I previously ordered a Welcome sign from this Company - did not have a problem so I took a chance to order 2 more items on November 30, 2018 thinking that was plenty of time to receive them in time for Christmas. Needless to say, I am STILL waiting to receive them.
I have now sent 3 emails asking for the status - somehow a person can contact the Company by email but just what good foes it do if they NEVER answer or respond???
I would never order from them again and would not recommend others to shop here.

I received an email from Redline Steel on December 21, 2018 telling me the exact same thing - setbacks, etc. Nothing NEW on their response, I am simply asking for an UPDATE as to when my order will be filled. Again they did not answer my question, simply stated I would need to wait an additional 5-7 Business Days for them to let me know. Just how many times must I send an email to them to have them answer my question??
Again more frustration with this company!! NEVER order from this company again - I will make sure others are informed.

Where is my order in production ?????
It is impossible to tell where exactly your order is during the production process. There are many stages that occur from ordering to receiving the shipment.
Design Stage
Steel Cutting
Grind Stage
Powder-Coat
Baking (Oven)
Cooling Stage
Fulfillment (Shipping) Stage
With that being said, to locate your specific order with 1000's of orders that are currently in production as well is nearly impossible.

I have received the items I ordered, The products were better then I expected and we are very pleased with our order, although there were delays in the process they did keep me informed and were very apologetic. I am very pleased with my the Items I ordered. The quality of workmanship is Fantastic. I can see the care and pride they take in each piece. I did place my order late for it to arrive by Christmas, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived yesterday. It was well worth the wait!

Misleading delivery dates, and no response form customer service Card charged prior to manufacturing or delivery
We ordered prior to the GUARANTEED delivery before Christmas. These were Christmas gifts and product is still not shipped. We received an e-mail 2 days before Christmas with a sob story about growing pains and a coupon for $50 off the next order. I WONT be using the company again and recommend others take their business elsewhere. I also have issue that they charged my card and are using my money, and I have yet to receive any response to my communication regarding my order. I just want to know where my order is and we have two families that did not receive gifts.
I would like to change the delivery to be shipped directly to the intended receivers, and to get an exact date of production and delivery and to have use the $50 gift card offered on this order and to have a credit issued. My issue is the word they used, GUARANTEE. They lied using that word and are not honoring the guarantee, which is deceptive advertising to entice sales

I placed an order 11-21-18 and have not received my items or been given a window in which they will arrive.
I have not received my order nor have I been further instructed on when I should expect it. They were Christmas presents and they obviously did not come in in time.
I would like my items delivered as soon as possible. Or at least be contacted by the company to let me know when to expect my packages. At this point, I am unsure whether they still plan to continue with my order or not.

They Advertised on Facebook if you placed your order by 12/4/18 you would be guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Still waiting on delivery.
The company's owner advertised on Facebook that if you placed your order before 12/4/18 your items would be guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I placed my order (#XXXXXX) for three customer name plates for a total of $252.45 including tax and delivery. On 12/3/18 they charged my credit card for the amount in full. I received confirmation of the order. On 12/21/18 I received an email from the owner indicating they have had some set backs and my items would not be received by Christmas. He did offer a $50 gift card, but all I wanted was my items for gifts to family members. I gave it some time and on 1/9/18 I emailed the company asking for a status on my order. I received an automated response indicating that they are really backed up and can't respond to emails. Also, they stated do not call us because we don't have enough employees to attend to phone inquiries. All I want is the products that I ordered or a full refund. This is false advertising and appears to be a scam taking money for items and not providing them. Additionally, the owner has been posting videos on Facebook stating how unfair it is for the media to be bringing this to the public. How unfair to is that everyone needs to be patient and just wait. This guy is a rip off artist to the tenth degree.
Provide me the products I ordered within 5 days or give me a full refund. It's that simple.

