Dear *** ***As previously stated, our records indicate that your concern was addressed by the local Club ManagerDuring your conversation with the Club Manager, they reviewed what payment options are available to our members - monthly or prepaid billing.
Our records indicate that you purchased a monthly agreement which requires a credit card or bank account on file to electronically debit the monthly dues on the agreed upon date referenced in your signed contractMembers may not make manual payments in lieu of the automatic billing on an ongoing basisAs such, you are required to provide a valid bank account or credit card for your monthly dues deductions in order to retain your membership.
As a gesture of goodwill, the Club Manager has opted to rewrite your agreement to a one year prepaid membership where a bank account or credit card is not required as you simply prepay the month prepaid termAt the time your account expires, you can repurchase another prepaid agreement should you wish to continue a membership with usShould you wish to accept this offer, please let us know
We hope that this brings some clarification to your concern as well as the terms of the membership agreement that you purchased with Hour FitnessFor your convenience, a copy of your membership agreement has been sent to your email address on file

No one has contacted me, except for perhaps a John "logic manager" at hour fitness in OregonBut we have not had a conversation, nor has any message been left.There was no reason for my gym membership to be terminated, let alone resolving the issues of the employee harassmentI provide proof of employee harassment and they terminate my membership??? And all I asked for was for it to stop, and I didn't threaten them with anything

It has not corrected the fact that the corporation will not honor the original salesperson's wordThe reason why I purchased the contract was because the sales person was adamant that my yearly rates were locked in and would never go upI was lied by salesI should have taken it upon myself and read over the contract line by line because that is the way I was duped by not reading itBy the way, I'm pretty sure by now you have a large number of individuals with the exact same issues as me

r I am dissatisfied with Hours solution, because it disregards the fact that their employee wrote me this email in response to my emailMy solution is that Hour should honor the to percent increase annually being that their employee stated this in writingHour wants me to pay $per year plus tax, and be subject to unlimited increases with no ceilingI feel I should only pay $ per plus an increase of to percent increase annually plus taxThis amount would be $for 2016.

I will probably turn this over to my attorney, if we cannot to some type of resolution that is fair to both parties
How do I handle my renewal until this issue is resolved?

I asked the lady with blond hair in the Beverly Hills Club if she called me while I was there- she said noAlso I spoke to a young manager there and he thought it was ok that the sauna was not working - because it was members who broke it - He had no focus on fixing sauna that does not work - only to blame members - plus sauna is constantly not working - one or two days a week. As far as Santa Monica SPORTS - NO SAUNA for weeks as of 7th April plus nothing done around pool for slip and fall, plus shower area also often not clean plus slip and fall hazard THERE - nor changing benches cleaned! Please fix and improve!
