This company sent out a plumber that was incompetent and treated me and my family extremely rudeI tried calling Fidelity to get this resolvedNo one would assist me in resolving this issueI have had other home warranties before and this is the worst experience I have had

This is the worst company I have ever dealt withFist of all they stole my money when I ordered their product and also stole my service fee when I place a service requestThey do not need to be dealing with people either since they have the worst customer service and customer service representativesThey sent someone unqualified to my house outside of a reasonable time frame who wanted to replace my entire AC unit just because of a leak

I submitted a service request on Tuesday evening, 5/23/for our refrigerator which went outA service person from *** came out on Friday, 5/26/He said he needed to order a fan and would not be out until 6/5/to install itI told him that would not be acceptable as we were without an refrigerator and I called FidelityWhile on the phone with them they transferred me to the authorization deptso the service person could speak directly to them and give them his diagnosis in order to possibly speed up the process and give me some other optionsThe service person became very agitated and aggressiveHe started screaming and yelling at me and I finally had to ask him to leaveThe person in authorization from Fidelity was on the phone the whole time and was appalled at what they heard, she said she would file a report immediatelyI spend the rest of the day on the phone between Fidelity and *** trying to get this resolvedI finally ended up speaking to a manager at Fidelit

Hi, The main circuit breaker at my house is not workingWhich seems like a safety issue to meFortunately it is covered under my home warrantyIn November I contacted my warranty company (Fidelity Nation Home Warranty) and they sent *** *** to inspect my circuit breaker*** *** inspected the circuit and confirmed it needed to be replacedI was charged my deductible for the serviceSince then I have called *** *** dozens of times and they have never replaced the circuit breaker (8-months later)I contacted my insurance company and they called *** *** who claims they did the work in december last yearThis seems like fraud

I received paperwork outlining my warranty AFTER work was needed and now they will not honor the claim or reimburse me for funds that would have been covered under warranty

I've had a very negative experience with this companyWe purchased our home this last May and have had some issues that I've called fidelity to come out and fixFirst issues I called about was our top dishwasher wouldn't start and the bottom one would fill up with water when I'd use the top one and wouldn't drain, and some of the burners on our stove wouldn't igniteThe guy came out, reset the top dishwasher so it starts now, but basically told us to fix the bottom one I have to run it to drain the water out....even though I'm not utilizing it(So not fixed) He worked on the stove for awhile, finally said he needs to order a part and would come back and fix itA couple weeks go by, they finally call me to set up an appointment so I didA different guy comes out, tries working on the stove all over againAt the end tells me he needs to order a part and needs to come backThey have never come back! Next issue, I call about some electrical issuesOur phone jacks aren't working in the house, I had a question about our attic fan running constantly, and our central vacuum wasn't workingThe guy comes out and works on the vacuum firstHe tells me that there's a hole in the tube in the attic and he can't fix it so he tapes the hole and tells me it works nowIt doesn't workHe doesn't even try to attempt the phone situation because he said something about there's a lot of wiring in the attic and he wouldn't be able to figure it out or something, and tells me the attic fan just works that way and not to worryLast issue; it's getting cold now and I cannot get our heater to workI set up an appointment to fix the heaterThey come and take a look in the attic, tell me the cover is off and they're not allowed to work on it because they don't want to be responsible if someone broke it or whateverWhich okay, I get that....but they charge me still a service fee for them to tell me they can't work on it???? I've been charged service fees for someone to tape a hole, which I could do, to tell me that's just how it works and not take a look at it? No thank youI'm not renewingI've had to go out of the warranty and hire people to fix these issuesSo on top of there charges I have to pay the service charges for the things that didn't even get finished

First of all, I would like to start with I have been with fidelity home warranty for years, and have referred many clients to themMy air conditioner stopped working, so I called fidelity they send out a technician that stated he was not qualified to complete the repair, because he could not get parts specific to our unitI called fidelity they informed me to call the company that that is qualified to repair my air conditioner have them diagnose the problem to repairI had them come out and they gave me, in writing their diagnosesI sent fidelity
the estimate and was told by fidelity to proceed with the repair and to have our technician explain why he had to replace all parts, which I didI sent fidelity what they asked for and then they told me after a week of calling them daily.I was sent through many different people and mangers on hold for minutes each timeI was hung up on after holding on the phone for minutesI was told I would get a call back did not happenI called again to follow up after my repair that cost me 4,and I was told I would be reimbursedI spoke to another manager and was told they would not reimburse me for the repairsThis is the worst company I have ever dealt withI can't believe this company is still in businessWe as consumers purchase a home warranty,so that we do not have to worry about expensive repairsThis is not the case with fidelityStay away from this companySo, frustrated

I recently purchased a property and was given a Fidelity Home Warranty by my real estate agentShortly after receiving the warranty I had an issue involving a small gas leak and needed a repair*** came out to my residence and identified the issue, shut off my gas meter and told me to call a plumberI called Fidelity given that this should have been covered by the home warrantyThey took my information and "routed my request to their vendor"Their vendor called me and indicated it would take one week for them to come outSince my gas was shut off, I had no heat or hot waterI called Fidelity and they indicated that I could use my own plumber and get reimbursedI called a plumber who respondedI then called Fidelity "authorizations team" and had the plumber describe the work to be doneFidelity denied the claim on the phoneI paid the plumber in full and then noted on my next credit card statement a charge of $** for a service fee from FidelityFidelity is refusing to refun

