I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The response from corporate Hr Fitness is inaccurate. I have not been contacted by a General Manager of my local Hr fitness. I did visit the hr fitness in Moraga a couple of weeks ago and had the notes on my account from to current printed out for my records. The Manager there informed me that only the corporate online Hr Fitness can resolve this issue and he cannot do anymore than what they have concluded, which was "it is not our responsibility if one of our staff informed you incorrectly and advised that you place your membership on perpetual freeze and not cancel it in order to save the same rate when you were ready to return""it is your responsibility to have read the contract that any frozen membership will unfreeze in months and automatically go to autopay again." I will send more details on my conservation with this manager if necessary

I did speak to the local club manager and the manager of the *** club in *** so their response was untrue. They said I could use a single club in *** but no other clubs in *** which is not acceptable as my *** membership before hours purchased them allowed me to use all the LA fitness clubs in ***. The *** membership was also good for all *** clubs nationwide which is not equivalent to the small number of clubs they gave me under the changed agreement, which hours gave me