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2018 and have not received my products. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. It is now Jan 11, 2019.
On Dec 2, 2018 I ordered 4 signs from Redline Steel for a total of $312.82. I ordered 2 monogram circles, 1 fancy monogram and 1 monogram country on order# XXXXXX. I was supposed to receive my product before Christmas, as was stated on Facebook and website. Something happened with machines and they moved into a bigger building according to a mass email and that is supposed to be why products were never received and delayed. I have emailed them 4 times wanting to know a new approximant ship date but have received no reply back. I am starting to think this is a fake company. Another thing is that the day I placed my order, my credit card was charged. It is now Jan 11, 2019 and I have heard nothing about when my product will be shipping and my order still says in production. I also paid for the shipping of these items and did not take the free shipping because I thought it would get here faster by paying for the shipping. Another mass email that did go out as an apology for the delay was an offer for a 50 gift card on a future order. As of right now I will never place another order with this company due to the lack of communication. I can not rate the product yet because I have never received it(if I ever do).
I am asking that the shipping charge of $5.97 be refunded to me and when should I expect the delivery of my products.

I would still like to have this complaint left open. I was told my product would ship by Friday January 25, 2019 and so far it still has not shipped. I did receive a $50.00 discount on my order. I was satisfied about that. Until my order ships I will not be 100% satisfied as this order is almost one month past due. I would like to leave this open in case this complaint needs to be taken further.

Orders haven't shipped in over a month. Calling their phone numbers gets a response that the can't accept (. . . Orders from Canada), then disconnects.

It has been more than 6 weeks since order date and products have not been delivered. No response to email or message on website regarding order.
My order was placed with Redline on November 21st (order #XXXXXX). The website says that orders should be mailed out within 4 to 6 weeks. I emailed the support email for Redline on 12/19/18 to find out if my order would be making it out for Christmas delivery, with no response. I emailed again on 1/2/19 asking for an update on the status of my order as it had been 6 weeks, with no response. I have checked the website up and down for contact information, and the website only directs customers to the FAQ page. I sent a message through the Redline website on 1/6/19 checking the status of my order- just hoping to get some sort of response from the company on where they are in production of my products that I ordered. There is no phone number to contact them through, so this is where my complaint stands. My payment was taken right away, but there has not even been a status update email sent to at least alert the customer of delays in production. Otherwise, the website needs to be updated.
I would like delivery of my products ordered. I'd also like for the company to respond to customers in a timely manner to when the customer emails the company asking about an order that has exceeded the stated guidelines on their website. I realize companies can't respond to all emails while trying to fulfill orders, but an attempt should be made for orders that have exceeded the delivery outlines. Clearly they are receiving emails for new orders, so they should be checking their support email address as well.

Placed order on November 6, 2018. They charged my account the same day. I still have not received my order. They will not respond to any type of communication. The status of my order when I log in to their website says "unfulfilled." They say on their website they cannot tell anyone when their order will ship. That is nonsense

They have promised shipment this coming Friday. They also have issued a $25 credit.

Currently, any orders impacted will take till the end of January( if not sooner) to be completed and shipped out. Due to the amount of orders we are working through, we are unfortunately unable to offer a more specific estimated date for delivery at this point in time. We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out.

I have been waiting for my husband's Christmas gifts since black Friday. On December 21st we got an email saying that it was delayed. On December 31st I was told that it would be 2 more weeks. And today I'm being told that it could be an additional 5 weeks. They have my money and I don't have any merchandise yet.

My complaint is that Redline Steel did not deliver their product as promised and does not answer my inquiries about delivery.
- Placed order for 4 smaller and one medium stress US flags on 9 Nov 2018; received confirmation email. Order # XXXXXX. Intent was to give to family members for Christmas gifts.
- 10 Nov received email from Colin Wayne, CEO, thanking me for my repeat business. (I previously order a product and very satisfied with it and delivery). He stated lead time for delivery was 4-6 weeks, but he hoped to beat that.
- 4 Dec email to Support@redline steel asking status.
- 6 Dec response from *** she did not have exact shipping date, but we would be notified by manufacturing when ready to ship (free shipping).
- 9 Dec email to *** asking that one flag we shipped to San Francisco in time for Christmas.
- 10 Dec series of emails between me and *** regarding validity of shipping address. Ended up reverting to original order for all items to be shipped to my address in Texas.
- 22 Dec email to *** asking status...she responded 26 Dec stating she could not provide status.
- 26 Dec email to Colin Wayne asking status and expressing disappointment in delivery...no response.
After New Year's I visited your Revdex.com website and saw the number of complaints against Redline Steel; observed many had to do with delivery. I believe they make good products and only want the items ordered shipped. Any help you can give me regarding a delivery date is appreciated. I will provide a review once delivery is resolved. While I understand manufacturing issues, the respondent did not provide a time range as to when the desired products may be shipped. I like their products and am willing to wait a reasonable time for delivery, but when is that February? March? or later?

