No delivery of order placed on 11/24/18 in the amt of $201.96 for Christmas presents & wedding gift.
I placed an order with Redline Steel on 11/24/18 in the amount of $201.96, for Christmas presents and a wedding gift. As of 1/12/19, I have still not received my order. My order # is XXXXXX and I paid using my Bank of America debit card. I rec'd an email from the co on 11/25/18 thanking me for my order. The closer it got to Christmas and still no delivery, I emailed the company several times with no answer. I rec'd the following email on 12/21/18: Hi ***,
The 2018 holiday season will be one as a company we will truly never forget. The highs and the lows.
We have experienced some major growing pains and setbacks as a company that has, unfortunately, lead us to be extremely behind on this season's orders. From our nitrogen generator going bad, which powers our lasers, to vendors being months late on new equipment, and moving into our new 110k SF facility two months later than expected due to permits out of our control. In order to combat all of these issues to get all the orders out for the holiday season, we hired 20 new employees in the last 60 days and have implemented two 12 hour shifts throughout the day. Your order is of the utmost importance and we are doing all we can to see it gets to you.
However, if you are receiving this message that means you will not be receiving your order by this Christmas. We know this is a huge setback so we wanted to let you know ahead of time so you can be prepared with replacement gifts. You can rest assured we are doing everything we can to get these orders out to you. No matter what, you will get your order.
There is no right way to say this so we will say it straightforward, we are truly sorry from the bottom of our hearts that this year you are not receiving your order in time as promised. We can assure you that we are learning from our mistakes and setbacks to bring you a bigger and more efficient Redline Steel in this coming year. We are going to do all we can to make this right.

Company did not honor 4-6 week delivery date. No response to inquiries.
I ordered (# XXXXXX) X items Dec 10, 2018. After the order and payment was made, I received an email saying it would take 4-6 weeks. On January 10th I emailed for an update status. No response. Only social media, I discovered the company was now projecting another 5 weeks after the initial 4-6 weeks. No response to three more emails asking for information. Federal Trade Commission delivery rules clearly state if they can't ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if they made no promise), they must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain his right to cancel and get a full and prompt refund. Furthermore, for definite delays of up to 30 days, they may treat the customer's silence as agreeing to the delay. But for longer (which this is) or indefinite delays - and second and subsequent delays - they must get the customer's written, electronic or verbal consent to the delay. If the customer doesn't give the okay, they must promptly refund all the money the customer paid without being asked by the customer.
I would like my money back in full. And they should not charge me the restocking fee of 15% since they never even made the products.

we still are only receiving promises that they are working on it. As of today, 1/25/19, we have not received the product. Also, have not received an email stating it has been shipped.
We have received two emails. One is an offer for a future discount, and again how sorry they are. the second is they are still working on it. These were Christmas gifts ordered in November. We do not accept this as satisfactory.

My order was placed on the 13th of Nov, but they are showing the 16th. I paid by credit card in full for this order , no order number provided.
I placed an order on Nov 13th 2018 for a Christmas gift it was order number to be delivered prior to Christmas , I have sent several e-mails and have tried to call to no avail they are not taking phone calls or responding to e-mails this item was paid for in full $160.00 and advertised as free shipping if over $99.00. I still have not heard anything from this company.

Ordered a Monogram for Christmas 11/26/18 and as of now have not received the product.
Purchased monogram for Christmas gift on 11/26/18 and yet to receive the item. Sent emails and received email starting the are moving to California, problems with their equipment and due to high order volume unable to get iur item before Christmas. They have received payment through my credit card. ORDER #XXXXXX has not been received and last email asking for status on order claims they are working on product and could give no date for delivery.
I would really like the product but concerned if it will be quality. If not I would like a refund

Ordered item in November 2ith a 4-6 week delivery time..still have not received it. Customer Service will not respond
I ordered a Steel Home Decor item on November 5th and delivery time was not given until after ordered. They a 4-6 week delivery time was given. I changed the delivery address since it was a Christmas present and I would not be around after the 15th of December. Even though this was well with in the 4-6 weeks delivery. It is not January 13 and the product has still not been delivered. Apparently this is true of 1000's according to the internet. The company advertised all the way up until December 5th, that orders placed until this date would be delivered by Christmas. I tried calling the company to see when I could expect delivery, and they are not taking phone calls because they are overwhelmed. I was offered a 20% off coupon for future orders (as if). I can't get hold of anyone not...no one will return my emails, to see about the delivery or get a darn refund. I went with this company because of the Veteran Status...This guy is a shister, He posted a video saying that they had equipment failure...but still continues to advertise and take peoples money.. Please advise. I paid around $85 for this item, which was a gift for a Fire Chief in CA who managed the devastating fires late in 2018...A real hero...

