Samsung has contacted the customer to address their concerns regarding their Samsung Refrigerator. We have advised to the customer that the original 12-months of Limited Warranty coverage lapsed earlier this year. However, our records also show this lapse in coverage was addressed by their... purchase of additional coverage through the Samsung Protection Plus (SPP) program currently available. This additional coverage protects your investment beyond the original manufactures warranty and repair is available under this coverage. We have been working with the SPP team and they have checked in with the authorized repair company, Refrigeration and Appliances, and confirmed the necessary parts for the repair are expected to be delivered and depending on the customer’s availability, they can schedule install for Thursday 11/12/15. The Protection Plus team indicated they would be following up with the customer also to review the above information. Samsung sincerely apologizes for any delays during this repair and if the customer should require any additional information about the repair, we do suggest the customer to contact the SPP team directly as they will be able to provide and update without further delays. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Samsung has contacted the customer to address their concerns regarding their Samsung TelevisionThe customer has been informed that we received his Revdex.com complaint and due to the fact that the product has a cracked screen which would be considered as physical damage, we would not be able to grant his request for warranty serviceWhen Mr***’s television was serviced the assigned service center determined that the television was physically damagePictures of the physical damage are attached for your referenceThis type of physical damage voids Samsung’s limited manufacturer’s warrantyAccordingly, the warranty was voided and Mr [redacted] was advised that all repairs would be his responsibilitySamsung Electronics, as all manufactures, test their products in many different waysWe have investigated this type of claim and testing results show a unit will not display this type damage if there was no impact or pressure prior to the crack developingWith this being stated, we will not be able to honor Mr***’s request for a free of charge repairWe understand that this is not a resolution that Mr [redacted] is looking for but please understand that the damage to the unit was not caused by any mechanical defect but by physical damageAny repair or replacement needs are now Mr***’s responsibilityWe are able to set up a repair for Mr [redacted] but it will be at his expenseOnce repaired the unit’s original warranty will be reinstated which is not set to expire until 07/17/ We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseFor further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday and refer to case # [redacted] Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to service for his tablet Our system shows the agent assigned to Mr [redacted] case attempted to contact him on his work number per his request but was unsuccessful in reaching him The agent left a message at the front desk to have him call back the Office of the President for further assistance with his claim However, the resolution previously provided remains unchanged Mr [redacted] device has water damage voiding his warranty and regrettably, Samsung will not cover the cost of his repair Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not only did it take over a week for Jahala from the Office of the President to reach out to me, they did not listen to or consider my concernsPlease note that the reason this the warranty has been voided is due to 'infestation', because the is a gnat in the screenBased on the information I recieved from the technician is that the gnat/bug is in a SEALED portion of the screen, and could not have entered the screen unless it came that way from the factoryThis is an apparent lack of craftmanship on Samsungs error if it did enter after the factory, as it's sealed, and should not allow for entry of bugs/dust/anything Not only did they deny my claim, they also wasted my time and refused to provide the pictures they used to arrive at this claimI have no way of seeing the details of the infestation Regards, [redacted] ***
