A representative from Hour Fitness contacted me by phone for details regarding my complaint on 11/1/17, I was told the issue would be escalated to a District Manager that would be contacting within 3-business days to discuss a resolution, to date I have not received a call

hour fitness did not leave "voice-mails".There reply is a non-answer. The only communication I have received is the following: The Revdex.com send me an email on 8-9-that my complaint had been submitted and apparently 24hour fitness ignored the Revdex.com since the Revdex.com had to contact them again since I then received the following email from the Revdex.com.The Revdex.com then send me another email on 8-25-stating "2nd notice: The Revdex.com made a 2nd attempt to contact the business,"Thus, they ignored them which is not surprising since 24hour corporate number has in the past given me misleading, confusing, and contradictory information so I had NO CHOICE but to contact the Revdex.com for a resolution. Nothing has been resolved.24Hour fitness did not leave "voice-mails."They can simply email me to clarify.Meanwhile my health is suffering because I cannot access the facility that promised to makmake health a priority in their ads

Secondly the company states that I was offered to prepay for the year but they do not reveal that the price will be almost double form to
It is obvious that the business say take it or leave it
Its obvious that Revdex.com has no vital power or control over the multi corporations and business and the only way to fight for your right is through the judicial system
I am considering my complain finished to the point I decide whether I should proceed with a lawyer or not
I reserve any right for my case and I am abandoning this complaint regarding the involvement of Revdex.com

I have accepted hour fitness Corporate resolution. Attached is the Voicemail resolution that was proposed. "I gladly accept." But if I get another bill for an increase of annual dues for 2017,2018, etc, I will keep generating complaints on my behalf for the same reason