They have done NOTHING. They gave me a $25 credit on my item, but I still don't have it. All while promising via very bad media that they will ship all items within 10 days - that was 3 weeks ago! This fool is all over social media selling and accepting more orders, all while he hasn't fufilled the previous orders. Additionally, the company has changed its name. I want my darn order. People are also on social media saying that they are getting the wrong orders..Come on...do something here..

Ordered from them on 11/27/18 and I still have not received my merchandise as of 01/13/19. They do not answer their phone, emails, or support chat.
I ordered merchandise from this company on 11/27/18, intended as Christmas gifts. Order #XXXXXX. The payment of $64.00 was made instantly through Paypal. I received initial acknowledgement of my order by email, and was told that I would receive an email when my items shipped. I checked on the status of my order numerous times over the next 3 weeks, anticipating its arrive in time for the holidays. On 12/21/2018, four days before Christmas, I received an email saying that they were sorry, that they were behind on their order fulfillment, and that I should make other gift arrangements because I would not be getting my order in time for Christmas. They offered me a $25 gift card in that email. Since the 21st of December, I have sent numerous emails, tried using their chat service that continuously states that they are away from the office and have placed phone calls only to hear that because of high phone call volume they cannot take my call at this time. They have had my money for 7 weeks and I would like the merchandise I ordered, or my money refunded.

Redline Steels' response does nothing to assure me that I will receive the items I ordered anytime soon. Saying that it is nearly impossible to locate where my order is in their production process demonstrates, to me, a lack of control of their own company. How can they not know where my order is in the production line? Is it even in production at all? It has now been 67 days since they took money for items I have not received.

Ordered on November 15 with guarantee of Christmas Delivery. Today is 1/14/19 still nothing.
I placed an order on November 15 through their Facebook add which guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Order #XXXXXX. 2 Large Monogram Circles. I emailed the on November 28 to confirm that the order would be received in time. As I told them, my youngest son lives in Nashville and would only be home for Christmas. I did not want to have to ship his gift to him. I received an email from Shannon in their customer service department stating that all orders placed before December 5th were guaranteed to be arrive before Christmas. I emailed again on December 20 and received an email stating "we highly advise and encourage you to have a backup plan readily available in the event your gift does not ship out in time." Then on December 21 @ 7:33 PM, I received an email stating my order would not be shipped in time for Christmas. They offered a $50 gift card to their online store. I responded that I did not want the gift card but wanted a full refund. They had not had an issue charging me immediately when I ordered. As of today I have not had a response, but have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I do not feel that telling people 4 days before Christmas that their gift will not arrive is unacceptable. And this is not the first time this has happened. It was the same last year. I do understand set backs and issues, but 2 years in a row. I would not have filed this complaint if they had responded to my refund request, but I have not heard anything and I do not intend to waste my time continuing to attempt to contact them.
I want a full refund from this company.

Ordered 11-26; promised before Christmas if ordered by 12/5; now 7 wks+ since order placed (1/14); they do not respond to email or social media chat.
Order #XXXXXX placed 11/26; promised delivery before Christmas if ordered by 12/5; recvd notification of problems on 12/21 and told I would not receive before Christmas and that I needed to make other arrangements for these 3 gifts. I have sent emails and online chats ("we are away from the office") BUT NO RESPONSE. They don't answer the phone either (tells you to go to website support). 7 weeks now and I'm just trying to get an answer on my order or to determine if this is a SCAM. My order total was $144.30 charged on AMEX; my bill is now due but I am close to filing a claim for a refund; Redline Steel's website indicates "no refunds for custom product"; however, if it isn't manufactured yet I should still be able to get a refund. All I want is an answer if this is a legit company/order or should I file for a refund. They have provided NO update since 12/21/18.

Redline has advised they will ship my order by the end of January; they also advised I would receive a $50 discount against my order due to the problem. I have received the $50 credit, however, my order hasn't shipped as of yet and I do not want to let them off the hook until my order ships; otherwise they will owe me a $94.30 credit as well. They've made other promises and not kept them so I don't want to close this claim until I've received my order which should be the 1st week in February (10 weeks since my 11/26 order). I communicated just that in an email to their Customer Service Dept. when they offered me the $50 discount. Please leave my claim open; I will contact Revdex.com when I have received my product.

