Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to her washer As previously advised by the agent that handled her claim, there are only recall (CPSC regulated) options; recall repair with a one-year extension or the rebate with installation and removal fees reimbursed to which Mrs [redacted] has refused either option at this time No further accommodations will be made for this claim other than the aforementioned We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

On June we placed an order at Samsung.comProduct was in BONext day we decided to cancel the order and buy locallySamnsung shipped out the order eventhou it was already cancelWe wait for their "procedures" and they received the product back in their warehosue July We never received this product.- We were told several times we will received our money back in 7-business days after thatToday August 2nd I still dont have my moneyCalled again and somehow the refund process was still pendingAn agent ask for a manual refund and now I have to wait another 5days! They are holding my money for over a month!!! The whole cancellation and refund procedures are not effective at allCustomer service is not customer oriented! I was denied the right to speak with a supervisor, even get a name or phone number to request expedite refundThey make a mistake and now we are without almost 400usd less in our account for more than a monthTotal disappointmentI would love my voice to be hearI need my money back today which according to their "procedure" is the day I need to wait for

Samsung is not fulfilling its rebate obligationI purchased a full kitchen appliance set and have been waiting for a $VISA gift card for over months I registered properly, received a verification code, and the "status" website indicates my rebate is "under review" It has been under review for over monthsI don't have an issue with a delayed card shipment What is disturbing and, I feel, criminal, is that every time I call customer service, one of three things happen: 1) I'm put on hold and no one ever comes back on the line2) I am given a phone number to call about "promotions" and the number is bogus3) I am told someone will contact me by email within "business" hours (meaning hours for each day, so DAYS) The email never arrivesI simply want Samsung to uphold their obligation to this promotion and send me my deserved $VISA cardFailure to do so is fraudSo far, they have failedI will never again buy Samsung products and will share this with everyone I know and tell them to avoid this fraudulent company
