to your membership agreement with Hour Fitness, your membership
is eligible for an annual dues increase after the initial prepaid
term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took
lightlyHowever, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide
all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience.
We value
your loyalty and believe even with the increase, you are still getting the best
value and access to approximately clubs nationwide based on your access
level

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***The local manager *** did contact me in regards about my complaint and wish to resolving itHe did offer to invite me to the gym to speak with him personally I accepted his invitation and I told him when I get a day off from work am more than happy to come by the gym to discuss about my situation
Although talks have been made over the phone I did not accept his offer yetI wanted to talk with him in person and go from there

The respond from hours fitness have been going on since early (see one sample since March 8, 2017), hours fitness said the same thing to that they will investigate but no solution was made only phone calls from general manager asking for the same information which I provided, but still no solution was solved