Free Item- FLEUR-DE-Lis Welcome Sign, Bronze. My order #XXXXXX,TOTAL PRICE $143.40 PD in Full. To this date I have not received my order or any person to contact me back about this problem. I have sent several Emails to only get a computer generated email that says they are sorry and they had a difficult year!!! DON'T make promises you can not keep!!!! When I check my order status it just says "UNFUFILLED". They have my money and I have NOTHING not even a delivery date.

Not receiving correspondence regarding my order which is still not received. Paid for on 12/10/18. Made contact by email twice.
Ordered a gift on 12/10/18, order number XXXXXX, paid 41.17 which was taken from my account immediately. Said orders were averaging 4-6 weeks. I sent an email on 12/10 in response to a "personalized" email from the owner, *** Wayne. Never received a response to my questions. I sent another email on 1/10/19 inquiring about my order. Received an email back on 1/10/19 stating it would take 5-7 days for a response and they do not have phone support. This is unacceptable! I ordered and paid for an item as a gift for the holidays. I am beyond fuming at this point! I want the gift I ordered and feel I should receive some compensation for their inattentiveness. Please advise.

I am not accepting a "canned" response. This is unacceptable and the response they are giving everyone, word for word, with little to no thought in it. My order has not been started/filled and I want it cancelled and refunded ONLY. No more discussion of this. I am not satisfied with this purchase. Had I seen the timeline I would not have ordered to begin with and now to tell me it'll be longer is outrageous. I should have had an option on their website to cancel immediately after I saw the timeline of 4-6 weeks. They don't have that option, thereby holding you captive. They take the money and run! It's been far too long for something I ordered as a Christmas gift that has not been fulfilled. I have since had to buy another gift in its place so need to replenish that money. Regardless of the issues, I am not accepting anything less than a full refund of my money. I hope they can get their act together in the future.

Albeit late, I have been refunded. Worst company handling of the situation in my life. They have a lot of areas to fix for the good of the potential customer and their reputation. It should not have had to come to a Revdex.com filing for resolution.

When I first placed this order on 11/23/18, the site said delivery was 4-6 weeks. Then the site said all deliveries placed by 12//05/18 would be delivered by Christmas. They continued to heavily advertise their products. Then, on 12/21/18 night, I receive an email apologizing that due to multiple issues, they would not be able to deliver my order by Christmas. They even offered a $50 gift card. I have emailed this company twice and asked for a new delivery date, but just received apologetic automated emails in return. At this point, I just want my money back. They immediately charged my credit card on 11/23/18. I feel I have been patient long enough. This company seriously needs to improve its customer service!

I've read numerous complaints about the same issues I've had. Placed order 11/12/18 and have gotten a single email response to multiple emails sent to the company. That email promised a $25 credit, to which I replied and didn't hear anything more about. I assure you that credit will never be used. I see responses to comments here... try responding to emails that customers send to you directly!

Thanks for the quick response - the only way to get a response apparently is to post something on Revdex.com. Your replies to others' posts include the customer service email address still! Stop doing that if you're not replying to those emails! The photos I'd seen of your products are beautiful, and your social engineering type marketing as a veteran owned business worked on me. But I now see multiple other companies with the same products and similar MOs. I feel like they're all scams now. Lesson learned.

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered 2 signs on Nov 29, they ran my card on Nov. 29, and as of today Jan 14 I still have nothing to show for my money. These were intended to be Christmas gifts. I sent an email the middle of December and asked when I could expect them. I was told that the Christmas cutoff date was Dec 5 so it should be here soon. When I didn't get it I was told that if I would hear from them the weekend before Christmas if I wasn't going to be receiving it. I got an email that gave lots of excuses as to why I was not getting it. I was also told to get replacement gifts since my order was not going to arrive. I emailed them again today Jan 14 and was told that they were looking into it but didn't know when it would be available. They told me they are answering emails in the order they are received, but are getting lots of them so it would be a while. They also do not have phone service at this time do to too many calls. This is totally unacceptable. I will never order from this company again. I paid when I ordered yet still don't have anything to show for it. Don't order from this company! You will never get your order.

" due to high call volume we are not taking calls" that's all I get.
no response to email either.
I NO LONGER want my order. I want a refund. I do not see that happening either.

Let me tell you, I was very nervous to order with Redline Steel..I had already ordered with a company called *** Co...they scammed me...so I decided to take a chance. They assured me they were for real, but I still had my doubts...I was so HAPPY to receive my 'S' in the mail yesterday!! It is beautiful and I will tell all my friends!!
