In regards to your refund, please note that the
original payment made at the point of sale on 4/28/($Master and
$FAO) was refunded in full back to your credit card used for purchase on 5/08/based
on your request for a 3/Day Cancel of your membership agreementHowever, this payment was later returned to us unpaid due to non-sufficient funds by your banking institution
As such, Hour Fitness recollected the funds on each 5/26/to bring the
account back to a zero balance.
As previously requested,
your account remains cancelled and there will be no further debits to your account.
We hope this brings some
clarification to your concern as well as the action taken to address your
feedback
