Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by my charge card personal that the dispute would be removed as soon as the credit was made to the account by SamsungI am a bit apprehensive to remove the dispute since I've been told something different by everyone I've been in contact with at SamsungIf they credit my account, since the laptop was refused upon delivery the credit card company says the dispute automatically goes awayI would like Samsung to credit the account Regards, [redacted] ***

Our files indicate that the customer’s request regarding model # [redacted] has been reviewed an additional time per customer rebuttal request Samsung has thoroughly reviewed Ms [redacted] ’s complaint, file and repair history Samsung provides a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the purchase date, and Ms [redacted] ’s dishwasher’s warranty expired in June Typically there are no accommodations available for out of warranty unitsAlthough this is the case, we have made an exception to Ms [redacted] and offered her a pro-rate buy back (refund) based on her purchase price and the amount of time she has owned the unit however Ms [redacted] has declined this offerAfter further review of Ms [redacted] ’s file history we show that a repair was completed 05/2012, the reported issue after this date was 10/which was outside of the warranty terms and beyond the year of the original service dateWith this being said Samsung has fulfilled the warranty terms provided and any repair needs after the original month warranty are the responsibility of the consumerDue to warranty status we can only offer a prorated refund and unfortunately cannot accommodate customer’s request for a repair or a replacementWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseFor further inquiries, please contact Samsung at [redacted] between the hours of 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday, and refer to case # [redacted] Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We've had recent contact with Alicia [redacted] of SamsungShe gave us an option for an exchangeThe exchange would only happen with [redacted] , where we purchased our washerHowever, the instructions for the exchange option weren't clearWe sent her two emails with additional questions regarding the exchange option; questions we wanted answers to before we decided whether or not we would agree to their exchange optionShe has had over hours to respond & has not done soWe've even called the phone number she gave us for Samsung USA, Office of the President ###-###-####, claim # [redacted] 3, & left a message with Lashonda [redacted] & still have gotten no responseWhile we waited for a response, we drove an hour an a half to look at the different model at [redacted] The only Samsung washers [redacted] carries are on the Recall list! [redacted] told us the only exchange they know of is the Rebate/Exchange programThey have never had any conversations with Samsung referring to exchanging one washer for anotherWhen we asked [redacted] why they're still selling Recalled washers they said they didn't know if they were on the Recall list or notWhen we showed them the list, they denied knowing anything about itWith the incompetence & terrible customer service of [redacted] and Samsung's not responding to us when they promised to "expedite" this option, we want one of two option: Samsung to either pick up this washing machine & give us our money back OR deliver us a washing machine that's safe & not on any Recall list equal to the one we haveWe did not buy a " [redacted] " washing machine, we bought a "Samsung" washing machine! Samsung can deal with [redacted] selling your Recalled & Defective Equipment Regards, [redacted] ***

Please do keep in mind that reports of issues with the Note battery are extremely rare compared with the high volume of devices that we have soldShould this issue occur please contact us as soon as possible and we also recommend that you contact your local authorities if you feel it is necessaryThat said, we are encouraging each consumer to contact the place of purchase in order to fulfill the exchange process according to the Note Exchange procedures.Thank you

Upon further review of Mr***s’ concerns we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this issue has caused Samsung along with the US CPSC has offered the following two options in regards to the recalled washing machine - The first option is a free in-home repair that includes reinforcement of the washer's topConsumers who choose the in-home repair will receive a free one-year extension of the manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the age of their washer- The second option is a rebate that can be applied towards the purchase of a new washer from Samsung or other brandConsumers who choose this option will also be reimbursed for any installation and removal fees charged by the retailerThe rebate amount is based on the model and manufacture date of the recalled washerConsumers who choose a Samsung washer will receive an additional loyalty incentive up to $toward their new Samsung washer purchase We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case For further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at [redacted] between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday and refer to claim# [redacted] Thank you
