The Hour Fitness Sales Representative stated my renewal fee would never go up after I paid the initial three years in full at regular price, which I did I even specifically asked him to reiterate that part of the agreement At this point, it's my word against the word of Hour Fitness Better yet, it's their word against the word of thousands of other loyal members that were cheated by Hour Fitness, just like me.Regards,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I've been a member for several yearsThere was no indication during the sales process that there where hidden loopholes to raise feesMany people have been swindled by their sales team and this seems like grounds for a potential class action lawsuit. It's not about the money, but about principal, and treating long term customers with respectThe threats of canceling my lifetime membership on the phone and at two branch locations was dishearteningI was treated poorly by multiple customer service reps and threatened to loose my membership if I didn't immediately pay up
I'm looking to resolve the issue by keeping my fee at the agreed upon rate of $per year for life. This would include a refund for $for this year and on going rate of $per year for life.Regards,*** ***
