This is a follow up complaint to Revdex.com ID # [redacted] Samsung TV UN32F5500AFXZA / VERSION VTS/ TV SN # [redacted] / UPC [redacted] I packed my unit up the exact way I received when I purchased it & it was perfect, both the TV & Packing My TV set was picked up on July for repairs (UPS) in regards to the problems I had with "Power Cycling" on my TV setThursday July I was notified the TV was there & repairs were under wayOn Monday July I get an email that my TV was fixed with a "lead connector" apparently an electrical part was removed & a new lead connector was installedI also learn from the email that my TV is shipping out today (July 2014) and coming back to meSometime in the day Wednesday July my TV was delivered at my homeEarly Thursday July 2014, I start unpacking the TV set to put it back to use, and I see that the screen has been damaged with what appears to be a crackThis TV was perfect when I sent it outNow it comes back from repairs damagedI tried contacting [redacted] to no avail, she will not return my emailI should never have closed the first complaintI am tired of all of this, tired of dealing with this set being out of service or damagedI have a chronic illness & dealing with all of this is more than I can handleI want a new TV from Samsung, this exact model is still sold at Samsung.comOr they can give me back my $428.I want either my $returned or a brand new TVSamsung still sells this model new at Samsung.com for $I do not want it repairedThis has gone on long enough & I have no confidence left with Samsung or their products

I was contacted my Samsung and set up an appt for them to come look at my rangeThen I had a family emergency and had to cancel the apptI called back a few days later to reschedule my appt and left a messageTwice I did that and no one has returned my callsThat was last weekI also emailed the man I was dealing with, twice and he is not responding eitherPlease reopen my caseIt has not been resolvedThank you

As of right now they have agreed to fix the problem one time at their expense after another 1/hours on the phoneI was told by the representative "Myles" that the other guys I talked to did expedite anything like they told me they did and did not do anything like the promised they didThis womenWas helpful but I was very hesitant to believe herI had no choice but to trust what she was sayingI did get an email stating what she had told me and she contacted the repair company and the ordered the partI would like to know though how the repair company knows exactly which part they need to order for this when then only looked at a picture I sent them via text messageThis tells me that Samsung is aware and knows that these tvs have these issues and they just don't careI have found complaint after complaint online even a complaint board for this exact issue with their tvsI have wasted between 8-hours alone on the phone with people trying to get this worked outSamsungs products are being recalled by thousandsAnd class actions lawsuits alsoMaybe this should be looked into a little deeper alsoThank you for your time and I hope this also can help all those other people that have actually spent the thousands of dollars to fix s tv that's just over a year old!

Samsung spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and offered to exchange the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. An exchange order ticket was created, reference Txt # [redacted] which was emailed to her and a contact phone number was provided as well.
