Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received an offer from Samsung saying that they are not refunding the total purchase price on the sale receipt I sent them or pay all the damages to my clothingthey have sent about different repair men here to my home and they do not see the machine operating they only say its not broken and needs no repair .my complaint was that the machines did not perform properly by not having enough water to wash the stains out or the dryer did not dry clothes completely they said to add more water my self to cover clothes and dry them longer well the results from that was damaged clothing higher electric bills .I used the machine just as the manual suggested for settings this was my resultsI have submitted the pictures of damaged clothes and prices I now have a personal loss of damaged clothes ,the rewards had on my [redacted] card to purchase them, days of waiting at home for repair men to come here, higher electric bills and machines I can not use I am totally disappointed that the company I choice to purchase products from I thought was very reputable and recommended I would like a better offer to resolve this issue the cost of my machines and for my clothing to be replaced the rest will be a of my loss Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The day I called support, I was transferred multiple timesSo I didn't just talk to one personListen to all calls.The first agent said: No problem, our sales team can help you with that replacementI was then transferred to a Tech support team, who then transferred me to your 3rd party warranty company who then transferred me back to Tech Support, where I explained my situation again: This is due to faulty hardware and someone needs to recognize that At the end of our call the agent said, "yes if the service team inspects the phone and finds that this is not caused by accidental damage then we can help youBut if they find it was dropped or mishandled we cannot" This is why I agreed to send my phone back - so an expert can look at it and determine that this is faulty hardware The only explanation I got from Customer Relations is: "I did a search online and no one has had this issue.." - unacceptableWhen an actual repair person can explain to me how hardware can break like this and that it is my fault- I will happily accept their explanation Regards, [redacted] ***
