We have had coverage through *** for many years I am divorced from my spouse who is the contract holder; however I am still residing in the home until the home is sold, per the divorce decree The furnace went out on 2/11/18, and we have been waiting for the furnace to be replaced since then with no ETA to date
*** has provided inaccurate and delayed responses to this emergency situation I have been without heat for nearing three weeks with no ETA or scheduled replacement Per their contract, this constitutes an emergency situation and they have sent out multiple contractors and incorrect replacement parts I have been told to heat my home with space heaters, which is a dangerous and unacceptable response The home is likely considered "uninhabitable" due to how cold it has been The temperatures have been in the single digits/teens throughout the last few weeks, and my children have not been able to stay with me as a result They have not even begun to remove t

I have a warranty to repair or replace any appliances including heating and air conditioning I called to report the air conditioner stopped working on Monday July 6, the repair man came out on the 13th and told me the heater was not working they would replace it, they would order new parts and be back to install it,I signed the paperwork to pay for extras for new wiring and duct work for $*** and sent it back to them, I did not hear from them so called them to be told they sent the wrong parts and new ones should be here anytimeI called them to check and heard nothing, when you call the main office, you are on hold for to minutes with no response from them, I also filed information on line and NEVER got an answer from them what the next step would be, am just wanting to get the air conditioning fixed so I can live in my house again, it has been over a month with no resolution in sight!!

We recently purchased a home in Arizona where Fidelity National Home Warranty was contracted with a policy to cover any in home defects for year after purchase Within weeks of closing our refrigerator AND washing machine stopped working Fidelity sent out someone to give an estimate and he reported back to Fidelity pre-existing conditions were the underlying problem for the appliances and that Fidelity would not stand behind them Our Realtor said all appliances were in working order The seller said the appliances were in working order Our Home Inspector said the appliances were in working order yet Fidelity is indicating pre-existing condition and will not honor their policy Also, their policy states that they will not cover pre-existing conditions unless the were not known at the time of purchase As the buyer, we did not know of such defects Our realtor, seller and home inspector all indicated working appliances Yet Fidelity is claiming otherwise They do not honor their policy and find loopholes not to pay claims They are not a company worth the A+ rating the Revdex.com is giving them on this website Don't use them Find a company that will actually STAND BEHIND the customer they represent! Fidelity National Home Warranty does not

Extremely slow response times and near non-existent communications in response to open claimsRecently lost my water heater (fully covered under terms of agreement); however 5+ days later I’m still waiting for them to determine what they are going to do about it and contact me so the item can be repaired/replacedA week without hot water for showers, laundry, dishes, etcfor a working family is just not practicalThey certainly weren’t this slow taking my money *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** ** *** *** ***

Terrible service Claims are denied by service providers (who have an incentive to deny claims) and there is no recourse The only way I have gotten anything resolved in my favor is to spend literally hours on hold talking with multiple customer "service" representatives I will never buy a home warranty from this company again!

Business provides appliances repairService work order ***Repair of leaking pool pumpRepair request was denied based on a claim that the foundation that the pump has shifted causing the plumbing to fall apartRepresentative could not provide any evidence that the foundation has shifted or a date for the shiftThe pump has been in place, safe and secure, since I bought the house in No evidence that any foundation shifting is the cause of the pump leakThe pump is more than years old and functioned properly until now

Fidelity National is in breach of contract by continuing to collect payments and service call fees, but failing to repair a defective HVAC system dispite multiple calls and several workorder requests the unit has been unrepaired for over weeks at this timeFidelity has denied my request for internal escalationFidelity has lied directly about issuesFidelity has failed to act as required by agreement, taking money for services and not performing those servicesI cannot imagine why the Revdex.com shows a A+ rating for this company based on what I read on your web site, and personally experience

Our issue began on April 17th, our A/C for our second floor stopped cooling and was blowing hot airWe have a home warranty contract with National Fidelity and we called and had a ticket placed for service and they responded with a company called *** *** Services from Mesquite, TexasA month and half went by and we saw different technicians from their company that all diagnosed the issue to be something differentI paid a surcharge for a cleaning that I don't believe ever happened and had a total of days cooling by the time June rolled around (they had refilled the system with refrigerant)*** *** couldn't figure out how to fix the "problem" so we hired a separate company *** ** to come and diagnose the issueTheir diagnosis is that there was a leak in the evaporator coil and it and the condenser coil needed to be replacedWe called home warranty again asked them to bring another one of their contractors out to diagnosis the issueThis contractor (Air Max Services) d

I am a customer of Fidelity Home WarrantyI experience a lot of circuit breakers tripping in my houseI suspected it was an overload problem which was resulting in the trippingI booked an appointment with them for a ELECTRICAL OVERLOAD ANALYSISI had clearly mentioned that I needed a "ELECTRICAL OVERLOAD ANALYSIS" so that I could hire an electrical to fix the wiringsA service contractor came to my home and advised me that ELECTRICAL OVERLOAD ANALYSIS was not covered under warrantyHe was in and out of my house in less than minutesHe drove to my house to only tell me that it was not covered under the contractI understood that and was fine with thatBut now Fidelity Home Warranty is forcing me to pay the **$ visit chargesThis is not acceptable because I had clearly mentioned the type of service desiredIf it was not covered under warranty then I should have been told over the phoneThere really was no need for someone to come to my house and charge me **$

This home warranty company is TERRIBLE Our AC went out a week ago and we were told the part to fix the AC was ordered last Wednesday and it would be here within 1-business days I called back to check the status today as we live in Phoenix, Arizona and it's degrees here and I'm months pregnant and they didn't order the part until this morning and we should be expecting it withing 1-business days from today This is completely unacceptable for those living in the heat conditions we do in Arizona Also they are not able to give you any information when you call and everyone tells you something different So disappointed in the customer service we received and how unorganized this company is!

