My Revdex.com ID # is [redacted] ---my repair transaction # is [redacted] ---my Samsung case # is [redacted] This concerns the Samsung WASHER, Model # [redacted] , PURCHASED 7/27/13, for $ I also purchased the matching dryer, Model # [redacted] , for $at the same time (which I really didn't need but wanted them to match)I also purchased the extended warranty on the washer and dryer, $eachIn all, I invested $1,on this purchaseI purposely bought a large capacity/high efficiency washer to handle large loadsIf this washer is repaired as per offer, it will NO longer be able to handle large loads because it cannot spin them on high to get an acceptable amount of water out I set my washer to do that and the clothes remained entirely too wet! This lower spin setting would definitely put more stress on the dryer over time, not to mention use more time and energy to dry the load! The large sticker applied to control panel would look tacky to say the very least! There would be a very small chance to resell this washer if the need ever arose with this WARNING sticker of limited performance on it I expected this washer and dryer to perform as advertised and to last at least as long as my last pair, which was years, NOT THREE YEARS The Samsung company did contact me and offer to give me $and send a repair man The repair would NOT make it perform the way it was sold to me to do!!! It would no longer be able to spin on highThe repair would only keep it from flying apart-- hopefully! Major safety hazard! They offered me an additional $if I would purchase yet another Samsung washer instead I feel that these offers and solutions are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The Total of $is a drop in the bucket for what I invested in these productsI want a product that will perform like this washer was advertised to do I think that is more than reasonable Why should I settle or pay over another $to get a washer that performs properly? I do expect some depreciation but perhaps the $they offered me should be the depreciation and they should pick up the remaining cost for a comparable Samsung modelI feel that I certainly have a LEMON situation!
