Bought a brand new Samsung sedgeThey admitted to having overheating issues after the screen cracked, but refused to fix itTried to charge me $because the warranty was voided due to the screen cracking from overheatingI will never buy anything Samsung or Samsung related, again

Customer was contacted and offered warranty service which he has accepted

I am rejecting this response because Samsung Experience staff were those that instructed me the bootloader would not be locked on this device AT&T has indicated they are not aware of how to unlock the bootloader on Samsung devices, and that I'd need to contact Samsung I'm not able to find anything on the Samsung website stating that non-developer phones contain locked boot loaders, nor am I able to find developer models listed.Please contact me ASAP to discuss how to either unlock the phone or how to get a refund
