I have been a Zazzle customer for several years and have been satisfied with their products My complaint is with their Zazzle Black membership I tried it for a couple of years and decided to cancel since I don't order often enough to make it worth it The problem is that they charged my account for another year, in advance of the renewal date that they had given me So when I went to cancel my membership (the day before my renewal date), I found that I had already been charged So if you use Zazzle Black, for the free trial or otherwise, make sure that you cancel well in advance of when you think you need to And they don't remind you that renewal is coming or give notice of an impending charge They tell you after charging you (in a welcome e-mail) when renewal will be for the following year So save that e-mail and if you decide to cancel, don't believe the date on it--cancel EARLY Funny thing (sarcastic)---they tell me I saved $by using Zazzle Black That's how much I would have spent in shipping over the past few years They don't subtract the amount of the membership in their calculation, as if they did, there would be a net negative of about $ I have no complaint about the products though

Ordered baby shower invitationsGot part of my orderThey charged my card for the whole orderThey replied to me twice very vaguely, never answering my question about the orderNever telling me if it will ever be shippedI emailed about times and now they're just completely ignoring meMy husband called once and after a hour and minute wait, they told him that they couldn't tell him when it would be shippedThey took my money, I have not received the order and from what it looks like, I never willAt this point I just want a refundThey have NO customer service, they simply ignore customers

Do you know zazzl*** is an excellent site? I haven't found many sites with the extreme care for integrity across the board/'net I love being a designer there, and I'm always treated with good care and honesty Their products are First World Class, with a great variety to suit all households As an artist, I'm so glad that we found each other - me doing the designing along with probably a million or so other designers, and zazzl*** providing the work for many, many people! It's awesome how the 'net brought us all together

I recently tried to make a shirt as a christmas gift for my sisterThe process was fun, the shirts were cute!!! As soon as I put my bank info in and tried to check out I got a message saying that there was a problem, and to try again laterI waited minutes and tried againAt the end of the process once again I was given the message that there was a problem and to try again later Once more, with good hope I tried to order my sisters shirt again (third times a charm! RIght? Wrong!) At the end of the process it said there was an issue and to try again later! At this point I just went to VistaPrint.com and made my sister her christmas present there Being that I was never able to complete a transaction on the Zazzle website, I didnt think much of itUntil the next day when I checked my bank account and saw that they had charged me 3X!!!! I was lividI called customer service and they assured me that my order was cancelled and that they had refunded my moneydays pass and those fees are still applied to my account!!!!
I called my bank and they filed a claim after some investigation showing that zazzle had NEVER refunded the money only canceled my order!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM USING THEM

Horrible! I would not order from them again!
My daughter made custom shirts and ordered Dec 12thShipping was supposed to arrive well before Xmas, but it didn't and we didn't hear anything from them until I sent an email,Then I received an auto-replied that they will get back to me after XmasBoth gifts did not come for XmasThey are inconsiderate for not acknowledging their shortcomings for not delivering on-timeI would not trust this company and will never order from here again

I used to buy from Zazzle a lot for my art printsTo save money, I opted in to purchase the Zazzle Black membership for $9.95/yearI do not ever authorizing an upgrade to Zazzle Black Two-Day for $per year, but they say that I didWhat is odd is that after that went through, you can look at my account and see that I had zero purchases since November of Not only would I have not gotten my money out of the $plan, but I wouldn't have even gotten it out of the $planI just recently got an email saying my membership had auto renewed, and I was shocked since I do not recall ever authorizing the $yearly feelet alone authorizing an autopay on itI contacted customer service to express my concerns, and they basically said that they are not willing to refund me even though they can see that I haven't used the membership at all since last NovemberThey pretty much said tough luck and you're stuck with it for a year

Terrible service when I ordered a mug from zazzle.*** I've also recently received an unauthorized charge for their zazzle black membershipI check my email and it says I signed up for Zazzle Black which I never didCannot even login to my account to delete my info or account Currenlty waiting for the charge to post so that I can report their fraudulent charge with my bank

I have used Zazzle for years and am satisfied with their product quality and customer serviceI have been able work with them to resolve any problems that have arisen to my satisfaction

I had a great experience with Zazzle! The products I received recently were all quality and above my expectations The internet experience with them is fine Their customer service is real good THey reply promptly if you have an issue and overall I rate them a ten!

GREAT BUSINESS

After researching many sites that provide custom shirt printing, I chose Zazzle because they were the only site with no mimimum that carried the sizes I need (4x and 5x), and had decent reviewsI placed an order on 12/7/for a bandana and two custom shirtsWhen the bandana shipped on 12/I received an email for the custom shirts stating the estimated delivery dates were 12/15-12/The bandana arrived on 12/13, but by 12/the status of the shirts was still "making"That day I emailed customer service inquiring about the status of my order, which I needed by Christmas, and received a standard reply stating I would hear back within 24-hoursOn 12/I received a reply apologizing for the delay, saying the production team was made aware of the urgency of my order and that I had been upgraded to express shipping (delivery one business day after order ships)I replied thanking them, as I understand they are likely busy with the holiday rushYesterday (12/20), I checked my order status and the shirts were still not finished, so I emailed again asking if there was any information at all on where the shirts were in the production processI have yet to hear back, so today I tried calling customer service, and they have a recording stating due to the high volume of calls they are no longer taking phone calls, and to please contact customer service via email (I had tried calling before I sent my first email, and there was a minute hold time to speak to a customer service rep)I am very disappointed, as my original plan was to make the shirts myself, but I instead chose Zazzle thinking it would be a little less workNow I have no shirts to give my brothers for Christmas, no time to make the shirts myself, and I have no idea when the shirts I ordered will arrive, if they ever get delivered at allThe lack of communication from Zazzle is ridiculous, and I was quite shocked to see they have a A+ rating from the Revdex.comI will be sure to never order from this company again, and will advise others to do the same

Zazzle enrolled me in an automatically recurring program without my consent, and billed me automatically without my consentZazzle is refusing to refund the money they fraudulently charged

Ordered a long sleeve top 30/11/and still no delivery !!!!

Did not have good experience with Zazzle, their website is not user friendly and you cannot order by phone An order finally placed for Christmas was delayed Still do not have order Will never use this company again

Wow! One of the best customer service experiences I have receivedThis was my 2nd order from Zazzle and was my error (although, the website is a little tricky)They have so many choices and selection, it makes placing an order a little difficult, but just take your timeThey were SUPER quick in response, in the middle of the holidays, no less, and handled exactly as a good company would have doneI will be ordering again and will try holiday cards here next year

I placed an order for a set of XMAS Rtn Address Labels from ZazzleThere was a rather long wait to receive them and when the arrived the quality was terribleThe print is so ghostly you can hardly see the address, and the print is so small as to be microscopic! I tried to em them and no one answeredI tried calling 2Xs and both times I was told the wait was minutes but minutes later I was still waiting, and no one answ

I love it it came earlier than it said it was which is great just wish that it wasn't as expensive but hey it's worth it ??

Had to wait on hold for a bit but once I got on the phone with a customer service rep I was completely taken care ofLorraine helped me and she was absolutely amazingThe business cards I ordered were much smaller then I thought they would so Lorraine quickly gave me credit for my order, sent me a 30% off discount code AND let me keep the business cards I received alreadyI wasn't even sure I would be able to get a credit but Lorraine went above and beyond to help meSo impressed by Zazzle and Lorraine
