After contacting the Revdex.com, a representative of Hour Fitness reached out to me? [redacted] listened to my story, reviewed the history, and determined that my complaint was legitimate? She then refunded the over-payment back to my credit card? She was courteous, respectful, and professional in all of her interactions and correspondence regarding the resolution of this issue.?
