cancel your reservation because the hotel you received doesn't have a pool.   We checked our records and verified that your previous requests were not accepted because we could not find a hotel willing to accept your offer price. We also verified that pool was not guaranteed for your reservation. The guaranteed amenity was provided on your contract page prior to booking.   The reservation that you purchased is truly restricted which is non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, we called the hotel to request for exception and they agreed to cancel your reservation.   If you would like to proceed on canceling your reservation, please contact us directly at [redacted] as soon as possible and before July 27, 2017, because no cancellations will be allowed after this time. The Executive Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Sunday. Instead, it shows "Flexible Cancellation". The details of the "Flexible Cancellation" policy was presented on the Booking Conditions. When you purchased your reservation, you agreed to those terms and verified that you have read the Important Information, including the Cancellation Policy.  However, as a one-time exception, a refund of the cancellation penalty for $112.34 was issued today, January 11, 2017. We will issue a refund to your bank within one business day. Your bank will then post it to your account. I am rejecting this response because:The city we were in was [redacted] the city Priceline selected was [redacted] clearly not the same city we were in once the city was selected I immediately called Priceline to inform them that the wrong city was selected. Priceline didn't even try to correct the error of the wrong city. I am astonished at how Priceline is treating their customer considering the situation that was at hand. No empathy for the traveling parents with a sick baby. No empathy or apology for the wrong city selected. I want a full refund of the purchase. Priceline has an image and reputation and a part of that would be correcting this situation. I have the call logs to Priceline following immediately once the wrong city was selected. This needs to be made corrected and a refund needs to be issued when we clearly did not drive to [redacted] or check in at [redacted].

I believe that they should be made to have the USD symbol made larger and more noticeable on all pages as 3 of my friends tried the site, clicking on the [redacted] link, and had to search for the USD symbol. Hello.  We have called the customer regarding his complaint.  Please see the summary of the issue and resolution offered.  Thanks. [redacted] [redacted] stated the ticket had the incorrect name, and he sent in a copy of his passport after being requested to do so. He was told his...

refund was denied and he would have to rebook a new flight. He indicated he has spoken with [redacted] Airlines who told him he has to call us but when he called us, he was told he had to call the airlines. Notes indicate the ticket is non-refundable. I sent the case to [redacted] for assistance and sent the customer a delay in response. Case was sent to [redacted] for research. It was confirmed that the ticket was non-transferrable and the only option the customer would have is to refund the taxes if allowed by the airlines since the ticket name is incorrect it cannot be exchanged. We were advised the taxes were refundable and customer was contacted by phone. Customer was advised a refund in the amount of $52.86 would be issued back to his credit card for the refundable taxes on the ticket. He was pleased.