Product delivered in excellent packing (no breakage or scars) and as originally ordered. There would have been no complaints if the product wasn't promised in 4-6 weeks, and there was no communication on status as time passed. This company makes good products, but needs to work on customer communication and delivery issues. Had it not been for the North Alabama Revdex.com we may still not now status of our order. Paid for product on 11/26/2018 and was supposed to be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. I have no product, and they still have my money. Need resolution ASAP.
I purchased a steel product from Redline Steel on 11/26/2018, for $43.35. They took this payment in full of $43.35 on 11/26/2018. I received email confirmation from Redline for Order #XXXXXX on 11/26/2018 also stating that product would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. It is now past the full 6 weeks since ordering and I do not have the product that was paid for, I do not have an ETA of shipping date, but they still have my money.
On 1/3/2019, I emailed the company at ***@redlinesteel.com requesting an ETA or full refund by 1/9/19 with no response. It is nearing end of business day 1/9/19 and I do not have a refund or product.

I placed an order for a sign back in November, and I still haven't received it. They are not returning my emails and you can't get through to them.
I placed an order for a personalized sign on 11/21/18, of which I received a confirmation of receipt and order #XXXXXX. I sent an email to the company on 12/22 because I hadn't received it yet, and on 12/23 I received an email back from the "Founder" *** Wayne stating that it has been an extremely busy season for them. Machinery has broken down, they had to hire 20 new employees, and for me to be patient. Since then, I've sent them emails on 1/2, 1/7, and 1/8 and have had no response. My last email on 1/8 to the Founder, Colin Wayne, stated that I wanted a receipt of him receiving my email and a reimbursement and would like to cancel my order. Still no response by 1/10. I tried calling their phone number at numerous times and received a recording that stated, "due to the high call volume, we are not accepting any calls at this moment".
I would like to have my order canceled and my credit card reimbursed.

I placed an order(XXXXXX) on 11/20/18 in the amount of $56.75 and have yet to receive it. I received a confirmation email promptly after my order, followed the next day by a more personal email thanking me for my order and how they will be working 24/7 to process orders coming in. An update email was sent on 12/21 apologizing that they will not be getting my order to me by Christmas and offered a 25 dollar gift card due to the delay. It has been 7 weeks now and still no order. I have emailed the company twice and get a automated email response about how they are experiencing high volumes of emails and that they would respond in the order that it was received, and not to email again as it would delay the process, and that they do not have phone services. As I research,this seems to be a consistent complaint. This business reports that it is Veteran owned and operated which made it more appealing to ordering from. who knows if this is the case. but I sure expected better service. It is my opinion that this company is fraudulent.
I do not care to have the order at this point. I would like a refund.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for the product that was purchased from this company. No response from them now.
I purchased product from this company on November 14th 2018. These were to be Christmas for my grown children. It was eludes to on FB that they would be great Holiday gifts. I purchased thru PayPal. When I got the receipt it said 4-6 weeks for the timeline of delivery. 6 weeks would have put it on Dec. 26th. I was irritated that it was going to be so long but so I emailed. They promised in 2 emails that I would get it before Christmas. Then just before Christmas they sent an email saying they had problems and sent out coupons. Since Christmas I have emailed twice and no response what so ever. I have been in contact with PayPal trying to get my money back. I still haven't heard from the company.
When I went on their FB page and sent a complaint it went to a YouTube video where the "company" owner, (a veteran) so he says and uses for advertising purposes, was very irate that people were calling this company out. This ruined my Christmas for my me and I have yet to receive my product and no ETA as to when I will. My order number is #XXXXXX and the amount is $251.60!
I really want my product or a refund! Also their customer service practices need to change! If you promise (and I have all my emails as proof) a delivery time then you should either pony up or refund soon enough for people to take care of the problem. So sad! And especially when the owner uses his veteran status to promote this business!

Ordered on 11/20/18 and it said it would be delivered by Christmas. It wasn't and still isn't as of 1/9/19. Won't answer phones and won't answer emails. Ran my card on 11/20/18 the day I ordered instead of when it was shipped. Going to bank to report fraud and get my money returned.
