They have not adequately explained the reason of increased fees without any recompense in their service, equipment functionality, or overall cleanlinessThey also did not explain why I was charged, twice, for full, annual, membersips, in the span of two monthsThey have also failed to have their local regional manager contact me, as was stated in our conversation.

The local Club Manager has confirmed that he spoke with you via telephone on February 16, at which time he did attempt to work with you towards an amicable resolutionWe are sorry to hear that you declined his offer
Unfortunately our records do not show that we received a request to cancel your membership a year ago as stated in your correspondenceSince Hour Fitness memberships are not based on usage, we would not cancel your membership without your consent which is why your account remained active in our system until your contact to our office on December 21, 2015. Please note that per your signed contract, it is the responsibility of the member to review their bank statements and report any discrepancies or billing errors to Hour Fitness or their bank in a timely manner
Please be assured that, per your request, your membership has been cancelled in our system and there will be no further debits to your account. If you should locate proof of your request to cancel from last year as stated in your correspondence, please let us know. Once received, we can research this further and if it is determined that an error occurred on behalf of Hour Fitness, we will be happy to process and expedite the appropriate refund

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My concern wasn't resolved at all I was told by office that the rates hike was the decision by headquarter and I could not make any negotiation at all I basically either to pay the additional $asking price, or leave the club I have no choices so I ended up pay additional $ I asked the office if they could guarantee no rate hike for another few years, but the office say they could not guarantee that either I refuse to close this compliant and like to keep it opened. Regarding of my complain #*** the assistant manager of *** branch of “hours fitness” with name *** talked to me on phoneHe tried to convince me that the door was removed in accordance with the requirements of some city commissionOn my request to show me these directions he replied that he would not do itThen I asked to give me the number of this directions and the name of the inspector, so that I could call him He refused againThen I asked him to send a copy of the instructions to Revdex.com officeHe promised, but as I understood from your last letter, it was not done Apparently his reference to the injunction is not true, but only is an attempt to avoid responsibility Moreover, in all other offices of their company the corresponding door is always installed, very often with a written pre-warning not to keep it openedAnd during all my previous talks with the *** branch of “hours fitness” manager *** *** and main office representative ***, they never mentioned any instructions provided by any comissions about this door
