Company is refusing to cover a interior portion of an air conditioner unit that has been reported by multiple AC companies as "running, but faulty" Due to the fact that the AC is running, they say that it is to manufacturers specifications
The motor is overheating, and leaking oil creating a fire hazard The coils, drain pan, and piping is all rusted so badly that we were told it is leaking causing mold to grow
This is a significant safety concern, yet it still works so they are covering it Upon asking what happens if a fire starts, it is transferred to the insurance for liability so they are still not liable for anything
They have sent two companies out charging us service fees and saying the unit needs to be replaced, yet they are still not willing to do anything
I would not pay for a warranty through this company, ever again

I have called twiceI have sent in payment for $because I don't need to be on hold for another minutesI have pai

Not covered is anything to do with sprinkler systemI am attaching the service request that I submitted that stated Plumbing issue, and from dropdown, I selected Valve Leaking - Controllable...although the water leak is uncontrollable and constantThen I wrote the physical location of this valve as 'Outside' in descriptionFidelity Home Warranty dispatched a contractor names*** *** to the locationThe technician described fault as a valve that operates my sprinkler system which is FALSEThe valve is part of my main water line that comes from the inside of my houseAnd although the v

Home warranty work on a Thermador stove/oven resulted in the company deciding to offer substantially inferior product than repairing the unit
November 2015, two burners on stove top malfunctioned The home warranty company sent a repair person out to repair the unit The first visit resulted in a determination additional parts were needed Two months passed and no work continued After repeated calls, the home warranty sent out the same company to repair the unit During this repair, the applicance service company apparently broke a line but did not inform us A few hours laters my wife noticed a strong gas smell and we immediately contacted the warranty company A second repair company was sent out and concluded additional repairs were needed Due to the negligence of the first repair, the stove/oven was determine to need significant additional repair The warranty company offered to replace a $stove/oven for an oven costing less than $ The company showed no con

I received paperwork outlining my warranty AFTER work was needed and now they will not honor the claim or reimburse me for funds that would have been covered under warranty

Approximately months ago, I stepped out of the shower to no drainage, water staying in tub, toilets not flushing, sinks not drainingI tried calling the Home Warranty company, but after being on hold for an inordinate amount of time, I simply hung up an called a PlummerPlummer came out and made repairs totaling roughly $***I attempted calling warranty company again to no availI then emailed, but never received anything backI finally got a hold of someone, but they couldn't do anything but collect money to renewThey transferred me, but back to same departmentThis person informed me that I wouldn't be able to make a claim anyway and that they cannot reimburse me for a claim I paid upfrontSeriously? I am an insurance agent and my company does this constantly!! So, even though it sounds like there would have been coverage, I am not receiving any and they still asked me to renewI don't even know what to do and when I asked to file a complaint, they transferred me to

Everything everyone else saidtrying to complain about a terrible gas leak in my oven who tI had a tech look at and put in new ignitor, *** did not test properly When I smelled gas a couple times, I called the Appliance place and they wanted me to go through and pay home insurance...again...I tried for days and was either hung up on or kept waiting for days Now I am complaining to Revdex.com I had *** come out and they said I couldve killed mself here with the amt of gas pouroing out They have no trouble taking your money, years ago., I complained that the heat and air isnt circulating in the back room I paid to have it diagnoses And , onc eagin, they just say it wasnt installed correctly, without even looking Getting a home warrantee is a waste for a consumer, and a money scam for the companyBUYER BEWARE...Fidelity, you would get stars if that existed

They use contractors that are not subparLong wait times on phone or just hang upFour hours was not uncommonNever get what you need fixed, fixedContractors are hard to schedule to meet your needsLost two sixty dollar fees for call outs never getting the repair do to scheduling by contractorsHard to get approval for large repairsDon't recommend this company save your money

Not happy with their serviceTwice now they have taken over a month to resolveFirst issue was with oven and second with plumbingThey hire contractors who can not seem to do the job and then waste time switching themNo good updates when called to ask for themMoSt of the time they Have never heard from their contractorsWill not recommend

I have Fidelity home warranty planThe AV unit is covered under the warranty planThe HAVC was broken and Fidelity sent a technician to repair, the technician informed me the transformer in the unit was broken and he was going to return and replace themOne week had passed he has not comeI contacted Fidelity customer service, they said I had to talk to authorization office and transferred me there without listening to meI was on hold on the line for over minutes no one answeredI called the customer service again and insisted to talk to the manager, they declined to transfer me to talk to the manager, and put me over to authorization office and held me waiting for another minutes then no answerNo one was answering my call and they wanted to decline a covered claim with no explanation

Home Warranty Plan covers ACUnit went out 7/17/It has been over a month, several contractors reassigned to the claim and still AC is not fixedCurrent contractor claims Fidelity has ordered the wrong part times and he also informed us that he advised Fidelity the unit should be replaced and that the compressor might fix it temporarilyI hired my own contractor and he confirmed the exact same diagnostic, the unit must be replacedI have been on hold trying to reach the "Authorization" department on different occasions for 20+ minutes each timeI have been disconnected while sitting on hold 20+ times so many times I can't count

Making me wait with no A/C in *** summer for more than hours for a company to even come out to see the AC with two young children at home

This is clearly the home warranty company that only pays for claims if there is a zombie apocalypseMy mortgage company included the policy when I bought my home and I did not receive documents on the policy until after the first year renewalNow they are denying my claim for a plumbing issue, the feeder valve that leads from the house to the landscaping burstThey are also refusing to refund the $co-payAVOID THIS POLICY AND COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

On 05/02/I call Fidelity home warranty to have services repairedOne service was for my plumbingWhen I spoke to the representative on the phone explain to her all of the issues that I was having the plumbingOne issue was the pipe in the second bathroom rattle whatever the valvesame were turned off or onThere were also issues of sulfur smell coming from the kitchen sink and issues with coming from the master bathroomWhen the plumber came out for the repair on May 5th he was not informed of all the issuesAsk for the plumbing in the bathroom I was told that my warranty would not cover going through a wall only what was to be repaired behind the wallThe technician never went into the kitchen to even check for the sulfur smell and in the bathroom the windows open and the bathroom has been cleaned with bleach so he would not smell the foul odor just by standing thereHe said he would make his report and Fidelity would get back to me on on his foundingWhen I spoke with

Be prepared to wait on hold 45min-1hr everytime you have an issue They have a pretty horrible technique as well were they play one song on loop the whole time to try and get you to just hang up They have some pretty bad service reps too, 3rd time my AC has gone out now

We have a paid ahead contract with Fidelity Home Warranty and have had for 16yrsWe made a call for service for our AC unit wks ago and we have no service as of yetIn the dead of the summer heat and with several calls made to Fidelity and several calls to the Company that was sent for service and no return calls from eitherWhen Fidelity is contacted we are getting the run around on the phone and no questions are answered about service and we are being transferred to "Authorization" which never picks up their line, and at times we are on hold for an hour before disconnectingI am baffled at the fact a business like this can have over 900+ complaints and no action is takenThey are acting well outside their contracts and something should be doneIts the customers suffering