I've lived in this house just over months and had to call a plumber timesTwo times now I have had to pay out of pocket for something the home warranty should have coveredFor the first leak (the very first morning in the house) the home warranty sent a plumber out weeks after I reported the issue and they did cover that costMeanwhile after one week in the house there was a pipe leak that flooded the master bathroom and bedroomI called the home warranty people and they repeatedly told me they wouldn't cover it if it wasn't a foundation leakThis was on a Saturday and I had no real idea where he leak was from so I finally just said I would call a plumber myselfIt turned out to be a pipe in the wall with a holeThe warranty should have covered thatI asked if they would reimburse me the $and they said "no." The truth of the matter is that even if I had waited for them to call someone it wouldn't have been until Monday that they would have had anyone out and I would

Fidelity has failed to honor the contract for my multiple home warranties repeatedlyThe level of service is extremely poorThe contract definitions of 'modifications' are intentionally very vagueFidelity consistently allows technicians to write up surcharges for 'modifications' to make customers pay out of pocket expensesThese are not modifications, but simply replacing the unitIt is part of the job, nothing is modifiedFurthermore, fidelity consistently takes 2-weeks to conduct a simple repairParts are available locally same dayThis is a breach of contract and a failure to perform the work in a reasonable time

Fidelity Home Warranty is lackluster at best They should not have a good rating with The *** I live in Texas, It has been between and 103-degrees for three weeks This company is so incompetent hey have yet to fix my AC They never return calls or do what they say they will doCommunication is non-existant I will recommend them to no one

I have a leaking pipe that requires repairBut requires authorization before contractors can proceedThe cost of fixing is greater than what fidelity will pay forSo I wanted to call to get cash out to subsidize my own repair costExcessive long wait time at the authorization departmentThey are quick to take your money but when you need them to back you up and get the service I paid for, they are not thereCalled more than times on one claimEach call lasted greater than one hour, and they just drop your call/hang up on you for you to start againThey don’t call back to follow upThey are basically scamming money from customersNot delivering what customers are paying they money forJob number ***

I paid this company a lot of money for my home warranty and they did not cover a very basic microwave claimThey charged me a service fee and totally found an unreasonable excuse to not cover the claim

I submitted a service request regarding a non functioning electrical outlet and an electrical lightI paid the $** feeThen the Warranty company dispatched an electrician to diagnose the problemThe electrician removed the electric light fixture from the wall and and tested and found the electric circuit is functioning and the light fixture has the problemThe electrician then opened the outlet plug and tested the inside wiresThere was power intermittently and diagnosed improper connectionsHe said that he would make the recommendation to the warranty company to repair the connection to make it functionalHe said that after hearing from the company he will come back and fix the outlet plug and also fix the electric lightWe waited for a few days and then telephoned the electrician without any responseThen we contacted the Authorization Department of Warranty companyThey said that they would check with the electrician and contact usHowever we did not get any responseAft

Have a home warranty with FidelityTenant called on Saturday, air conditioning went outFidelity told me they would call tenant in the next couple of hours to schedule a ac repair business to come byNow Monday afternoon, still nobody called or came by to repair ACCalled Fidelity myself, they suggested that I call an AC repair service myself, then call back Fidelity to see if the AC service is on Fidelity's 'ok' list, before I send them to repair the ACIf they're not on Fidelity's list the repair will come out of my own pocketThis is not why I got a home warranty! It's ridiculous that I got the advice from Fidelity to look for a repair service myself, and on top of that I would then also have to check with Fidelity to see if they're ok with the service I found in order to get reimbursedFidelity, take care of this problem; it's not something minor, a lady sits in a house without air conditioning for days now, with degree temperaturesCovered Property: *** *** ***

This company only gave me "partial" credit when I "paid in full" before the due date to renew my home warranty contractI contacted them with proof of my "total payment" with the money order receipt tracking numbers that proved total paymentThis company would not even investigate the employee that accepted the " partial payment" to see if maybe the 2nd money order was overlookedThis company instructed me to take care of the problem by using the " stop payment" method on the missing money order, which is impossible because MoneyGram Corporation DOES NOT do "Stop Payments" of any kind as I discovered after contacting MoneyGram. The representative's uncaring attitude about the situation just proves this company has poor business ethics

The warranty that came with the purchase of our home includes the dishwasherThe dishwasher doesnt operate properlyIntermittently, the dishwasher turns on and starts a cycle then drains and the lights flashDishwasher doesnt do anything after that

We purchased home warranty with company in October of with purchase of our homeOn July we filed a claim that our central air was not working properlyLater than evening, our air conditioner sprung a leak that leaked over gallons of water in our homeWe called ***

Fidelity Contractor misdiagnosed and/ or miscommunicated problem with my garage door and its operating systemMisdiagnosis led to multiple repair fees and resulted in a safety issue with the garage door system

My Wife and I used the home warranty services to fix a clog in my master bathroom sink plumbing systemThe company dispatched *** *** to come fix the issueUpon arrival, I informed the tech of the issue and he proceeded to run a ftsnake through the drainTo do this a removal of the sink stopper was requiredI requested a longer snake per the service agreement and was deniedThis is in direct breach of the service contractI also continued and asked for at least some part of the covered possible solutions (ie hydrojetting or using cleanout ports) to be done and was denied by both your agent and the plumberPlease refer to the contract you should have on file for our propertyIt is part of the company work order process for any agent to submit a report to FNHW to gain approval before doing any work beyond an assessmentThe tech from *** *** erroneously reported there are no ground level cleanouts present in or outside of the homeI've confirmed the tech nev
