 We are sorry; however, in accordance with our Best Price

stated on our website, to qualify, it has to be the same hotel, check-in and
check-out dates, number of rooms, room type including bedding and view
selection. With the type of booking you found in Hotwire, there is a
possibility that you will receive a different hotel.

received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, we have
again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support
a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what
has already been stated in our previous correspondence. Express Deals hotels
are not disclosed prior to purchase. With Name Your Own Price and Express Deals
purchases, the hotel name will be revealed after purchase. We are sorry that we are unable to

consumer was offered the option to cancel the non refundable reservation with a
one day rental fee cancelation charge and accepted this option.

non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the reservation
is not used.

you pick up or drop off the car at a different date, time, or location than

liability, collision or personal accident coverage for your rental car. You

The driver will be required to present a valid
credit or debit card in his/her name for the refundable security deposit.

The amount for the refundable security deposit
required at the rental counter depends upon the car type, rental period, and

security deposit will be released back onto the card once the vehicle is

We are writing to let you know that we have received your
Revdex.com complaint in our Executive Offices....

We understand that
circumstances change. If we could make an exception we would; however, the type
of reservation you purchased is non-changeable and non-refundable. When we
found a rental partner willing to accept the rate, we immediately charged your
card to secure your reservation. Our records indicate that you saved 95.55 USD
or 53.36% off of our rental partner's regular rate at the time of booking. Our
rental partner accepted the rate on the condition that your reservation would
not be changed or cancelled.
 
We understand that you are not happy with this policy,
and we really wish that we could give you the resolution that you are looking
for; however, your reservation is truly non-changeable and non-refundable.
For your reference, a copy of the contract page has been
sent in a separate email. The contract page disclosed the terms and conditions

I am rejecting this response because:  It is simply bad business practices to gather credit card information from consumers without knowledge of a sale first. It is misleading to  act like I am securing a car rental with pricing, taxes, etc. and then require my credit card information to only then tell me my offer was not accepted. I will never agree with this practice and it should be illegal. You now have my credit card information and I can't retrieve it back. Your company is stupid and I will let everyone I know of my experience and will urge them to not patronize your company.

I am rejecting this response because: I find it hard to believe that the company is refusing to accept the fact that this reservation was made in error via their website,I made the reservation while I was in [redacted] and booked one for the 8th then all of a sudden this one appears and charges my card and the fact that they are claiming that it was reviewed was because I couldnt believe that this had just happened.the bigger picture is that they are over looking is that their website may have an issue where it is generating multiple reservations in which people are been over charged without the ability to cancel. so I find it unreasonable that they are saying that they cannot cancel this reservation as I have worked for the 3rd largest telecommunication company in america for 4 years and no matter what there was always a way the system could be cancelled. I feel like they are choosing to just ignore this matter and have no problem double charging customers.As I stated on the phone call with their customer service reps that I made the reservation for the 8th and I got 2 emails one for my confirmation for the 8th then another for the 22nd.why would I make a reservation for a date that I wouldnt be in the area.
