Based on the contract document language and the representations made by the person who signed us up, we disagree that the business should be allowed to raise the rates as much as they did and should be limited to 3% per year.I note that their latest response is identical to their earlier response, so it is obvious that they do not wish to resolve this complaint

The manager called me during business hours while I was working and I was not able to speak at that timeI kindly asked the manager to call me at or after pm that same day and he agreed, saying "absolutely." He did not call me at or after 6pm, and has not contacted me again sinceI am not available M-F from 9am-5pm because of my work schedule which I made very clear with the manager and he indicated that he understood and would call me outside of those hoursI feel that his lack of follow though has once again shown that this business does not take the situation seriously- never has and likely will attempt to gaslight me like the previous 24-hour fitness employees didCompletely unimpressed

I’m not happy they should refund all of the money I paid for personal training because they didn’t give me what I asked for and they injured me I’m still not able to exercise the way I was exercising before
