Working Zazzle has been on ongoing nightmare for the past yearsI purchased a sample wedding invitation to see if the quality is something I would be interested inI never purchased the invitations and a year later, I was automatically charged their premium service Zazzle Black which I NEVER agreed to sign up forI never got an email confirmation of this auto-renewed service and not once did I get an email of an upcoming auto-renewalTo top it off, in they charged my credit card multiple timesHad it not been for my credit card alerts, I would have never known of this chargeI talked to a representative in and was promised a full refund of the multiple transactions and that the auto-renewal has been removed from my accountFast forward a year and they tried to charge me again!
I've opened a case with them and asked for full refund and was told it could take up to daysTwo months later, never got a refund and never got a reply on my inquiry for a refund!
This company is a scamDo not work with them and tell them not to store your credit card informationThey will abuse it and charge you without knowing!
I'm forced to give this business at least star but if I could, they would get stars from me

Great merchandise but TERRIBLE delivery/shippingThey do not deliver on time and will not try to make amends This has happened several times and this is how you lose your customers

I have been billed on two occasions in the last two years on a credit card I have not used in yearsI can not reach their customer serviceThe recording says long wait on the phone, and them disconnects itself within minutesI have filed a dispute with the credit card company and they have asked me to follow upI would like to remove the credit card number from their database

Zazzle.*** is a wonderful site to buy products or make them, I have stores and when I have problems with an order, they are very helpful and give me the credit due

I logged in to purchase items from this vendor onlineWhen checking out, a notification came up to "try the Zazzle Black service free for days"It said to provide the credit card, but the card would not be charged until the day promo period was up if I didn't cancel the Zazzle Black serviceWhen I placed my order they immediately charged the fee for the Zazzle BlackSo I went into my account and cancelled the service and got a notice that my service would still be active for a year but I would not be auto renewedSo that clued me into that I was not going to get my money backWhen I contacted customer service, they told me that the day promo period did not apply to me because I had the Zazzle Black service before OVER YEARS AGO! Tried to call costumer service about a defective product via the number they provide The automated system requires to to continually decline ads by pressing # Eventually you can not bypass ads and are forced into one The automated system never ensures your call is going to be taken Eventually you are forced to hang up

We have been trying to setup a wedding invitation project and we are using *** ** *** *** inspired assetsThey are custom made by hand, placed into the design and don't involve any direct assets that are owned by *** works or *** ** *** ***They have failed to prove to us where the copyright infringement on the pendant star, the trees for *** sake on the side of *** door...trees mind you, and starsNone of which are owned at all by ***, or that we have found and that the retailer can proveWhile we can take our business elsewhere, and ultimately will probably have to at this point, it's completely unreasonable to use copyright policy on something that appears in illustrationsJust because it's illustrated in a *** novel or in a *** ** *** *** cinema experience, does not mean they own those items for all end of timeAnd if they do, we have not been able to find it after hours of searchingThis company is one of the worst I've dealt with claiming copyright

I can’t say enough good things about Zazzle (USA), In the past months I have had orders placed with them and the rare (maybe times) I have had a problem they have handeled it immediately to my satisfaction My recent experience is why I consider Zazzle the best company I have ever dealt with (and at age I have dealt with a lot of companies in my lifetime!) I had placed several orders in a short time and didn’t realize I hadn’t received one of them until weeks later The missing order was many customized Christmas cards for my boyfriend’s large family and since it was close to time to mail the cards I was ready to panic I emailed Zazzle and got a very quick response And days after that initial email all of the cards were at my front door...via special delivery! I have ordered custom clothes for babies; a zillion customized post cards, binders, magnets, buttons, mugs, stickers, posters and t-shirts reflecting our travels; bumper stickers, greeting cards...and I have been extremely happy with each order For me Zazzle customer support has always been friendly and incredibly helpful And, in all of those orders (multiple items per order) I have only had items that I received credit for or returned (and each time the transaction was quick and positive) Based on my experience with Zazzle I give the company the highest positive rating

ZAZZLE = AWESOMEI have always loved their invitationsNow I can say I love their customer supportI made a mistake and ordered an invitation without saving/ordered the wrong version that I had createdI called their customer support, but it had already been printed and shipped (they're so fast!)BUT, the very nice and knowledgeable man on customer support phone line offered to have my account credited with the amount I spent, plus without me even asking for it because I thought they had already been generous enough, he offered to send me an extension for the coupon code that I usedSo something that was 100% my mistake, they allowed me to reorder for the exact same price! Really amazingMakes me want to deal exclusively with them in the future

Worst customer service experience everCanceled the "Zazzle Black" membership for fast shippingSure enough they still charged me the feeI contacted them in early Feb to dispute the charge and I was told I would be refundedNever received a refund, so I contacted them again and they said they needed more personal info which I providedI never heard anything back, so after weeks I contact them yet again and I get a generic email response, apologizing for the inconvenience and asking for personal info I already gave themI ended up resolving with my bankCustomer service is everything in business and its unfortunate that they clearly dont understand thatYou're better off giving your business to ***

I purchased a bumper sticker form Zazzle to announce my support of *** *** It arrived in days and I was very impressed with the quality and price

My fiancé ordered our wedding invitations from Zazzle and wishing a few days we received the shipping labels, but no invitations After sitting on hold with customer service for hours we were finally told that there was a production delay and they forget to tell us We received the invitations days after the conversation
Today, I just found out that it wasn't a production delay, there was a shipping issue Zazzle send mixed our order in with another order and send it to a customer across the country I only found out because that customer emailed us this morning After waiting for hours to talk to somebody after the first representative hung up on my fiancé, I expect to at least be told the truth about what happened instead of being lied to so they can avoid the problem Zazzle has no problem taking my money, I expect good customer service from a business I already paid

On November I placed an order with zazzleFast forward months to February they have now charged me not once but three times $all charges were made on the same day and all three charges were unauthorizedMy complaint is that they made these charges to my credit card after my bank had issued me a new card (with the chip, all banks issued new chip cards in 2016) thus issuing new cvc and expiration datesI have called over timesTo wait on hold for 20-minutes to get hung up on once I got thoughThis company seems to think that customer service is not important and they can just go around charging people for funMy only option I am left with is to file a dispute with my credit card companyThus wasting there timeZazzle needs to hire more customer service representatives!!

I had tried twice to order products but both times, the payment process didn't go throughI would get to the place order page and then it would go back to the payment method pageI called and they insisted I was using another account, I only had one accountThe second time I made sure I was signed onto my account I looked into my bank and see the charges are pending but I wouldn't receive a conformation emailI had to wait to see if the payment went through, through my bank
I figure I give this one last timeLooks like third times the charm but now I had to choose the rush delivery to get it on time, so expensive and so frustrating

I am so delighted with Zazzle.***! I’ve ordered multiple products all wonderfulI just received an order that had a malfunctioning buttonThey replaced it without issue! Will recommend them to all my friends! Great job!

Order a shirt for St patty’s day back on Feb 22/18, paid for tracking and faster shippingOn Feb 28/it said the item was shipped and could take business days for shipping updateMarch was the only and last update on shipping, that tracking number had been createdIt was suppose to take 6-business days and as of today it was so I contacted them as I need the st patty’s day shirt for Saturday March 17th which is st patty’s day the response I get from them is that it was “lost in transit” Now it too late to get another one and all they can do is refund me or give me a 15% credit in a zazzle account as if I am gonna use them againFirst and last time with this companyYou pay for a product that I believe didn’t even leave in the first place and have to be the one to figure out what is going on with itThat seems like horrible customer service and bad business practice to me
