I recently had came to a resolution with the company (Samsung) regarding this matter; however the service call they authorized was canceled without my knowledge or consent I reached out to Samsung and was told by a representative that the ticket was closed at 10:am on October th, by a technician The name I was given was Geriel I have tried to work with Samsung and their repair center in Illinois ( [redacted] ) without successRecently my hardwood floors in the kitchen were refinished and with the unit leaking water I am at risk of having my floors damaged I have had numerous service tickets from unique and they keep getting canceled I would like a new unit This unit was already repaired once and they day after the repair a plastic piece broke off the ice maker and shot into my glass