I had a service request for our water heater and toilets in September, work order #*** They came out and advised the issue with the water heater was not coveredI called in and inquired about the issue as they said the popping noise wasn't coveredI informed them along with the popping noise the water temperature will change from hot to cold to hot to cold and it doesn't heat properlyThe customer service representative advised if there is a heating issue which is causing it not to heat properly it may be covered but they would have to send someone else out to inspect itI inquired if there would be a charge and they said no because it is related to the first issuesThey said if it was something that is completely different issue then there would beThe plumber came out and inspected it and the result was that it was a direct correlation to the first issue so it was not covered as wellI since then have received a 2nd invoice for the service call which I was informed if i

We purchased our home in September 2015, the seller chose FidelityThe first time we used the service was Tuesday April 19th after 4:30PM was when I placed my first call, I felt assured the first representative handled my call well and assured me broken water heaters are taken seriously and completed ASAPIn the end VARIOUS calls and NON URGENCY by the rest of the customer services reps, authorization department AND Service Provider (Practical Plumbing & Rooter ***)The service provider was unable to replace our water heater until Monday April 25th! We had been displaced for a week and your company expected us to be displaced additional time without recompenseAdditionally "YOUR ONLY" available service provider expected me to pay an additional $to get our water heater up to codeMy last call Thursday April to obtain a solution was to receive a payout of $within 7-10daysImmediately, I found a pluming company (A & A Plumbing & Rooter Service)) that was able to complete the entire service and provide all service to get water heater up to code for $1150.00… Your service provider (*** *** * *** ***) and Fidelity are gouging and manipulating your customers! In the end you DID NOT PROVIDE SERVICEYou are an inadequate company that does not have a sense of urgency and allows their service provider to take advantage of their supposed customersI have informed our realtor network to never use Fidelity

I first contacted Fidelity on March 23, in relation to a home warranty that came with a home I purchasedI had the furnace serviced since we just moved in and was unsure of the qualityThis company I hired found that the furnace was bad and needed to be replacedI contacted Fidelity to let them knowThey dispatched one of their technicians, they showed up unannouncedHe was here not even minutes and said he would suggest that the furnace be replaced (which I already knew)I had not heard anything for and a half weeks after this, so I calledThey said to find my own technician and have them give me a quote since theirs was not respondingI have been calling AT LEAST once a week since April 13th, sending them the documents that they have requested and nothing has been done stillEvery time I call, they say the info I have sent has not been reviewed yet and would call me backI HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACKSo now it has been months and my furnace still has not been rep

On 1/19/17, a call was made to dispatch for mice pest controlThe technican arrived and spent only minutes at the house and did not properly inspect the atticHe observed cellulose insulation material and did not want to go inside the atticThis is a serious problem and would like to cash out so I can get a properly trained technician to fix the issue

We had an improperly installed valve on a bathroom water pipe burstWe also had a leaking P-trap that was a code violation (plastic plumbing is not allowed in *** ***)All of this was surrounded by more plumbing that was starting to leakOur (not Fidelity's) plumber came immediately and fixed it well enough so that it was no longer an emergency on a SundayWe submitted a request to FidelityThe assigned plumber didn't call for days, and after I called him, we played phone tag for more daysWhen he finally arrived, he looked at the plumbing, agreed that it needed to be replaced, and agreed that the work was improperly doneAbout minutes later, a Fidelity rep calledThe rep was incredibly combative, telling us that none of our plumbing was coveredThey had somehow deemed this was not "wear and tear" and so it was not coveredI pulled the contract out and pointed to the "code violations" section as well as "improper installation." They countered by saying imp

The worst customer service I have ever received or heard ofThis company is a scam and continues to deny services due to "pre-existing conditions" that somehow worked during a home inspection prior to the home purchaseI've averaged well over minutes of wait time per call and theses employees are rude and do not understand how to treat a customerOn top of that the contractors they send to do the service cannot stick to appointment times nor properly diagnose and correct any issuesAvoid this mismanaged scam of a company at all costs

I paid a lot of money for this insurance and their website MISREPRESENTSWhen it says to file a claim it says to call if an emergencyRight now I have a major leak from the HVAC in the attic and it damaged the ceiling and buckling the drywall and boardsI have pictures to proveI called in claim days ago and they assigned a technician that came and walked off the job, because I needed a new HVAC unit (which they are suppose to pay for) and he didn't want to deal with itThen they set me up with another guy who would not call me backThen I got the third company, who the best they can do to come out is 7/5/appointmentFidelity claims told me I can find my own tech, only under the conditions they have to call in and make sure fidelity approves, but I went through major HVac companies in *** and not one company wants to deal with Fidelity because they have a terrible reputation for not approving service and repairsPlease help, this a very dishonest company that has
