decided to book it, you indicated that the airport and flight times have changed. You are requesting to be refunded in full or change the flight reservation to reflect the advertised flights and times.   When booking reservation online, prices are dependent on a number of factors including destination, season, dates of the reservation, special events going on in the area and the popularity of the location. For these reasons, the prices quoted for the dates you entered could differ from the base rate displayed in the itinerary selected. Also, it's possible that when you submitted your request, while processing it, the inventory of our travel partners changed as affected by their availability, thus, the price changes. Our website is designed to alert our customers if and when the price they have initially selected has changed (whether the price increases or decreases), for an alert to be presented to the customer prior to purchase, giving our customers opportunity to either proceed, or go back and select a different itinerary within their price range.   I have also reviewed the terms and conditions associated with this reservation and see that the reservation you have purchased is highly restricted. The flights, hotel and the rental car components that are included in the package you chosen are all undisclosed. This means that exact details of the flight (like airlines, flight times, and connecting airports), hotel rooms, and rental car partner will not be disclosed until reservation is confirmed and ticketed. I carefully reviewed the checkout page and see that under important information section, it was noted that the flight details will be provided after the purchase and that you must fly on the flights assigned to you. It was also outlined in the checkout page that you will be booked on a flight to depart Sunday, November 19, 2017, from [redacted] to [redacted] between 11AM and 3PM with 1 stop. For your return flight, your selected date is November 28, 2017, Tuesday, departing [redacted] to [redacted] between 1PM and 5PM with 1 stop. I have sent you a copy of the checkout page for your reference at  [redacted].   For this package, our travel partners accepted your price on the condition that your reservation would not be changed or cancelled. Priceline.com is very unethical in doing business and they have not done anything to return what is owed to me. The "Supervisor" I spoke with called and verified the hospital my Grandmother was in and spoke with her Dr. who explained that my grandmother can not travel via airplane due to a debilitating medical condition. These were the necessary requirements to receive the airline credit of $217. I would not have gone through such lengths for a refund of $7.00 total. If they refuse to return what was promised to me I will post Priceline on the Air Force Base bulletins so that other unsuspecting military members who fight and defend this country will not fall victim to their deceit.

I am rejecting this response because Priceline claims they have information that I processed my request incorrectly, but despite three separate attempts to recover the information Priceline claims to have, Priceline refuses to turn it over. To me, it appears they do not have the information, and are simply trying to make me stop complaining by pretending they did not create the error.  If they have the paperwork, please let me see it. I have asked three times. They do not have it, and therefore, they misbooked me, and are now refusing to refund me. Priceline has permanently lost my business, and I will be telling my friends about my poor experience, and my 150 university students who fly home every break. I am very dissapointed Priceline has decided not to show me any of their paperwork, or compensate me in any way for their mistake.

I understand that you only stayed one night at the hotel and you are requesting for a refund of the unused night.I checked our records and see that you booked a rate with a cancellation policy that does not allow any refunds after noon local hotel time on your day of arrival (Thursday, October 19th). Therefore, the second night of your reservation was non-refundable regardless if you chose to check out early. We have contacted the [redacted] and they confirmed that you only used one night of your reservation. As a gesture of goodwill, we have decided to make a one-time exception to refund your unused night. The refund for $295.08 will be processed through our system within one business day. I am rejecting this response because: despite their inability to provide a refund, they are still guilty of bait and switch.  Their claim that information about "city" rental is on the "About Airport Rental Cars" while true is misleading.  They should be required to list that caveat on EVERY webpage and PRIOR to making a purchase.  They should be required to say at point of purchase, "The buyer acknowledges that the car rental represents the nearest possible rental location, but does not guarantee that the rental office is at the airport."  Or to that effect.I have contacted [redacted], by the way, and they have agreed to give me a refund.
