The complainant signed a membership where she also initialed next to the paragraph that states that she understood and would provide a prior 15 day cancellation notice in writing to the club.  Emails and phone calls are not accepted due to fraud occurrences and to ensure that the cancellation...

is completed.  Memberships are monthly so no refund would be given.  Due to indicating to us that she had moved, I did email her back that I am sorry that she felt I was rude to her and that I would accept her prior 15 day notice by phone.  Moreover, she would need to pay for October since she did miss the deadline.  Two times during our conversation on the phone I said I was sorry; that I have to follow the contract.  Furthermore, we have raised our prices twice since her becoming a member, but we did not raise her membership dues since she was a loyal member and long-time user.   August 2013 we were contacted by the State of Wisconsin to provide a copy of our membership agreement.  Our membership agreement has been approved by the state. Outcome:  Cancellation effective October 31, 2016.  I have already given her an apology that she thought I was rude on the phone. [redacted]

On December 27, 2016 we sent Ms. [redacted] an email explaining why her order was cancelled and suggested a comparable item and that we would honor the original Black Friday price of  $298.00. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Seller, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific Seller. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Seller on walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Seller. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Seller’s Shipping and Return Policy.
We notified the Kuper llc support team about Ms. [redacted]’ concerns. On May 6, 2017, Ms. [redacted] placed an order for a Huntington 3-Piece sofa set. Unfortunately, this item was showing incorrect details on our site, and the order was cancelled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. On May 15, 2017 we spoke to Ms. [redacted] directly and apologized for her poor experience. Ms. [redacted] was advised to file a dispute with her financial institution for this charge. A refund was not issued via the dispute process so as a one-time courtesy, we have issued a refund to Ms. [redacted] for $68.31. After 2+ hours on phone with store, they said that they don't provide a shipping label. I then emailed walmart.com, and they told me to print a label that you would print if you wanted to return the item. I tried that, and submitted the rebate....

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Walmart was unable to arrange of the item to be picked up in a timely manner and I do not have the space to store the item. With the original item I was told to donate or dispose of the mattress, since the replacement was in the same condition and [redacted] could not arrange for pickup in a timely manner, the same was done with the replacement. In my last conversation with [redacted] I stated that I would like the full refund or an undamaged item. Also I noticed after my last call with Walmart.com that the papers that came with the item say to contact the manufacturer not Walmart for any issues, if a walmart.com  rep had told me this on any of my calls with them the manufacturer would have correct the issue, made me happy, and saved Walmart the cost of sending a new item, saved the Revdex.coms time by not having to read this. reviewed her account and order history. Ms. [redacted] received The Pioneer Woman Country Garden 3-Piece Canister Set as a gift from her bridal registry. The set was missing one of the canisters. Ms. [redacted] wanted to process a return but when she asked to confirm the billing address for the order, she was not able to. The billing address of the order was the address for the customer who ordered the item for Ms. [redacted] as a gift. It is Walmart.com’s policy that gifts from a gift registry need to be returned to a local store for replacement or refund. Ms. [redacted] did follow the procedure and went to the local store to get a replacement. A replacement was not available at the local store and Ms. [redacted] received a refund for the item and had to reorder the item online. All this was too inconvenient for Ms. [redacted]. Based on Ms. [redacted]’ issue Walmart.com made an exception and refunded Ms. [redacted] the cost of the replacement order. My local walmart is located in springfield illinois XXXXX and I never picked anything up and I have been residing in springfield for over 3 years now.so I would still at least like a partial refund.
