Seterus is claiming that I am represented by legal counsel. This is not the case. I do not have an attorney and have sent them a fax stating this. They have this fax in my file. I would have not been able to speak with two different Seterus employees if I had legal counsel.

I have received a letter from Seterus Inc explaining nothing. Just repeating what had happened as I explained in my complaint. I am not interested in explanation, I am interested why they can not waive the late fees associated with the mistake I made. Mistake which is common I am sure across the board, mistyping the payment amount. I have talked with my bank and they explained that there are many such complaints regarding the same issue with this specific company, that is Seterus Inc. Seterus Inc is explaining in the letter that they MUST reject the fee waive and will not take any actions to return the money $148.50. That is fine by me as long as this report stays on file regarding bad business policies on behave of Seterus Inc. 
 
Furthermore, I believe that this issue must be reported to the Consumers Affairs authorities because of bad business policies.

I received a letter from Seterus dated October 27, 2015 from a Damian G[redacted].  He provided me telephone number [redacted] to comunicate with him.  This number does not get to him, but to a voice mail belonging to a Sharron B[redacted].  I have left her messages along with her supervisor Walter M[redacted] at [redacted] but have not spoken to Damian G[redacted].  I did receive a voicemail from him but when I tried to call the number he left, [redacted], it rings in to a [redacted] cell phone.  I believe this last number was the one he provided to you for his contact.  I still have yet to speak to Mr G[redacted] from Seterus and am getting tired of the games that this company is playing with me.  Please find a current and correct phone number for Damian G[redacted] at Seterus and provide it to me.  I have done everything to contact him, but I have not been given a correct phone number to him.  Thank you.

My modification with [redacted] was done in March 2015.  At that time, [redacted] has added all late charges, interests and legal charges to my original loan balance.  Therefore, any legal fees or any fees associated to my modification with [redacted] was already settled when the modification was completed in March.  I started paying my mortgage with [redacted] in March and has always paid my mortgage on time and my mortgage account with [redacted] at the time it was sold to Seteus was current.  I'd like Seterus to show any documents which proofs the $250.00 they so called Legal Expenses (which appeared on my Seterus October 14, 2015 statement) was the balance transferred from [redacted].  Seterus can not just make up a charges by themselves and expect me to pay for it.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Seterus provided UNTIMELY response to their mistake. Their employees were NOT aware of a policy not to fax certain documents. Had I not called in investigate twice, I never would have known my fax did not go out or why. Then they took an ADDITIONAL 7 days to get the documents mailed. So 14 days for 1 document? The supervisor was rude and did not address the concern of untrained staff causing undo duress on customers. I did not receive the document in time to provide to my new mortgage company for preapproval. In order to place a contract on a house (which was explained to the nasty supervisor) and there fore lost the ability to sign a contact for a new home. As it stands now...I will be with out a home for 30 days at least due to their inability to do their job right. Their response about sending it 2 day air did not expidite the receipt of the document taking 14 plus days to receive.

I am rejecting this response because: The gentleman states my statement was mailed out on January 12th but was not. It is dated the 12th of January but was not sent out till after the 20th. The reason I know this is because when I call to complain I was told the statements had not been sent out yet because they were trying to get the tax statements out with the statements.  I received my statement on the 28th of January. They state that they will send out the statements 4 days after the grace period which makes it the 19th of the month. It then takes a week to get to me via postal service which now puts mt statement 26th. My statement should be delivered no later than the 15th of each month.  Do they have some kind of coupon book they can send me so I can make my payments instead of waiting for my statement?

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: I was told on November 9, 2015 that this error had been resolved and I should start receiving statement in 30 days from the time the update is complete. (I have attached the letter from [redacted] stating this). I have been patiently trying to work with Seterus to get this issued resolved with no results at least on my part. The last phone conversation I had on October 5th, 2017 was the same response I have been given several times. The response below is not encouraging: As of the date of this response we have “AGAIN” removed all codes that will prevent your monthly Account Statements” The key word in the above statement is ‘WE HAVE AGAIN”, the last call I made on October 5th, 2017 Christopher stated that they can see the bankruptcy was REMOVED from my file but because it was once in my file therefore they CANNOT RESUME STATEMENTS even though it is noted that this was place in my file by “ERROR” Mind you not my Error but Seterus error. So I am being given a difficult time because of something that I had NO control over. What I want is for this bankruptcy filed to be detached from my account so when I call a representative who is looking at my file they do not see any trace of the bankruptcy file, but based off of what Christopher stated they will not remove the link that prevents me from receiving statements. It should have not taken this long…. Since October 30, 2015 when I placed a call. What I want is for the bankruptcy be detached and have NO LINK to my account, what I wanted is to start receiving statements that is all I have been asking for the last 3 years. I am sorry but this is not an unreasonable request and I don’t understand why has it taken so long. Please resume my statements and online access to my account as soon as possible.
