I am rejecting this response because:The hotel rate was initially listed in USD in the website and changed to TWD on the  booking process.  Therefore it was difficult to find the hidden cost. Had I been billed  in USD, it would have been straight forward to compare the Priceline's price to that listed in other websites and to realize that additional tax and fees have been added to the already aftertax rate.  This is not fair business practice.

I am writing to let you know that we received your RevDex.com concern in our Executive Offices. As I understand, you are
requesting that we refund your 1-night hotel reservation when you had to stay
overnight because your flight was changed. Our Air Travel Services Team has
reviewed your issue with [redacted] Airlines. It was found that on January 29, you
called the airline in an attempt to change your itinerary; however, you did not
continue with the exchange. The airline representative accidentally cancelled
your original return flight and they were unable to reinstate it. Because of
this, they ended up booking you a new ticket for a next day flight.
[redacted] Airlines is requesting a copy of your hotel receipt
in order for them to process your refund. You may fax the receipt to our office
directly at: ###-###-####. Please include in your fax the Trip Number
[redacted] and your name so that we can associate your
fax to your reservation. You may also reply to this email and attach the needed
receipt. The attachment needs to be a PDF or JPG file no larger than 2MB. Any
attachment that does not meet this criteria may be considered potential for
spam/malware/viruses and are stripped from the email message by our corporate
email system. As soon as we receive the receipt, we will forward it to the
airline for a refund request review.

Business Bureau concern in our Executive Offices. We apologize for the difficulty you encountered. We understand you would like to check on the status of your refund. We reviewed your reservation with Trip Number, [redacted] and confirmed this reservation was canceled online. A full refund in the amount of 104.40 USD was issued on November 2, 2016. In addition, your reservation with Trip Number, [redacted] was canceled online. A full refund in the amount of 274.62 USD was issued on October 28, 2016. Please note that your refund was processed in separate transactions. We transmitted the refund to your bank within one business day of canceling your reservation; however, your bank can typically hold the funds for 5 to 10 business days before releasing it from your account. I apologize; however, since the bank controls the process, we are not able to speed it up. Furthermore, your reservation with Trip Number, [redacted] was canceled on October 28, 2016. The hotel is rated consistently as a 3.5 star property with good guest ratings. These ratings are based on actual reviews from customers who stayed at the hotel. The type of reservation that you purchased is truly non-changeable, non-cancelable and non-refundable. We contacted the hotel to request for exception; however, they did not allow a refund. I have
received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, we have
again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support
a more favorable conclusion. We contacted the hotel and they advised that they had no other
rooms available during the guest’s first night stay  so they asked the guest  to contact  the Front Desk office the
next morning so that they can accommodate 
the guest with an alternate room. On behalf of the consumer Priceline contacted
the hotel requesting a refund. According to the hotel, the guest did not
contact the front desk so they were unable accommodate the guest to another
room.  The hotel did not allow a refund
as their records indicate that the guest was checked in for the entire stay,
and did not notify them when the guest checked out. As a goodwill gesture, the
guest received a refund from Priceline in the amount of $32.81 which represents
20% of the total cost of the reservation.  The consumer/Bureau may contact the property directly
for any further assistance.  We are sorry that we are unable to
assist the consumer any further in this situation.

I am rejecting this response because: when I called back a minute later price line ask me 400 dollar one time fee for cancellation if cannot be canceled how come with 420  dollar , it become miraculously available 2 I clearly mark nonstop  because of your terms and condition says it can be one stop , it doesn't mean you have a right to sell me a ticket with one stop , it is against my will and desire.3 I called price line after I dispute with credit card , your custome rep ( I guess some where in  China or Korea )give me cancellation number and apologize for inconveneince  number she gave me is 927 489 999 829 612 131 939 78826. She also said credit will take 7 to 10 business day . 4 I called Kim and they told me Priceline already cancelled ticket and she indicate anytime  dispute involve with purchase, Priceline  cancel ticket . So  then due to cus rep told me it will be credit and Kim told me that already ccanceled I purchase  nonstop ticket and fly with that ticket  Basically you canceled ticket I got no service and still you want to charge . This is not fair business practice , I am trying to solve this issue without going ct court and start sueing  price line  I see many complaint for similar issue . I hope you can understand situation and please be aware of that I am holding my self to not go court to solve this issue ugly way. As a teacher I am trying to solve issue with educated way .
