was promptly emailed back that I would receive by Christmas but did not yet have a tracking number. The very next day, I received an email saying I would not receive my order until after Christmas but offered me a $25 gift card to use on a future purchase. (My order was $94.55. I saw where others on this feed had totals of $100 and were given $50 gift cards. Strange) I did not accept the gift card. I still, as of Jan. 18, 2019, have not received my product nor a refund. Today I filed complaints with the WV and AL Attorney Generals and am leaving this comment with the Revdex.com and will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I feel if I had been given the cancellation and refund I asked for the day my order was placed it would have helped the company and myself. Instead Redline Steel chose to lead me on and lose me and my friends and family as future customers.

Christmas present not to be made
I placed an order online on Dec 7 2018 and it is Jan 18 2019. The company keeps giving me the run around and saying that it hasn't been made. Too many orders to fulfill. I have asked for a refund since it was NOT made and I get "company policy" there are no refunds. However I keep getting form emails and the run around for and ETA on delivery. I don't feel they are being honest and no production time line.

Desired Outcome

If they are not going to give me a production schedule as to when this will beproduced then they need to As I stated I don't believe they are real and if they are they are NOT handling this appropriately.

SCAM COMPANY-PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED
The company complains of problems and continues to promise shipment but this is going on for 3 months. I placed my order December 6, 2018, with Redline Steel on November 17th and was promised delivery 4-6 weeks. My order never arrived and this is my 2nd complaint. When I inquire via email. This morning I tried to contact Redline Steel by email AGAIN and received an automated response saying, Redline Steel Customer Support Team apologizes for the inconvenience, but we are currently experiencing high volume of orders. They need to refund my money IMMEDIATELY or send my order.

I am having a terrible time trying to get information on my order. My order was placed on December 6, 2018, order number XXXXXX what is the status??? I would like my order and I am willing to wait if someone will talk to me. I understand you have had production issues and those have been addressed. Apparently you are having issues in the communications department and they are not being addressed. I make this suggestion to you...hire some people to work the front end of your business, get them to start answering the phone and talking to your customers. its not going to matter what you have done to fix your production issues if you have made all of your customers upset. You can start by contacting me on my order.

Never received products I ordered.
I placed an order for 2 products on November 30, 2018 that was promised delivery before Christmas. After several failed attempts to receive estimated delivery status, I finally got a response apologizing for the delay due to technical and manufacturing issues but that I would be sent a $25 gift card and my order would be processed as soon as possible. Now it is January 17, 2019 and I still have not received my order or the gift card. I do not want the gift card as I would never order from this company again now that I see on Revdex.com that they have a history of not fulfilling orders. I would like a FULL refund ($64) if I am not going to receive my order in the next 2 weeks. Two months is plenty of time to fulfill an order that was promised within weeks of placing the order. This is ridiculous. I have tried several times to get a phone number to speak with an actual person, but have yet to receive one. Nor will they give any possible dates of delivery. Is this company legit at all? Has anyone ever received any product they've ordered from here? Is this company a scam? I believe the proper term for this would be "theft". I don't need any other excuses for the delay. I understand malfunctions can happen and delay orders. However, I feel like that is a common excuse that's been used many times and not just for orders placed during this time. Seems to be a pattern for this company. Yet no dates can be provided. I need an actual date of delivery or a date I will receive a full refund. These items were for business purposes. This company has very poor business ethics. It is very frustrating since we were planning on placing multiple orders in the future for our business. I am certainly glad this happened on a sample order and not a larger order. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Please INFORM me of the ETA of my order or my full refund ASAP.

To speak with a person via telephone to insure this is in fact a legit company. Mostly, I would like to receive the items I ordered or a full refund. If there is a chance of actually getting the items I ordered and paid ($64)for, then please provide an estimated delivery date.

I ordered a Christmas Gift on 12/1/18 and as of 1/15/19, I have not received the order. No way to contact the company for updates.
I ordered a Made in USA Flag from Redline Steel on 12/1/18 (order #XXXXXX). They said we would receive it by Christmas. We got a letter before Christmas saying that it would be a little longer. It is now 1/15/19 and we still do not know when we will receive this Christmas gift. I tried to contact the company but was unable to send an email and no phone number was listed. I went to the Revdex.com site and found a phone number which was out of order. Would like to know if they are still in business or if I have lost my money.

