I understand the issue is resolved, however, they did not see very apologetic or care that my issue even happened to begin with and caused more headache and grief than resolving the issues, example is missed calls, number given to reach out didn't work, and had no way to recontact except with going through a hassle with card services to track down the person in charge and email them. Just overall disgusted with how my case was handled even with the Revdex.com involved Regards,

The issue persisted. After the provider removed my auto-payment twice, I went through the customer service agent to process the payment and put back the auto-payment. Again, March auto-payment never executed and I was again charged with interest and late fee.I contacted customer service [redacted]) and she removed the interest charge. She instructed me not to pay for March. She will monitor and review my account for the issue to make sure I will not get further interest and late fee charges; She will make sure that the auto-payment will work.The Revdex.com complain was regarding the software business logic error. It has not been fixed yet. The case cannot be closed without my confirmation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10529385, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Barclays US informed me they are unable to resolve my complaint.  They refuse to reallocate my past payments.  It is a scam for Barclays US to not credit my account, in any fashion, for the deferred charges.  They are just waiting for the deferred payment period to end and to then charge me a ballon interest payment.  This practice should not be allowed.
