many different criteria, including cleanliness, guest satisfaction, decor, etc. Our hotel ratings are actually stricter
than  other national rating companies and
we are confident that the hotel will work to exceed their expectations. We also

Complaint

Priceline advertised a 750 on board credit for signing up for a cruise before a certain date. I did. I had to fill out another form before a certain date. I did. When I got email confirmation the words "up to" magically appeared before the 750! In the end I got nothing. The cruise line simply washed...

their hands and blamed priceline. THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM.







Desired Resolution

That Priceline promises to stop scamming, and advertize truthfully, and follow through with their promises. If they want to reimbuse my on board spending, it amounted to approx 300 dollars. That however is not as important as stopping their scams.