I would like to get the flag that I ordered and think I should be given some percentage off. They offered me $25 off my next order in the letter they sent before Christmas but I will not be ordering from them again.

This will be resolved when I receive the item I purchased and the $25 refund on the $89.82 that I paid for this item on 12/1/18. As of 1/23/19, neither of these has happened. The email I received from Redline Steel after Revdex.com contacted them, asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, Receive a $25 off next order or $25 off this order. I chose to receive the item and $25 off the current order.

There is ZERO customer service with this company!
I'm very sorry to do this. I wanted to give Redline Steel a chance because the products looked beautiful. I just wanted to know where in the process my order was but it's been a month and no one will answer. I understand the company was overwhelmed and not prepared to handle this volume. No one would care if you'd just answer emails! I ordered Dec 14th and while I know I wouldn't receive the two items by Christmas, I'd at least like to be kept in the loop so it doesn't look like you just took my money and ran with it. If this is the only way I can get you to answer me, then so be it. I'll decide what to do with the order after this.

I want to say I do accept their response but at the same time I don't. I'm frustrated that the only reason I received a response to my emails is because I had to file this complaint with the Revdex.com. If I hadn't filed, I'd still be in the dark and left thinking my order was lost or forgotten.

Worst customer service ever
This is the 2nd complaint I've had to open to get answers. The first one finally brought answers to my emails - albeit emails filled with false information. One email stated my items would be delivered by the end of January, another stated by middle of February. My order status (ordered Dec 14th) still reads as unfulfilled. Since they will not answer customer service calls or emails, I've left a few comments on Facebook asking about what's going on and instead of being answered, my comments get deleted. At this point, I'd rather just have my $118 dollars back but I'm trying to do the right thing. I just with this company was doing the same.
I mean really..send me my items or issue my card a refund.

I placed my order with Redline Steel on November 19th. As of today Jan 16 I still haven't received my item that was guaranteed by Christmas.

I still haven't received my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but never came, then a birthday present to my wife, still hasn't arrived. I don't know what I have to do to get this thing. It looks like the tracking number they provided was a false number. Tracking shows label printed Jan 7th and package would arrive in 1-3 days. It's been 9 BUSINESS DAYS and still nothing.

53-day delay, repeated broken promises, order received was wrong, refusal to issue credit or refund, deceptive advertising, poor customer service.
Based upon a promotion on their Facebook page, I decided to order fifteen (15) pieces from Redline in the "God Is Good" style (Order #XXXXXX). I paid for an upgrade to a gold finish. This order was placed on November 13th via the Redline website. I received immediate confirmation of my order and my credit card was charged the full amount. In last November I inquired with Redline about the status of my order since all of the items in my order were intended as Christmas gifts. After about a week, I received an email stating that there were some production problems and equipment problems but all orders before Dec. 5th would arrive by Christmas. By mid-December, I was getting very worried, and I inquired again- with both the customer service representative and the owner (Colin Wayne). Again, I was assured that my order would arrive by Christmas day and that a "rush" had been put on the order. A few days before Christmas, I received an email stating that because of equipment, supply and production problems that my order would not arrive by Christmas Day, but soon afterwards. I was offered a $50 coupon to use on a future purchase as a way to show good faith toward me and other customers who had been impacted. I responded by saying that I would not accept a credit toward a future order because I never intend to order from Redline again, but I would accept a refund of $50 on my current order (which still had not been delivered by that date). After about another week without any communication, I was told that $50 would be credited back to the original credit I used to make the purchase. On January 5th, my order arrived- 54 days after I originally placed my order online. Upon opening the order, I was shocked to find out that Redline only sent the items in their standard black finish, not the gold finish I had chosen and paid extra for. Being quite upset at all the broken promises and lack of customer support, I immediately contact them again by email requesting a UPS lapel to send back the black items that I never wanted. There was no response to this request but I was told that a "rush" order had been placed for 15 gold finish items. As of this moment, my order online shows that it has been delivered, there is no new order on file, and no $50 credit was ever issued as promised. I have no idea if I will ever receive what I originally ordered from Redline or the $50 refund. I believe Redline is guilty of false advertising, false delivery promises, a gross negligence in how they handled my order. I have now requested a full refund but have heard nothing from Redline. It is almost as if they are ignoring me. The 800# provided on their website is only a fax line. It is impossible to speak with any person at their company about issues. They only deal by Facebook and email. Though the amount of my loss is relatively small, I have reason to believe that a number of other customers have been impacted by their lack of integrity and false promises. I believe an investigation is warranted by the State so that accountability for their actions (and inactions) can occur and customers like myself can receive a full refund. I would be happy to provide any documentation of the initial order, correspondence or a photo of the items that were delivered to verify this claim.

