Neither service nor integrity exist at this location. I have waited on "hold" at [redacted], [redacted] for hours to speak to any live human being about the serious neglect at this Location, to no avail. I do not accept the Priceline.com response as credible. I believe that Priceline has no idea what is going on in their "Partners" [redacted] Airport location, or perhaps they do...which would be even more disgusting. I am rejecting this response because: All you have done, for the third time, is repeat your customer policy. You have not addressed my concerns and customer satisfaction. 1. Since this was an emergency situation, why couldn't you forward a fair amount of the monies paid toward a future trip? 2. Why couldn't you give a fairer share of the monies? 3. Where does the $415.00, that I lost, go? 4. If the airline fills the seat, who gets that money, that I lost? 5. I gave you 9 days notice. You could do no better than a $90 refund? Is that the proper way to treat a frequent, credit card holder? To summarize, quoting your terms, is not the proper way to answer a customer complaint. Since you did give an extremely small refund, how was that determined? Obvously, you have some type of an emergency refund policy for negotiated rates. Do you really car about your customers and your reputation. I have seen no evidence of compassion, customer care, or fairness in the case of an emergency

According to the consumer, he did not authorize the purchase of a rental car reservation.
Our record indicates the consumer submitted a total of 4 requests on December 18th.
When the consumer’s third request at the rate of $24 per day was not accepted for purchase, the consumer was offered the...

option to book the requested reservation at a rate of $30 per day and accepted this option.
Attached hereto is a copy of the consumer’s contract page authorizing the purchase, as well as the log of the consumer’s four requests indicating that the consumer submitted the four requests on December 18th 2015, within a 12 minute span.

• If you purchase collision damage coverage with this rental car reservation, you will be charged now for the coverage. Cancellations with 100% refund will be permitted for Collision Damage Coverage until your scheduled pick-up time.
• If your request is successful, Priceline will immediately lock in your reservation and charge your form of payment. If your reservation is not successfully booked, you will not be charged. If the Collision Damage Insurance is not accepted for any reason, we will charge your form of payment only for the cost of the car.
• Additional charges may apply at the counter if you pick up or drop off the car at a different date, time, or location than you requested for your reservation.

I am rejecting this response because:When I booked my car I paid extra to get what I wanted the website said luxury car the examples that were given was of luxury (CARS) like the [redacted] or similar what I got was a SUV that was not what I paid for also they keep saying I received a car in the group H in the booking process I did not see anything about car groups  , attached is a picture of the car reservation and a comparison of the cars offered vs car received.

Priceline does not select, change or authorize the consumer's travel dates.

Our records indicate that a previous request for Trip Number [redacted], was submitted on Monday, July 13, 2015; 9:16AM, for a Name Your Own Price reservation departing: Friday, July 24, 2015, and Returning: Sunday, July 26, 2015.  This Name Your Own Price request Trip Number [redacted], was not accepted for confirmation as we were unable to find an airline willing to accept your offer of 280.00 USD for a flight from [redacted], [redacted] to [redacted]
 
Our records confirm that after your Name Your Own Price offer for Trip Number under [redacted], was not accepted, you then chose to go back to the priceline.com homepage, and instead of submitting a subsequent Name Your Own Price request, you chose to start a new search for a Published Price Airfare reservation.
 
Upon selecting a Published Price reservation, you were prompted to enter your travel dates, departure and arrival city. Priceline then presented a list of disclosed flight itineraries/times, dates and airfares for your review and selection.
 
This Published Price request for request # [redacted] is not related in any way to your previous Name Your Own Price request.
 
Priceline does not select the travel dates; only the consumer can select and authorize the travel details of the purchase, including the travel dates.
 
Our records confirm that the summary for your flight displayed throughout the path was consistent on each page, indicating you selected the dates: July 17 - July 19. The final screen was then presented to you, and you were then asked to review your selected itinerary and also enter your initials at the bottom of the page for your final approval or confirmation in order to purchase your selected reservation/tickets.
 
Our system processed your new Published Price request for trip # [redacted], confirmed the reservation, and also sent a confirmation email shortly after you submitted your reservation again disclosing your selected itinerary.
 
Our system confirms that your confirmed reservation was viewed twice after it was accepted. Please also note, that upon viewing your accept/confirmation page, again disclosing the travel dates, Priceline was not contacted concerning any discrepancies, or alerted that the travel dates viewed on the accept/confirmation page were incorrect.
 
Please note that the system cannot predict that the dates booked, or any information that was entered along the process, are incorrect.
 
If we do not receive any contact from the passenger immediately after purchase advising that the dates on the confirmation/accept page are not the desired travel dates, we are unable to assist.
 
The first contact we received from you advising us that the dates on your reservation were incorrect was on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 10:46:59 AM ET. At that time, the flight was past date/time, and the airline tagged your reservation as a NOSHOW passenger reservation. Unfortunately, airline fare rules and restrictions so not permit changes or refunds after the departure date/time and therefore, we are unable to assist with any changes to your reservation after the departure time/date.
 
We have confirmed that no system error occurred on the part of Priceline, and we are sorry that we are unable to assist with a change or refund.

recovery fee and state tax cannot be refunded. It is the taxes and fees

booking on a website in the same currency, using the same form of payment and
from the same point of sale as your original reservation when you call us. The
lower price must be an exact match to the itinerary booked on priceline.com,
including offering of a comparable cancellation policy. I apologize; however, I
will be unable to process a refund for your reservation.

same exact reservation that you booked, please send it to us so that we can

practices are. The first email  was at 1:48 stating we were to get a refund of 252.84, the second email at 4:44 s[redacted]s we are to get a refund of 173.75. I have forwarded these emails so you can see that the issue is still not resolved and I still do not know what our refund amount is.
