The phone number of *** is my correct contact number, and I just confirmed that the voicemail is empty and functional. I also contacted Hour Fitness today and cofirmed that they have the *** number on file. I tried to resolve my pricing issue with the company again today (2nd time), to no avail; I was read the same script by the call center representative that the 50% dues increase from $to $149.99, while regretable, is necessary for the maintenance of the clubs. The logical flaw in this argument is that once the company upgrades a club, they re-brand it as a Super Sport (rather than the Active/Sport locations that my membership can access) and I am denied entry to it, so I am not getting the benefit of the upgrade yet receive the 50% increase in dues to pay for it anyway. The bottom line is that I paid $lump sum up-front for years in order to keep my renewals at $thereafter, and with a 50% increase in the renewals my up-front large expense is being negated because I am not getting the benefit of the lower renewals it they're going to increase by 50% as well on the back-end.As an alternate contact number, my work phone is ***Thank you so much for your assistance and representation in my complaint, I really appreciate it

The clarification to that statement "I want to know exactly what their policy is," is as follows:*** in *** *** said the club has a billing system where they would bill me monthly, however, *** said that was not trueAlso, when I asked if I could bring cash in monthly, I was first told that I
could and then when my husband went into the club, *** said there was no way they would take cash, credit card only
So, which is it? I REFUSE to give my credit card number in order for my son t to join the club. Not only did they use my card fraudulent and without my permission, I had to completely cancel my credit card. That was completely irresponsible and illegal. I can see from all the reviews on Revdex.com the club seems to be known for being is when it comes to billing and credit cards. It is unfortunate that no one is willing to take personal accountability. I want to be reimbursed for my two months they illegally used my credit card and I want my complaint posted. I would also like an apology from the CEO, who did not have the decency to respond to me or my attorney directly

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** *** The reinstatement of my contract was done as no fault of mine payment was sent on the old contract and the last payment they made me provide a copy of the check They had never cashed the check initially they told me they couldn't renew my contract because I didn't pay I had to provide the documentation (copy of check)stating that I did pay and they had lost it subsequently they renewed my contract I never wanted to sign a new contract that was never my intention I have never been late on any of my bills or any of my obligations