Desired Outcome

Redline can resolve this issue in two ways: 1) Send me the 15 ordered gold finish items and a $50 refund for time and trouble as promised. 2) Issue a full credit to my credit card for $153.24.

Redline Steel has failed to return email and is not accepting calls. I have an order that was ordered over 2 months ago and is still not here.
I ordered two steel signs on 11/19/18 Order #XXXXXX. Items Monogram - Circle black and Monogram - Antler chrome. The total of the purchase was $159.80 USD. After ordering and receiving a confirmation I immediately emailed Redline Steel requesting a change to the order. On 11/19/18 I received an updated Order number #XXXXXX. Items Monogram - Circle black and Monogram - Antler chrome. A month after ordering (12/20/18) I emailed ***@redlinesteel.com to inquire of my order. I received a response that orders were high and THOUSANDS would be shipped in the next few days, but if it was intended as a Christmas gift the company "highly advised and encouraged a back up gift." After receiving the email I responded for Redline Steel to asking to CANCEL my order and issue a REFUND. I received no response. 12/26/18 I again emailed asking to CANCEL my order and issue a REFUNDno response. 12/26/18 I called Redline Steel, but lines were not accepting calls. 1/5/19 email to Redline Steel to CANCEL my order and issue a REFUND. In this email I also stated I would be filing with the Revdex.com if my email was not returned or the item was not cancelled or shipped. 1/5/18 I called Redline Steel, but lines were not accepting calls. TODAY 1/14/19 (nearly 2 months after the order was placed, I am filing a formal case against Redline Steel for continued neglect of costumers, by failing to communicate or respond; as well as failing to deliver a product in a timely matter.

I would like Redline Steel to cancel Order#XXXXXX and issue me a FULL REFUND in the amount of $159.80USD.

Items ordered 11-10-2018 and promised by Christmas. As of today. 1-15-2019, still no items received, but withdrew funds from my bank account.
I ordered items from Redline Steel on 10-10-2018 with a promise delivery date by Christmas. When items not received, tried to call but they are not accepting calls. I emailed them and was still promised the items by Christmas. The Friday before Christmas, I received an email stating I would not have my items as promised but should in a week or two. As of today, 1-15-2019, I still have not received my items, still not accepting calls, and now not replying to emails I have sent. Do not order from the this company unless you do not want your items for a long time or not get them at all.

Would have liked my items purchased but at this point feel that will not happen anytime soon. Would like a refund.

They delievered what was ordered and its a high quility product. Very happy with the resolution.

I placed an order on 11-27-18. Have not received it. They haven't responded to me email. They have my money but I don't have a product.
Placed my order (order number XXXXXX) on 11-27-18. Payed by credit card. Total payment was 64 dollars. I received an automated response saying it would be 4-6 weeks for redline steel to make my products. I sent them an email after 6 weeks. They have not responded to my email nor have they sent me my product.

The resolution is very simple. Give me back my money or give me what I paid for.

It's been over 2 months since my order was placed and paid for. I have yet to receive my product.

The order took a long time to finally reach us. The company advertised being a veteran owned and made in the USA. I think people responded by ordering to support this company and it overwhelmed them. I think they will be able to adjust in the future. When I did get my order it was beautifully done. I am really impressed with the quality.

I really wanted to do business with this company, but I get a robo email reply when I ask about the order I placed 12/15/18!!! I'll be calling my CC company to dispute the charge if I don't receive the order this Friday Order- #581422. I had high hopes for a Veteran owned business. I really wanted my God is Good signs.

never received order or reply to my delivery date.
I placed my order on dec. 7th. received my confirmation order and a thank you from owner. since then nothing sent email to owner and contacted customer support 3 times. received message customer support is unavailable. since today jan 12th nothing.. no reply's...

Desired Outcome

i would like the products i ordered. if not i want my money back.
