Business Bureau complaint in our Executive Offices. I reviewed our records and confirmed that the full refund of your hotel reservation with the [redacted] for $351.96 was completed in our system on May 10, 2017. Kindly review the transactions on your card ending in [redacted] to locate the refund. If you are unable to find it, I suggest you contact your bank for further assistance. Your reservation at the [redacted] & Suites - [redacted] is non-changeable and non-cancellable. However, we were able to work with the hotel in making an exception to refund the room with a one-night penalty. A partial refund of $110.64 will be processed through our system within one business day. I just wanted to update my complaint I filed for priceline.com. I'm sorry I do not have the complaint number. The issue was resolved. I was told there was no exceptions and I was being charged a fee since the hotel would charge them a fee. I called the hotel and the hotel said they can cancel the...

reservation with no fees or penalties to me or priceline.com. I called back and informed them of this and they called the hotel and verified the cancellation had happened. They told me I would be refunded so I called the bank to update them. They recommended that I wait until I see a refund before canceling since they would deduct the money they gave me back and if I wasn't refunded the process would have to restart all over.  I am happy and relieved this issue has been resolved but it was a very long and stressful proccess to get to this point.  Thank you.Respectfully,[redacted]

Both your contract page and confirmation email don't show any information regarding free breakfast. We contacted the hotel and verified that you checked in and used the reservation. The reservation that you purchased is truly restricted which is non refundable. This information was provided on your contract page prior to booking. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for managing my complaint ID [redacted] with Priceline.com because without your assistance Priceline.com would have ignored my request for a change in flights. To be stuck in [redacted] for over 7 hours after 23 hours of travel due to a flight change by the airline is completely unacceptable. I have spoken with four customer service representatives at Priceline.com and all four had a very unprofessional and unhelpful attitude. For Priceline to consider this a minor change and refuse to help is unacceptable. Without the Revdex.com's intervention Priceline would not have made any changes. I will never use Priceline again.

rejecting this response because priceline is not telling the truth, they did not contact me and request further proof. I have reached out to the numerous times and each time they said they will forward my complaint to the correct department and that department contacts the rental car company and then closes the complaint without contacting me. This is a horrible way to handle customer service issues.
