have sent customer subscription to our distribution and distribution management team for review and to correct delivery. Currently the account is set to expire 06/24/2017 however we did adjust customer's account to expire 09/03/2017 customer has received 14 days credit from customer service agents. I am rejecting this response because: The complain was regarding their poor customer service and their refusal to give refund. I called 4 times on that day and was always told that paper would be delivered within an hour. The paper was never delivered and due to the false assurance I waited for paper and did not buy another paper. I as told that refund will not be provided for the undelivered issues. I would like to get the refund for undelivered issue.

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has changed...

the paper is still delivered LATE, after 8:00. I expect the paper to be delivered before 7:30. Representatives of the Sacramento Bee advised me that on weekdays the paper should be delivered prior to 6:30 and on weekends it should be delivered prior to 7:30. Apparently this policy is not honored by the distributor, particularly not by the carrier. What additional action can I take to get this problem resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: still NO IMPROVEMENT, the paper is delivered LATE EVERY DAY, i.e.. Sun. 3/5@ 9.00; Mon. 3/6 @ 7:30; Tue, 3/7 @8:00; Wed. 3/8 @ 7;55; & Thr. 3/9 (today) @8;20. Suggesting calling the 800-284-3233 phone number is a joke, I've called that number numerous times and got NO RESULTS. , that why I contacted the Revdex.com. I'd like Regional Manager [redacted] to advise what's a reasonable time to expect the paper to be delivered. I was told several times by Bee representatives, when I called the 800 # referred to in the Bee's response that the paper should be delivered prior to 6:30 on weekdays & 7:30 on weekends, this NEVER HAPPENED not even one time. By the way about 6 plus months ago the paper was always delivered by 6:30. Obviously they have a different carrier who apparently delivers the paper at their convenience. Receiving the paper this late every day, does me know good as I don't have time to read it until I get home in the evening after work.

I am rejecting this response because:  On Dec. 1, 2015, the MVP paper was thrown on my driveway.  I did not receive the MVP paper in the mail.  Please verify your records.  I would like to keep this complaint open for two weeks to determine if the MVP paper is no longer thrown on my driveway.

I am rejecting this response because: On January 26th, 2016 the MVP advertising paper was delivered by throwing it onto my driveway again!!  So the complaint has not been resolved.Why was it delivered again by throwing it on my driveway??  Please Stop!!
