The issue was supposed to have been resolved, however Hour Fitness recently charged by credit Card $for monthly fees that is not in agreement with my last resolution conversation with Hour Fitness? I will wait? for the business to perform the agreed action and, when it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I received a call on the afternoon of Monday, the 26th of October from a Hour Fitness Representative at the Corporate OfficeShe identified herself as *** and she stated the following to me:She stated the contract they said I signed was in fact garbled per my complaint and not enforceableIt was not the contract I signed originally along with my McCardle Guarantee dues certificate taken by Hour FitnessShe stated they were cancelling the contract due to it be garbledShe stated she saw I was an original member covered under the McCardle agreement and that my dues would now be frozen permanently at $She stated this was permanently for life and never to be raised againShe stated I would receive a refund of the $that Hour Charged me last September and it would be returned to my accountI have not received this refund*** assured me that all of the above would be annotated here on the Revdex.com Website for me to print out for my recordsThat has not happened.None of the above has occurredWhen I receive a reply from Hour Fitness concurring with all of the above, I will then consider the matter closedUntil then, as far as I am concerned, this complaint remains open

I do not know what hour fitness is talking aboutThey finally sent me a copy of my contract that I requested via phone on 10/20/15, but they have NOT made any attempt to resolve my complaint, and has taken over a month to respond to my complaintI have made a payment of $to hour fitness to show good faith since my membership expired 11/18/I would like to be able to work out at the gym while I am waiting for hour fitness to do their part.? I have seen many complaints made to the Revdex.com by other customers in the same situation, and it appears the response I was given is the same pat response being given to these customers as well? A representative at the club where I work out said they are doing this to all of their membersI am very concerned about the financial solvency of hour fitness.? My original request to keep my membership as is, with a promise in writing, still stands.?
